"Kegiatan penelitian melalui analisis perspektif motivasi kerja anggota Sat Resnarkoba dalam manajemen kepolisian Polres Metro Jakarta Barat, merupakan penjabaran dari hasil kerja anggota dalam rangka mengungkap dan menangkap para pelaku kejahatan narkoba (pengedar dan pengguna) yang telah merusak moril dan mental generasi muda. Metode penulisan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, ada faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi anggota Sat Resnarkoba Polres Metro Jakarta Barat dalam rangka pemberantasan narkoba, antara lain : sumber daya manusia anggota Polri yang direkrut harus berdasarkan hasil seleksi yang ketat, kemudian proses rekruitmen secara transparan dan akuntabel serta penggunaan teknologi untuk menentukan keberhasilan kelulusan yang menunjukan kompetensi atau kemampuan personel Polri tersebut. Kemudian ada faktor ketidakpuasan dan faktor kepuasan motivasi atau hygine motivator atau faktor intrnsik-ekstrinsik dalam perspektif anggota Sat Resnarkoba Polres Metro Jakarta Barat, terwujud karena adanya dukungan prestasi kerja melalui bantuan teknologi Direction Finder (DF) dan pemberian reward yang didasari pada keputusan Pimpinan Polri, bagi anggota yang berhasil dalam mengungkap kasus peredaran narkoba. Dan ada harapan kondisi yang ideal dalam rangka memaksimalkan motivasi kerja anggota Sat Resnarkoba Polres Metro Jakarta Barat, antara lain : setiap anggota Sat Resnarkoba mampu melakukan antisipasi setiap menghadapi kasus-kasus yang berkaitan dengan narkoba, mampu melakukan komunikasi dua arah baik kepada pimpinan maupun kepada bawahan serta penataan manajemen kepolisian melalui reformasi organisasi maupun struktur jabatan, diberikan reward yang disesuaikan dengan peraturan Polri sesuai Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 tahun 2016 tentang Administrasi Kepangkatan Anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian disarankan pemberian reward perlu diberikan berdasarkan aturan yang berlaku di Polri bagi anggota Sat Resnarkoba Polres Metro Jakarta Barat yang telah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Dukungan alat Direction Finder (DF) perlu lebih dioptimalkan lagi melalui pengadaan alat baru hingga mencapai 5 unit setiap Polres, perpanjangan lisensi dan dukungan biaya pemeliharaan material khusus (Harmatsus) yang digunakan anggota Sat Resnarkoba Polres Metro Jakarta Barat. Perlu dipertahankan budaya reward berupa pemberian Pin Emas Kapolri, Pendidikan Alih Golongan (PAG), Promosi Sekolah Inspektur Polisi (SIP), Kenaikan Pangkat Luar Biasa (KPLB), Kenaikan Pangkat Luar Biasa Anumerta (KPLBA) bagi anggota yang gugur dalam melaksanakan tugas, serta pemberian Piagam Penghargaan disertai uang kesejahteraan guna mewujudkan motivasi kerja yang optimal.

Research activities through analysis of the perspective of work motivation of members of Sat Resnarkoba in the management of the West Jakarta Metro Police, is an elaboration of the work of members in order to uncover and arrest drug offenders (dealers and users) who have damaged the morale and mentality of the younger generation. The writing method uses qualitative research. The conclusion from this study, there are factors that influence the motivation of West Jakarta Metro Police Sat Resnarkoba members in the context of eradicating narcotics, including: the human resources of Polri members who are recruited must be based on the results of strict selection, then the recruitment process is transparent and accountable and the use of technology to determine the success of graduation which shows the competency or ability of the Polri personnel. Then there are dissatisfaction factors and motivational satisfaction factors or hygine motivators or intrinsic-extrinsic factors in the perspective of West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit members, manifested due to support for work performance through the help of Direction Finder (DF) technology and awarding rewards based on the decisions of the National Police leadership, for members who succeed in uncovering cases of drug trafficking. And there is hope for ideal conditions in order to maximize the work motivation of West Jakarta Metro Police Sat Resnarkoba members, including: every member of the Narcotics Sat Residency is able to anticipate every time they face cases related to drugs, able to carry out two-way communication both to leaders and to subordinates as well as structuring police management through organizational reforms and position structures, rewards are given according to Polri regulations according to the Regulation of the Head of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2016 concerning Administration of the Ranks of Members of the Indonesian National Police. The results of the study suggest that giving rewards needs to be given based on the rules in force at the National Police for members of the West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Residency Unit who have carried out their duties properly. Direction Finder (DF) support needs to be further optimized through the procurement of new tools up to 5 units per Polres, license extensions and support for maintenance costs for special materials (Harmatsus) used by members of the West Jakarta Metro Police Sat Resnarkoba. It is necessary to maintain a reward culture in the form of giving the National Police Chief's Gold Pin, Class Transfer Education (PAG), Police Inspector School Promotion (SIP), Extraordinary Rank Promotions (KPLB), Posthumous Extraordinary Rank Promotions (KPLBA) for members who fall in carrying out their duties, and the awarding of a Certificate of Appreciation along with welfare money in order to realize optimal work motivation.."

"The purpose of this research is aimed to gather emperical evidence about the impact of antecedent and moderating variables on relationships between trust and job performance of structural officials in higher education. It is expected that trust will have positive and significant impact on job performance of structural officials. The results from direct relationship test show that trust have positive and significant impact on job performance of structural officials. Meanwhile, the results from structural equation show that antecedent variable: organizational commitment have direct and indirect impact to job performance and moderating variables: work meeting and organizational culture are positively and significantly impact the relationship between trust and job performance of structural officials."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi internal dan employee engagement. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 63 orang pegawai yang bekerja di PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. Komunikasi internal diukur dengan menggunakan Communication Climate Survey (Dennis,1974, dalam Hayase,2002) dan Employee engagement menggunakan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES.) (Schaufeli Wilamr B et al,2006). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya korelasi antara komunikasi internal dan employee engagement dengan kekuatan hubungan adalah Moderate correlation; Subtantial Relationship.

This Research conducted to find correltions between internal communication and employee engagement. This study involved 63 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bekasi. Internal Communication was measured by Communication Climate Survey (Dennis,1974, dalam Hayase, 2002) and Employee engagement was measured by Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) (Schaufeli Wilmar B et al,2006). By this research, found that there is significant correlation between internal communication and employee engagement, and the power if relationship is Moderate correlation; substantial relationship."

Tesis ini meneliti tentang faktor penting yang memotivasi konsumen Generasi Y untuk melakukan penelusuran produk dari sebuah restoran pada platform media sosial Instagram, dan menguji apakah niat untuk melakukan penelusuran produk tersebut akan mempengaruhi purchase intention di masa depan dan selanjutnya mengarah kepada pertukaran/berbagi informasi produk tersebut (word-of-mouth intention) dengan teman dan kenalan. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan pustaka dan penyusunan hipotesis, diperolah data dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 223 responden yang berusia 16-35 pada tahun 2015 ini (kelompok Generasi Y) dan mempunyai akun Instagram serta pernah melakukan penelusuran produk sebuah restoran melalui platform tersebut, dengan melakukan pendekatan convenience sampling dan snowball sampling, dan kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa niat konsumen untuk melakukan penelusuran produk sebuah restoran pada media sosial Instagram dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh utilitarian motivation dan keempat dimensi yang membentuknya, yaitu convenience, information availability, product selection, customized advertisement dan juga hedonic motivation serta keempat dimensi yang membentuknya, yaitu trend discovery, socializing, adventure, authority & status. Dimana dari variabel utilitarian motivation, dimensi product selection memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap niat tersebut. Sedangkan untuk variabel hedonic motivation, dimensi adventure adalah yang memiliki pengaruh yang terbesar. Lebih lanjut, penelusuran produk yang dilakukan oleh pengguna Instagram tersebut berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention dan word-of-mouth intention.

ABSTRACT
This thesis examines the important factors that motivate Generation Y consumers to browse the product of a restaurants on Instagram; as well as how the intention to browse the product will affect the purchase intention in the future and in turn lead to exchange or share the product information (word-of-mouth intention) with friends. After conducting a comprehensive literature study and crafting hypothesis, some useful data were obtained from the questionnaires distributed to 223 respondents aged 16-35 years in 2015 (Generation Y) and having Instagram account and have ever browsed the product of a restaurants through the platform, with a convenience sampling and snowball sampling approaches. This followed by an analysis of the data with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research has provided us with an interisting observation whereby the consumer intentions to browse the product of a restaurants on Instagram positively and significantly influenced by utilitarian motivation and its four dimensions, namely convenience, information availability, product selection, customized advertisement and also hedonic motivation as well as its four dimensions, namely trend discovery, socializing, adventure, authority and status. Where for the utilitarian motivation, product selection has the greatest influence on the intention. As for the variable hedonic motivation, adventure has the greatest influence. "Tesis ini membahas tentang pengaruh keterikatan karyawan terhadap knowledge transfer sebagai faktor identifikasi dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan mengembangkan prinsip-prinsip knowledge management dalam penyusunan program pengembangan intervensi di PT. GYI.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif antara variabel penelitian dengan hasil kategorisasi responden dari kowledge transfer berada pada kategori sedang dan hasil uji konstruk yang dihasilkan menunjukan knowledge codification dengan nilai rata-rata terendah.
Bentuk rekomendasi yang diusulkan adalah perubahan struktur organisasi guna memfasilitasi komunikasi horizontal yang dibantu dengan KM-Tools PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) dalam meningkatkan knowledge transfer dan knowledge codification di divisi manufaktur PT. GYI guna meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan berfokus pada intervensi Human Resources Management Practice.

This thesis focused on the influence of employee engagement on knowledge transfer as the identification factor of this research. Quantitative and qualitative study used to develop intervension program at PT. GYI with knowledge management principles.
Result of this research showed a positive relationship between variables with the categorization of the respondents on knowledge transfer in medium rate and constructs analysis shown knowledge codification in the lowest mean.
Proposed recommendations is change in organization structure to facilitate horizontal communication and using KM-Tools PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) method to improve knowledge transfer and knowledge codification in manufacturing division PT. GYI to improve it's performance by focusing on interventions in Human Resources Management Practice.
