"Biaya operasional di stasiun pengisian bahan bakar umum (SPBU) cukup tinggi, hal ini disebabkan biaya bahan bakar genset dan biaya listrik yang besar dengan kenaikan tarif dasar listrik (TDL) yang terus meningkat setiap tahun. Salah satu solusi untuk menekan biaya opersional sekaligus mengurangi emisi karbon dari sektor pembangkit adalah dengan memasang pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) atap sistem grid-connection. Sekarang ini penggunaan sel surya makin giat dikembangkan terus sebagai salah satu alternatif sumber pembangkit energi listrik, walaupun biaya energinya masih tergolong mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimasi penggunaan dan penyerapan energi fotovoltaik sebagai sumber energi listrik ramah lingkungan dan mendapatkan kelayakan investasi PLTS atap sistem on-grid di SPBU. Kapasitas PLTS yang dipasangkan 15,36 kWp dengan pemanfaatan area atap SPBU. Dengan metoda pengukuran teknis dan perhitungan ekonomi maka berdasarkan data profil beban dan daya PLTS, biaya-biaya pengembangan sistem PLTS, dan konsumsi energi listrik pada SPBU diperoleh hasil energi yang diserap dari PLTS rata-rata sebesar 63%, NPV adalah Rp. 36.271.255,63; IRR sebesar 9,2% dan PBP selama 12,94 tahun, serta biaya energi PLTS Rp. 1.448,72 lebih rendah dibandingkan daripada TDL. Dengan pemasangan PLTS atap sistem yang terhubung dengan jaringan listrik PLN dapat diterapkan maka memberikan manfaat bagi pelanggan, biaya listrik menjadi lebih murah dengan penghematan tagihan 26%. Sehingga secara tekno ekonomi penerapan PLTS atap sistem on-grid layak dilaksanakan pada SPBU di Bekasi.

The operational costs of the gas stations (SPBU) are great, which is because of the cost generator fuel and the great electricity costs with the annual rise in electricity tariffs. One solution to cut operational costs and hence cut down the system's carbon emissions is to install rooftop solar power generation on-grid systems (solar PV). Nowadays, the use of solar cells is raised as an alternative energy source; Still, the energy cost of solar PV is costly. This study purposes to optimize the use and absorption of photovoltaic energy as an environmentally friendly source of electrical energy and to look at the feasibility of installing in solar power systems on-grid roofing at gas stations. They settled in the size of the PV of 15.36 kW with to plant the gas station's rooftop space. Through the scientific assessment and computation methods IRR, NPV, and PBP then based on the capacity chart and energy of PV, solar power system costs, and electrical energy utilization of the gas station are supplying the power absorbed of the PV is 63%, the NPV is equal to Rp. 36,271,255.63; the IRR is 9.2% and the PBP is during 12.94 years and COE is Rp 1,448.72 lower than the electricity tariff. By this system drop out, so it delivers benefits to consumers; electricity costs become tighter than that before by bill savings is 26%. Therefore, it is useful to define technical economical solar PV at the gas station in Bekasi."

"Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Komunal menjadi salah satu instrumen kebijakan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru. Namun, tujuan dari kebijakan ini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi mengenai bagaimana dampaknya terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat desa tertinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pengelolaan PLTS Komunal terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan PLTS Komunal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mix methods). Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan teknik survei (skala likert dan pertanyaan terbuka) dan wawancara mendalam. Pengumpulan data sekunder diambil dari studi dokumentasi dan literature review. Penelitian dilakukan dari 31 Januari 2023 hingga 19 September 2023 dan telah menghasilkan 2 (dua) temuan. Pertama, kebijakan pengelolaan PLTS Komunal berkelanjutan telah berdampak terhadap keterampilan teknis dan manajerial masyarakat, berkembangnya aktivitas social, terciptanya usaha-usaha baru, terbukanya lapangan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan, dan efisiensi rumah tangga. Kedua, faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan PLTS Komunal berkelanjutan adalah faktor ekonomi (listrik murah, usaha berbasis listrik, iuran masyarakat), faktor finansial (komitmen pemerintah, adanya pembiayaan), faktor politik (Kerjasama multipihak, dukungan kepala daerah lokal), faktor regulasi (peraturan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, pengawasan dan pengendalian), dan faktor sosiokultural (sikap gotong-royong, sense of ownership, integritas pengelola PLTS, dan tingkat pengetahuan). Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini antara lain: Mendorong PLTS Komunal di Desa Labuangkallo agar dikelola oleh BUMDes dan mengeluarkan regulasi pemanfaatan PLTS; Mengintegrasikan BUMDes pengelola PLTS Komunal dengan unit-unit usaha berbasis listrik; dan Mendorong kolaborasi dinas terkait dalam mengoptimalkan potensi unggulan desa dikembangkan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan usaha berbasis listrik.

Communal Solar Power Plants (PLTS) are one of the government's policy instruments in improving the welfare of rural communities and creating new jobs. However, the aim of this policy has never been to evaluate its impact on the socio-economic conditions of underdeveloped rural communities. This research aims to analyze the impact of Communal PLTS management on socio-economic conditions and the factors that influence the management of Communal PLTS. This research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach (mix methods). Primary data collection was carried out using survey techniques (Likert scale and open questions) and in-depth interviews. Secondary data collection was taken from documentation studies and literature reviews. The research was conducted from 31 January 2023 to 19 September 2023 and has produced 2 (two) findings. First, the policy of sustainable Communal PLTS management has had an impact on the technical and managerial skills of the community, the development of social activities, the creation of new businesses, the creation of employment opportunities, increased income, and household efficiency. Second, the factors that influence the sustainable management of Communal PLTS are economic factors (cheap electricity, electricity-based businesses, community contributions), financial factors (government commitment, availability of financing), political factors (multi-party cooperation, support from local regional heads), regulatory factors (regulations), training and mentoring, supervision and control), and sociocultural factors (mutual cooperation attitude, sense of ownership, integrity of PLTS managers, and level of knowledge). Recommendations from the results of this research are: Encouraging Communal PLTS in Labuangkallo Village to be managed by BUMDes and issuing regulations for the use of PLTS; Integrating BUMDes managing Communal PLTS with electricity-based business units; and Encouraging collaboration with related agencies in optimizing the superior potential of villages developed through training and assistance for electricity-based businesses."

"This final project was designing a solar collector facility using water as heat transfer fluid. The design of the facility is according to ASHRAE Standard 93-2003 'Methods of testing to determine the thermal performance of solar collectors'. The system had to be designed with moveable rack to adjust easily to an appropriate testing site. In addition, the frame is also designed to can be adjusted with different variables tilt angles as 00,300,450,600 for ASHRAE Standard testing purposes. In this project, the student only makes a design of solar collector facility as visualization reference using the drawing software (solidworks). The supporting Instrumentation's specification and manufacturer info has been provided for a real assembly guide later. Lastly, the important parameters design concepts and cost estimates for making this facility will be explained through this report."
