"Penelitian ini akan fokus pada kerja sama Indonesia-Malaysia di dalam penanggulangan bencana gempa bumi dan tsunami di Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai tahun 2010. Data-data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan kerangka analisis diplomasi bencana dengan variabel kedekatan geografis dan identitas antara Indonesia-Malaysia, relasi bantuan Indonesia-Malaysia, keterlibatan negara dan tingkatan diplomasi bencana Indonesia-Malaysia, tujuan pemberian bantuan oleh Malaysia kepada Indonesia. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kerja sama yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia dan Malaysia hanya bertujuan untuk menunjukkan solidaritas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerja sama Indonesia-Malaysia tidak berhasil karena tensi konflik kedua negara tidak menurun. Oleh karena itu, riset ini memberi rekomendasi pembuatan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) di dalam kerja sama internasional penanggulangan bencana, melibatkan masyarakat di dalam struktur resmi dan formal Pusat Komando Tanggap Darurat, dan kecepatan strategi serta pemberdayaan fasilitas darurat untuk menunjang distribusi bantuan.

This research focuses on disaster management of Indonesia-Malaysia cooperation on earthquake and tsunami disaster in Mentawai District in 2010. The data was analysed with the theory of disaster diplomacy using five variables: propinquity of Indonesia-Malaysia, aid relationship of Indonesia-Malaysia, state involvement, actors of diplomacy, and purpose of assistance. The research finds that Indonesia-Malaysia cooperation has a purpose to show solidarity between both countries. Thus, conclusion of the research is the cooperation between Indonesia-Malaysia fail because the tension doesn‟t decrease. Finally, this research recommends the creation of operational standard procedure, people involvement, and reformulation the strategy of aid distribution."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara perilaku inovatif dengan stres kerja pada karyawan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi Tenaga Surya. 216 karyawan dari Perusahaan Tenaga Surya di Indonesia menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Perilaku inovatif diukur dengan menggunakan Innovative Work Behaviour Scale, Janssen (2000) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yakni generalisasi ide, promosi ide, dan implementasi. Stres kerja diukur melalui Job Stress Scale yang dibuat dan dikembangkan oleh Parker dan DeCotiis (1983).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara perilaku inovatif karyawan dengan stres kerja pada karyawan Perusahaan Tenaga Surya (R = -0.329, n = 216, p<0.01). Selain itu, partisipan dalam penelitian ini memiliki skor perilaku inovatif yang tinggi dan stres kerja yang rendah.

This research was conducted to investigate the correlation between innovative work behaviour and job stress on Employees Solar Photovoltaic Energy Company 216 employee were completed all questionnaires of innovative work behaviour and job stress. Innovative work behavior was measured by Innovative Work Behavior Scale (IWB Scale) which was constructed by Janssen (2000) and consist of three stages of innovative work behavior, namely idea generation, championing or supporting idea, and implementation. Job stress was measured by Job Stress Scale which was constructed and developed by Parker and DeCotiis (1983).
The results show that there was a negative and significant correlation between innovative work behavior and job stress on Employees Solar Photovoltaic Energy Company Surya (R = -0.329, n = 216, p<0.01). Besides, participant in this research had a high score on innovative work behavior and a low score on job stress.

Perilaku voice pegawai, yang didefinisikan sebagai tingkah laku pemberian saran inovatif dan konstruktif, dapat mendatangkan banyak dampak positif bagi organisasi. Di sisi lain, voice dapat mengancam bagi hubungan interpersonal pegawai yang melakukannya. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi karakteristik unik tersebut dengan menyoroti interaksi faktor situasional berupa kohesivitas kelompok dengan faktor individu berupa kepemilikan ide dan voice efficacy. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 244 pegawai di salah satu institusi pemerntahan. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan kepemilikan ide dan voice efficacy berhubungan, masing-masing, negatif dan positif dengan voice. Selain itu, kohesivitas sosial kelompok berperan sebagai moderator yang memberikan efek penyangga (buffer) pada hubungan positif antara voice efficacy dengan voice. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

"Belajar di negara asing akan membuat seorang mahasiswa asing menghadapi berbagai tuntutan yang dapat menimbulkan distres. Salah satunya adalah untuk membangun hubungan sosial yang baru. Untuk dapat membangun hubungan sosial dibutuhkan keterampilan sosial yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara expressivity, yaitu emotional expressivity dan social expressivity, dan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa asing di Universitas Indonesia.
Penelitian ini melibatkan 101 responden, yang dijaring melalui teknik accidental sampling. Untuk mengukur distres psikologis digunakan the Hopkins Symptom Checklist (HSCL-25), sedangkan untuk mengukur expressivity digunakan alat ukur Social Skills Inventory (SSI). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara distres psikologis dan expressivity baik emotional expressivity dan social expressivity.

Studying abroad may make an international student have to face various challenges that may cause distress. One of these challenges is to build new social relationships. To be able to build social relationships, good social skills are needed. The aim of this study is to see if there is a significant relationship between expressivity and psychological distress among international students in Universitas Indonesia.
This study involves 101 respondents who were sought using accidental sampling. The Hopkins Symptom Checklist (HSCL-25) was used to measure psychological distress and the Social Skills Inventory (SSI) was used to measure expressivity. The result of this study shows that there is not a significant relationship between expressivity social skills and psychological distress.
