"Tesis ini membahas dan menganalisis peran organisasi kepemudaan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan poiitik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari melalui wawancara mendalam serta data sekunder berupa dokumen resmi dari Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga terkait permasalahan yang diteliti. Penulis menganalisis hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan konsep/teori peran, teori harapan, serta teori pendidikan politik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa peran organisasi kepemudaan selama ini dalam melaksanakan pendidikan poiitik di Indonesia, dari perspektif teori pendidikan politik telah dijalankan dengan relatif baik. Namun, terdapat beberapa catatan mendasar, terutama yang berasal dari harapan stakeholder yang dirasakan belum dilakukan oleh organisasi kepemudaan dalam pelaksanaan peran tersebut. Catatan tersebut, antara lain terkait dengan tujuan pendidikan politik, frekuensi penyelenggaraan, serta materi yang menjadi konten dalam kegiatan pendidikan politik tersebut. Salah satu catatan yang paling penting, terkait persoalan yang muncul dalam Rencana Stratcgis Kemenpora Tahun 2010-2914, yakni persoalan berupa adanya orientasi yang berlebihan di kalangan pemuda terhadap politik praktis seputar kekuasaan.Terhadap persoalan tersebut perlu dilakukan reorientasi di kalangan pemuda dengan memberikan pemahaman politik yang benar melalui kegiatan pendidikan politik. Rekomendasi Iain yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pihak Kemenpora yang menjadi leading sector dalam hal penyadaran dan pemberdayaan pemuda agar mengadakan atau meningkatkan frekuensi kegiatan-kegiatan pendidikan politik, yang dapat bekerja sama dengan organiasi kepemudaan yang ada.

This thesis discusses and analyzes the role of youth organizations in the implementation of political education in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research in form of analytical descriptive research by utilizing primary data resulted from in depth interview and secondary data in form of official documents from the Ministry of Youth and Sports related to the objects to be researched. The writer analyzes the research results by using role theories/concepts, expectancy theories, and political education theory. The research results revealed that all this time the role of youth organizations in implementing political education in Indonesia, from the perspective of political education theories are relatively well performed. Yet, there are some basic records, especially those that come from stakeholder expectations that have not been implemented by the youth organization in that role implementation. The records are related to the purpose of the political education, implementation frequency and the substances to become the content in the political education activities. One of the most important records, related to the problems occur in Strategic Plans of Kemenpora Tahun 20l0-2914, is the problem in form of youth excessive obsession to practical politic and power.To address that problem, the reorientation is needed to be performed for the youth by providing the correct political understanding through political education. Other recommendation resulted from this research is that Kemenpora as the leading sector in youth empowerment and youth awareness development to set or to increase the frequency of educational education activities, that are able to cooperate with existing youth organizations."

"Keberadaan partai politik lokal di Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam merupakan salah satu terobosan yang signifikan dalam upaya memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dalam berpolitik dan berdemokrasi. Partai politik lokal bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah kebuntuan politik yang dialami masyarakat, pembangunan dan penguatan potensi politik di tingkat lokal. Oleh karena itu "Keberadaan Partai Politik Lokal Dalam Meraih Dukungan Masyarakat di Propinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD)" diharapkan dapat menjadi pintu solusi ketika negara dirasakan belum atau tidak mampu memberikan rasa keadilan secara merata, artinya pembangunan belum berhasil menyentuh keseluruh wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanggapan dan sambutan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan partai politik lokal di propinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, serta komitmennya dalam rangka membangun dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat di propinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Partai politik lokal adalah sebuah organisasi politik yang dibentuk oleh sekelompok warga negara Indonesia yang berdomisili di Aceh secara sukarela atas dasar persamaan kehendak dan citacita yang sama untuk memperjuangkan dan mewujudkan kepentingan anggota, masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara melalui pemilihan umum secara damai, sejahtera, adil dan makmur dalam bingkai Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Partai politik lokal merupakan harapan baru rakyat Aceh, dan merupakan salah satu alternatif pilihan politik masyarakat dalam menyalurkan segala aspirasinya. Masyarakat Aceh saat ini bebas memilih dan menentukan pemimpinnya. Walaupun umurnya masih masih tergolong baru, Dukungan masyarakat Aceh terhadap keberadaan partai politik lokal sangat besar. Kehadiran partai politik lokal di Aceh sebagai salah satu kekuatan baru dalam rangka memperkokoh dan meningkatkan rasa Nasionalisme, memperkuat integrasi dan Ketahanan Nasional, dalam menghadapi dan mengatasi segala ancaman, gangguan, hambatan dan tantangan yang datang dari dalam dan luar, secara langsung maupun tidak langsung membahayakan integritas, identitas, kelangsungan hidup bangsa dan negara serta perjuangan bangsa mencapai tujuan nasional.

The existence of local political parties in Aceh is one of the significant breakthrough in efforts to strengthen public participation in politics and democracy. Local political parties could be one of the alternative solutions to problems experienced by the people of political deadlock, the development and strengthening of the political potential at the local level. Therefore, 'The existence of Local Political Parties In Achieving Community Support in the province Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD)" is expected to be a door solution when the country felt not to or are unable to provide a sense of justice evenly, meaning that the development has not managed to touch throughout the region. This study aimed to describe the response and public response to the existence of a local political party in the province of Aceh, and its commitment in order to build and improve the welfare of the people in the province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. The research method used in this study is qualitative.

From the results of this study concluded that local political party is a political organization formed by a group of Indonesian citizens who reside in Aceh will voluntarily on the basis of equality and the same ideals to strive for and realize the interests of its members, the community, the nation, and the state through general elections were peaceful, prosperous, just and prosperous in the frame of the Republic of Indonesia. Local political parties are the new hope of the people of Aceh, and is one of the alternative options in channeling all their political aspirations. The people of Aceh is now free to choose and determine their leaders. Although age is still relatively new, the people of Aceh to support the existence of a local political party is very large. The presence of local political parties in Aceh as one of the new powers in order to strengthen and increase the sense of nationalism, strengthen integration and National Security, in the face and overcome all threats, harassment, obstacles and challenges that come from inside and outside, directly or indirectly harm integrity, identity, survival of the nation and the state and the nation's struggle to achieve national goals."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Analisis Model Kaderisasi Kepemimpinan Partai Politik Partaia Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan pada tahun 2014. Hal yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model kaderisasi Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan dalam mempersiapkan pemimpin dimasa yang akan datang. Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan sebagai pemenang pemilu legislatif pada pemilu tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan deskriftif analisis. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teori partai politik, teori merit sistem yang berhubungan dengan kaderisasi dan teori kepemimpinan. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teori, korelasi antara fakta di lapangan yang diperoleh selama proses penelitian dan teori dapat dilihat korelasi kesenjangannya dengan 8 informan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, kaderisasi kepemimpinan ditubuh partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan mempunyai fungsi untuk mempersiapkan caloncalon yang siap melanjutkan perjuangan sebuah organisasi di dalam Model Kaderisasi Kepemimpinan di Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan tahun 2014. Faktor pendukung penyiapan kaderisasi kepemimpinan yaitu adanya sayap partai salah satunya Taruna Merah Putih yang memiliki peran penting dalam perolehan suara pada pemilu tahun 2014. Faktor Penghambat Kaderisasi kepemimpinan yaitu regenerasi kepemimpinan dan masih menggunakan pola senioritas.

The background of this research is to description and Analysis of Cadres Leadership Model Political Party Indonesia Democratic Party Struggle in preparing the future leaders. Indonesian Democratic Party Struggle as the win of the legislative selections in 2014 elections.

This research used qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The theory used in this research is the potilical party theory, merit system theory which relation of the cadres and leadership theory. By using the theoretical framework, the correlation between the fact in the field is obtainable during the process of research and theory can be obeserved correlation discrepancy with 8 informan.

The results of this research, the leadership regenaration in the body of Indonesian Democratic Party Struggle has the function to prepare for ready candidates to continue the struggle for an organization's in Cadres Leadership Model Political Party Indonesia Democratic Party Struggle in 2014.

Factors supporting the cadres leadership preparation party wing is one of them Taruna Merah Putih has an important role in the vote on the election of 2014. Factors inhibiting leadership and leadership cadres is still using the pattern of seniority."

"Artikel ini membahas pengaruh fusi partai politik terhadap perolehan suara PPP pada Pemilu 1977 di Jawa Barat. Ciri khas politik Indonesia sebelum Orde Baru, ditandai dengan supremasi presiden dalam pemerintahan dan peranan politik yang terbatas. Artikel ini ditulis dengan metode sejarah dengan sumber berupa surat kabar sezaman, buku, tesis, dan artikel jurnal. Masalah yang akan dibahas dalam tulisan ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kebijakan fusi partai politik OrdeBaru terhadap perolehan suara PPP pada Pemilu 1977 di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan hasil bahwa fusi partai politik lahir sebagai langkah awal yangdilakukan oleh Soeharto dalam kepemimpinan Orde Baru untuk melaksanakan Pancasila dan UUD 1945 secara murni dan konsekuen agar terciptanya stabilitas politik dan kembali mengaktualkan pemilihan umum sebagai salah satu sarana demokrasi seperti termaktub dalam UUD 1945. Fusi partai politik berpengaruh terhadap perolehan suara Pemilu 1977 di Jawa Barat. Kenaikan suara PPP pada Pemilu 1977 di Jawa Barat terdapat segmentasi pemilih yang jelas akibat dari fusi partai Islam. Bertambahnya pemilih masyarakat Jawa Barat yang mayoritas beragama Islam merasa ada kedekatan dengan isu-isu yang diangkat PPP dan mengharapkan agar PPP sebagai kekuatan alternatif pada Pemilu 1977 menjadi faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kenaikan perolehan suara di Jawa Barat.

This article discusses the influence of political party fusion on PPP vote acquisition in the 1977 election in West Java. The characteristics of Indonesian politics before the New Order were marked by the supremacy of the president in government and a limited political role.This article was written using the historical method with sources in the form of contemporary newspapers, books, theses, and journal articles. The problem that will be discussed in this paper is how the influence of the New Order political party fusion policy on PPP vote acquisition in the 1977 elections in West Java. Basedon the results of the research, it was found that the fusion of political parties was born as the first step taken by Suharto under the leadership of the New Order to implement Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution purely and consistently in order to create political stability and re- actualize general elections as one of the means of democracy as stipulated in the Constitution. 1945. The fusion of political parties influenced the vote acquisition for the 1977 election in West Java. The increase in PPP votes in the 1977 election in West Java had a clear segmentation of voters as a result of the fusion of Islamic parties. The increasing number of voters in West Java, who are predominantly Muslim, feel close to the issues raised by PPP and hope that PPP as an alternative force in the 1977 election will become other factors influencing the increase in vote acquisition in West Java."
