"Pemindahan ibu kota Indonesia dari Jakarta ke Ibukota Nusantara di Kalimantan Timur menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang baru dalam perancangan infrastruktur logistik, termasuk penentuan lokasi Distribution Center (DC) yang optimal. Pemindahan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi tekanan populasi di Jakarta dan memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan lokasi optimal untuk DC yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi dan meminimalkan risiko dengan mengintegrasikan metode Geographic Information System (GIS) dan VIKOR. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data spasial sekunder yang mencakup peta jalan, jaringan sungai, topografi, penggunaan lahan, dan wilayah KIPP. Metode GIS digunakan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis kesesuaian lokasi dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria seperti kedekatan dengan jalan arteri, sungai, pemukiman, pusat perniagaan, dan pusat perhubungan, serta kondisi lahan. Proses ini melibatkan teknik Weighted Overlay untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai lapisan data dan menghasilkan lokasi-lokasi alternatif yang potensial. Selanjutnya, metode VIKOR diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi dan memilih lokasi optimal dari alternatif yang ada berdasarkan bobot kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Entropy dan CRITIC (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lokasi L11 adalah lokasi terbaik untuk DC, terutama dipengaruhi oleh faktor jarak dari sungai. Analisis sensitivitas juga dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh perubahan bobot kriteria terhadap hasil akhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya faktor geografis dalam penentuan lokasi DC dan menawarkan solusi berbasis bukti yang terstruktur untuk pemilihan lokasi yang ideal. Berdasarkan analisis sensitivitas, lokasi L11 tetap menjadi pilihan nomor satu, menunjukkan kestabilan dan keunggulannya dari segi biaya yang paling efisien dibandingkan dengan lokasi lainnya.

The relocation of Indonesia's capital from Jakarta to Nusantara in East Kalimantan presents new challenges and opportunities in logistics infrastructure planning, including the optimal determination of Distribution Center (DC) locations. This relocation is expected to reduce population pressure in Jakarta and improve environmental conditions. This study aims to identify the optimal location for DCs to enhance distribution efficiency and minimize risks by integrating Geographic Information System (GIS) and VIKOR methods. The study begins with the collection of secondary spatial data, including road maps, river networks, topography, land use, and KIPP areas. GIS is used to map and analyze location suitability by considering various criteria such as proximity to arterial roads, rivers, residential areas, commercial centers, and transportation hubs, as well as land conditions. This process involves the Weighted Overlay technique to integrate multiple data layers and generate potential alternative locations. Subsequently, the VIKOR method is applied to evaluate and select the optimal location from the alternatives based on criteria weights determined using the Entropy and CRITIC (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) methods. The analysis results indicate that location L11 is the best site for the DC, primarily influenced by its distance from the river. Sensitivity analysis is also conducted to assess the impact of changes in criteria weights on the final results. The findings of this study highlight the importance of geographical factors in determining DC locations and provide a structured evidence-based solution for selecting the ideal location. Based on the sensitivity analysis, location L11 remains the top choice, demonstrating its stability and cost-efficiency compared to other locations."

"Gudang memegang peranan penting dalam proses distribusi barang, terutama dalam mengantisipasi perubahan permintaan. PT PPS selaku perusahaan yang bergerak dalam sektor minyak dan gas tidak bisa lepas dari kegiatan penyimpanan barang di dalam sebuah gudang, karena PT PPS membutuhkan suatu ruangan untuk menyimpan barang, baik barang yang baru dibeli, barang persediaan, dan juga barang pengembalian sisa proyek. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem pergudangan yang saat ini diterapkan oleh PT PPS, mengidentifikasi alternatif perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan, dan juga membandingkan biaya yang timbul dari perbaikan penempatan barang dan tata letak gudang. Data tentang sistem pengelolan gudang saat ini diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Sedangkan Metode Shared Storage digunakan dalam penentuan penempatan barang di gudang. Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut, maka biaya operasional pada gudang PT PPS dapat berkurang sebesar 13,83 dari biaya awal. Usulan perbaikan lainnya adalah dengan memisahkan area loading dan unloading pada gudang.

Warehouse plays an important role in the distribution od goods, especially in anticipation of changes in demand and supply. PT PPS is a company operating in the oil and gas sector, and holds its goods, either newly purchased goods, inventory, and also product return from its projects in the company rsquo s warehouse. In order to have a fast movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, the company need a good layout. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the warehousing systems currently applied by PT PPS, identify alternative improvements that can be made, and also to compare the cost between the improved and current warehouse layout. Data of concerning the current warehouse system is obtained via in depth interviews and observations, while Shared Storage Methods is used as a method to determine the placement goods within the warehouse. Using this method, the operational cost in the warehouse can be reduced by 13,83 from current layout. The results also show that further improvement can be made by separating the loading and unloading areas in the warehouse."

"[PT PZ Cussons adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri kebutuhan balita, yang memproduksi perawatan kulit untuk balita. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh PT PZ cussons saat ini adalah ketidakteraturan dalam persiapan bahan baku, maka akan menghambat waktu proses pengiriman ke bagian produksi, beberapa lorong ukuran yang tidak sesuai dengan ukuran material handling sehingga sulit bagi karyawan dalam proses pembuatan produk jadi di gudang. Kondisi lain yang juga hadir dalam penempatan produk di daerah yang kurang tepat, di mana barang harus memiliki frekuensi tertinggi pengiriman dan yang sering datang dan pergi dalam terus ke pintu keluar. Hal-hal seperti ini yang sering menyebabkan penanganan yan lebih lanjut dalah material handing dan kurang efektif dalam kegiatan penyimpanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan tata letak penyimpanan rak bahan baku untuk gudang baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan dan kebutuhan ruang sehingga material handling menjadi lebih efektif. Other conditions are also present in a product placement in areas that are less precise, where the goods should have the highest frequency of delivery and who often come and go in continue to exit door. Things like this often lead to further handling is that material handing and less effective in storage activities. The aim of this study is to provide a storage rack layout of raw materials for the new warehouse in accordance with the needs of storage space and material handling needs so that the space becomes more effective. The method used in shared storage storage is an approach in which products have the highest frequency of delivery and often out of bringing it closer to the entrance to minimize the displacement distance of material handling. research done on the layout of the proposed generating material handling mileage new warehouse is at 8007 m. "Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa sistem distribusi pupuk bersubsidi pada PT. X perihal penentuan lokasi fasilitas distribusi dengan menggunakan metode Location Problem berdasarkan biaya total yang terdiri dari biaya transportasi dan biaya sewa gudang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisa penentuan lokasi gudang milik produsen dengan beberapa skenario optimasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan dapat mengurangi biaya total sebesar 85% - 91%, dan ketika biaya satuan satuan hasil prediksi bias -20% biaya total bisa berkurang sebesar 74% - 78% sedangkan ketika biaya satuan bias +20%, biaya total berkurang sebesar 87% - 91% dari biaya total eksisting. Berdasarkan hasil optimasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem distribusi pupuk bersubsidi yang sudah ada masih bisa diperbaiki dalam hal penentuan lokasi fasilitas distribusinya.

This study analyzed the distribution systems managed by PT. X using the fixed charged location problem model by analyzing the location warehouses based on the total cost which consist of transportation cost and the producer’s warehouse rental cost. The result of the optimization shows that the proposed systems may reduce the total cost to 85% - 91% of the existing. When the prediction of the transportation unit cost of the proposed links are biased -20%, the cost may reduce to 74% - 78% of the existing.while the biased are +20% it comes to 87% - 91% of the existing. From the result, we can conclude that the existing systems can be improved in therms of restructuring the warehouses number and location."

"Gudang memiliki peran penghubung yang penting dalam rantai pasokan dan dapat memperkaya keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan. Agar selalu dapat memberikan layanan terbaik, perlu untuk mengetahui kondisi gudang pada saat ini melalui penilaian kinerja dan meningkatkan aspek yang memiliki nilai rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur performa dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk gudang assembly dari perusahaan manufaktur elektronik pada tahun 2023 menggunakan metode SCOR dan AHP. Terdapat 25 indikator kinerja yang akan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui performa gudang. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah perfroma gudang berada dalam kategori sedang menurut traffic light system dengan nilai sebesar 70.03%. Dilakukan juga identifikasi indikator prioritas menggunakan metode importance-performance analysis untuk mengetahui indikator yang nilai rendah tetapi memiliki bobot kepentingan tinggi. Indikator prioritas yang didapatkan adalah delivery lead time, supplier delivery lead time, dan on-time delivery to production lines. Rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk dapat memperbaiki ketiga indikator kinerja tersebut adalah implementasi integrasi antara warehouse management system (WSM) dan voice picking.

Warehouses have an important connecting role in the supply chain and can enrich competitive advantages for companies. In order to always be able to provide the best service, it is necessary to know the current condition of the warehouse through performance assessments and improving aspects that have low value. This research is to measure performance and provide recommendations for assembly warehouses of electronics manufacturing companies in 2023 using the SCOR and AHP methods. There are 25 performance indicators that will be used as a reference to determine warehouse performance. The results obtained are that the warehouse performance is in the medium category according to the traffic light system with a value of 70.03%. Priority indicators are also identified to identify indicators that have low scores but have high importance using importance-performance analysis. The priority indicators obtained are delivery lead time, supplier delivery lead time, and on-time delivery to production lines. The recommendation given to improve these three performance indicators is the implementation of integration between the warehouse management system (WSM) and voice picking."
