Techno-economic analysis of wind farm configuration design and Feed in Tariff (FiT) calculation in Indonesia using WAsP simulation software has done. The wind data that being used is observed during 2006 to 2007 at 50 meters height. Wind farm area is determined based on wind resources assessment in the form of wind potential map. The technical analysis performed on 15 units wind turbine capacity of 500 kW, 600 kW and 750 kW with different specifications that have a CF value of 20% - 40%. Wind farm configuration is combined based on 3D ×5D for vertical axis and 4D ×9D for horizontal axis.
The economic analysis is also conducted on the calculation of costs and financial using 2 different discount rate methods including feed in tariff calculation and the design of FiT for wind energy according to the potential of wind energy in several different locations in Indonesia. The best wind farm configuration is 4D ×9D using 92 units wind turbine with 750 kW capacities that has 26% CF value and the sales energy prices using 2 discount rate methods are 0.19998 $/kWh and 0.14550 $/kWh.
The method of cost and financial wind farm calculation are using AWCCreal as discount rate results the cheapest selling price but AWCCnominal method offering a faster payback period. Based on the assumptions those used to FiT calculation, the values obtained for the wind farm is in the range between 0.08967 $/kWh ? 0.09293 $/kWh (AWCCnominal) and 0.04968 $/kWh ? 0.05148 $/kWh (AWCCreal). While the FiT value wind turbine (wind power plant) in Indonesia is in the range between $ 0.045 / kWh - $ 0.430 / kWh with CF values ranged between 10.64% - 37.9% for the range of capacity 500 kW to above of 2 MW.

"In this study we estimated empirically the impact of U.S.D.A funded school feeding program on household food expenditures and food behavior in the case of Indonesia. The focus was on children associated food expenditures an aspect of food behavior which is particularly relevant for households' day-to-day decisions affecting their food expenses and consumption. The basic data indicated a positive correlation (p=.65) between household whose children receiving milk at school and household food expenditure: participating households have higher child-related food expenditures, more milk consumption at home, and more percentage of food expenditures to income.
We used a reduced-form model of household pattern of expenditure, which controls for relevant household and location characteristics, to estimate the impact of program components to household food expenditure and food behavior. The underlying structural equations treat school feeding program's outputs (milk ration and advocacy) as an input, together with relevant household characteristics, in the household's decision-making process of food consumption. The effects of milk consumption by the children operate through (at least) three mechanisms: sharing of information in peer group, influencing household meals provider with their preference, and broadened household food preference. The magnitude of the children food preference effect was found to be similar to that of program directed to the parents.
Differences between two groups of sample are found for most household expenditures, but to be quite the same for most nominal characteristics such as education, location of living, and magnitude of information. With few exceptions, there is no difference in non-food expenditure between these groups.
The increasing demand for milk, both in experimental group and control group, suggest the potential of a large Indonesian market for dairy products in the future. But it may leave behind domestic supplier (dairy farmers) in the competition because of free market policy, intensive and integrated marketing efforts by foreign supplier whose efforts are integrated in the program. Consistent and integrated policies on agricultural products are the conditions needed.
The differences in consumption patterns between these two groups, and among areas groups imply that development in aggregate consumption patterns in Indonesia will be affected not only by aggregate income growth but also by changes in the distribution and channeling system of information. Using children as channel of promoting behavior change in food pattern is promising."

According to the national energy policy, Indonesia will continue to encourage the development of renewable energy to increase national capacity to 23 percent by 2025 and 30 percent by 2050. Wind power is one of the main energy sources, with global average costs continuing to decline, but development is still very limited. Technical analysis was carried out on two prospective windmill locations at a height of 100 m, 120 m, and 135 m using three wind turbines with capacities of 3.4 MW, 4 MW, and 4.5 MW as well as 18 different technical specifications. The CF values obtained ranged from 20% to 40%. The results of financial analysis on costs and calculations with different discount rates on technical analysis to obtain suitable wind energy in two wind power plant locations. Location 1 is the best location for a windmill, with 45 wind turbines with a capacity of 4.5 MW or 202.5 MW equivalent, a CF value of 35.36 percent, and the cost of energy is about USD. 0.05202 per kWh. Financial calculations using various discount rates show that AWCCreal has a lower selling price, but AWCCnominal has a faster return on investment. Based on the results of a paired assessment conducted by 4 experts by academics, government, and the private sector, it shows that the most important priority is the financial aspect with a weighted value of 0.300. The results of the study show that technical and financial studies carried out and paired assessments from experts will get the best location"
