"Tajur merupakan salah satu sentra penjualan tas terkemuka di Bogor, Jawa Barat. Para pengrajin tas di Tajur dituntut untuk menghasilkan tas sesuai target pada deadline yang telah ditentukan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pengrajin tas berhadapan dengan bahaya psikososial sehingga mengakibatkan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja dan faktor-faktor bahaya psikososial pada pengrajin tas di Tajur tahun 2014. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode cross sectional dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengrajin tas di Tajur dikategorikan tidak stres, serta semua variabel content of work dan context to work termasuk dalam kategori baik. Namun, penghayatan bahaya dan risiko serta struktur dan iklim organisasi merupakan faktor bahaya psikososial yang paling buruk persepsinya.

Tajur is one of the leading trading centers bags in Bogor, West Java. The bag craftsmen at Tajur required to produce the bags according to the target at a predetermined deadline. This can cause the bag craftsmen dealing with psychosocial hazards resulting work stress. The purpose of this research is to describe the work stress and psychosocial hazards factors of bag craftsmen at Tajur. Research was conducted by cross sectional method by distributing questionnaires.
The results showed that the bag craftsmen at Tajur categorized as not stress, and all the variable content of work and the context to work is also categorized good. However, perception of hazards and risks and also organizational structure and climate are the most poor psychosocial hazards factors.

"This study examined relationships between occupational stress, management commitment to service, and employee performance, which were mediated by job satisfaction, turnover intentions, and service behaviors. Employing quantitative approach, data was collected from a sample of 338 flight attendants of a flag carrier based in Indonesia using structured questionnaire as survey instrument. The hypotheses and the proposed relationship model were validated and analyzed through structural equation modeling using SmartPLS 3. The empirical results revealed that job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between occupational stress and turnover intention. Moreover, the results showed that job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between management commitment and service behaviors. The results further revealed that turnover intentions partially mediated the relationship between occupational stress and employee performance. The results also showed that service behaviors partially mediated the relationship between management commitment to service and employee performance. This study further developed theoretical implications and provided recommendations for managers in the airline industry to maintain the performance of flight attendants, retain them in the organization, and encourage them performing the desired service behaviors toward both customers and coworkers.

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara stres kerja, komitmen manajemen terhadap layanan, dan kinerja karyawan, yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja, turnover intention, dan perilaku layanan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari sampel 338 awak kabin maskapai penerbangan nasional Indonesia menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur sebagai instrumen survei. Hipotesis dan model hubungan yang diusulkan divalidasi dan dianalisis melalui structural equation modeling menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan turnover intention. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara komitmen manajemen dan perilaku layanan. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa turnover intention secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa perilaku layanan memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara komitmen manajemen terhadap layanan dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini selanjutnya mengembangkan implikasi teoritis dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen di industri maskapai penerbangan untuk menjaga kinerja awak kabin, mempertahankan mereka di Perusahaan, dan mendorong mereka melakukan perilaku layanan yang diinginkan baik bagi pelanggan maupun rekan kerja."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari organizational identification terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh work engagement pada PT XYZ. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 120 orang karyawan di kantor pusat PT XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif serta menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational identification berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, organizational identification berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, work engagement berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, dan work engagement memediasi pengaruh positif antara organizational identification dan job satisfaction.

The aim of the research is to study the effect of organizational identification on job satisfaction mediated by work engagement on PT XYZ. The respondents of this study were 120 employees in head office of PT XYZ. This research is quantitative descriptive and using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this research found that organizational identification have negative and significant effect to job satisfaction, organizational identification have positive and significant effect to work engagement, work engagement have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, and work engagement have a mediating impact on positive influence between organizational identification and job satisfaction.

"Dunia kerja yang semakin dinamis mengharuskan para karyawan untuk bekerja melebihi ekspektasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja dari Spector (1997) dan organizational citizenship behavior dari Organ (2006). Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Sampelnya adalah 33 orang karyawan tetap non-manajerial Divisi Konstruksi I PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

An increasingly dynamic world of work require employees to work beyond the company's expectations. This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction towards organizational citizenship behavior. The variables are job satisfaction from Spector (1997) and organizational citizenship behavior from Organ (2006). The method of the research is quantitative. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai organisasi terhadap niat pergi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder dan survei dilakukan terhadap 137 karyawan kantor pusat PT X dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis langkah sebab akibat dan uji sobel untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh mediasi antar variabel kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pergi, dimana kepuasan kerja secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara nilai-nilai organisasi dan niat untuk pergi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai-nilai organisasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan negatif terhadap niat pergi, nilai-nilai organisasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif dengan kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan negatif dengan niat pergi, dan kepuasan kerja menengahi sebagian. hubungan antara nilai-nilai organisasi dan kepuasan kerja.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational values ​​on intention to leave with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained from secondary data and the survey was conducted on 137 employees of the PT X head office using total sampling technique. This study uses a causal step analysis and multiple tests to examine the direct and mediating effect between key variables. The results showed that organizational values ​​have a significant effect on intention to leave, where job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between organizational values ​​and intention to leave. The findings in this study conclude that organizational values ​​have a significant and negative relationship to intention to leave, organizational values ​​have a significant and positive relationship with job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant and negative relationship with intention to leave, and job satisfaction mediates. in part. the relationship between organizational values ​​and job satisfaction."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh positive psychological capital karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behaviour studi kasus: hotel bintang 4 dan 5 di Jakarta Dan Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara positive psychological capital karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behaviour. Begitu juga menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya dikarenakan profil responden yang kurang mewakili penelitian dari sisi demografis.

The purpose of this research is analyze the influence of employee? positive psychological capital to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior case study: 4 and 5 star hotel in Jakarta and Bogor. The research of the study show that there is positive and significant impact from employee positive psychological capital to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviour. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi psychological capital dan job satisfaction pada pengaruh leader-member exchange terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, yang merupakan salah satu ciri dari sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan perusahaan, termasuk swasta dan BUMN, untuk mencapai tujuan dan kelangsungan perusahaan di era ekonomi disruptif dan MEA. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui kuesioner online yang diisi oleh 193 karyawan swasta dan BUMN di Jakarta dan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leader-member exchange tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Meskipun demikian, leader-member exchange akan mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior secara positif apabila dimediasi penuh oleh psychological capital atau kepuasan kerja.

This research aims to determine the mediating role of psychological capital and job satisfaction on leader-member exchange influence in promoting organizational citizenship behavior, which is one of the characteristics of human resources needed by a company, including private and BUMN, to achieve goals and sustainability in disruptive economy and MEA era. Research data was gathered through an online questionnaire filled by 193 private and BUMN employees in Jakarta and then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The results showed that leader-member exchange do not have any positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. However, leader-member exchange will positively affect organizational citizenship behavior if it is fully mediated by psychological capital or job satisfaction.

"Stres kerja sebagai salahsatu bagian dari bahaya psikososial telah menjadi perhatian tidak hanya di negara maju namun juga di negara berkembang. Namun belum banyak penelitian yang membahas faktor penyebab stres di industri jasa khsusunya jasa pengujian, inspeksi dan sertifikasi. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengungkap hubungan faktor pekerjaan, faktor individu dan lingkungan dengan stres kerja. Faktor pekerjaan meliputi jadwal kerja, beban kerja, gaji/ pendapatan, pengembangan karir, budaya organisasi, kontrol pekerjaan dan hubungan interpersonal. Faktor individu meliputi usia, pendidikan, jabatan, status kepegawaian, status pernikahan dan kebiasaan merokok. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan meliputi dukungan orang terdekat, olahraga/ hoby dan kontak sosial dengan kegiatan . Penelitian dilakukan di perusahaan jasa pengujian, inspeksi, dan sertifikasi di Wilayah Jawa Tengah yang meliputi Cabang Semarang, Unit Pelayanan Kudus, Unit Pelayanan Surakarta, dan Cabang Cilacap, dengan jumlah 123 dari 172 populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan scross sectional dengan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) dan NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionaire yang dimodifikasi sesuai kebutuhan peneliti. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada responden di Wilayah Jawa Tengah secara daring dan dihasilkan bahwa sebanyak 34,1% pegawai mengalami stres kerja rendah dan 65% mengalami stres kerja sedang-tinggi. Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa beban kerja, kebiasan merokok, dukungan orang terdekat dan kontak dengan kegiatan memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja di PT X. Sedangkan usia, pendidikan, masa kerja, jabatan, status kepegawaian, status pernikahan, jadwal kerja, gaji/ pendapatan, budaya organisasi, pengembangan karir, kontrol pekerjaan, hubungan interpersonal dan olahraga tidak memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka perusahaan perlu melakukan tindakan yang dapat menurunkan risiko stres kerja seperti pengaturan beban kerja dan family gathering

Work stress as a part of psychosocial hazards has become a concern not only in developed countries but also in developing countries. However, there is not much research that discusses the factors that cause stress in the service industry, especially testing, inspection, and certification services. This research focuses on uncovering the relationship between work factors, individual factors, and environmental factors with work stress. Job factors include work schedule, workload, salary/income, career development, organizational culture, job control, and interpersonal relationships. Individual factors include age, education, position, employment status, marital status, and smoking habits. Meanwhile, environmental factors include support from people closest to you, sports/hobbies, and social contact with activities. The research was conducted at testing, inspection, and certification service companies in the Central Java Region which included the Semarang Branch, Kudus Service Unit, Surakarta Service Unit, and Cilacap Branch, with a total of 123 out of 172 populations. This research used a cross-sectional approach with a questionnaire adapted from the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) questionnaire and the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire which was modified according to the researcher's needs. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents in the Central Java Region online and it was found that 34.1% of employees experienced low work stress and 65% experienced moderate-high work stress. Research explains that workload, smoking habits, support from those closest to you and contact with activities are related to work stress at PT X. Meanwhile, age, education, length of service, position, employment status, marital status, work schedule, salary/income, organizational culture, career development, job control, interpersonal relationships, and sports have no relationship with work stress. Based on the results of this research, companies need to take actions that can reduce the risk of work stress, such as managing workloads and family gatherings"
