"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan self-related work commitment sebagai variabel moderator pada hubungan antara trait kepribadian Machiavellianisme dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Data diperoleh dari 196 karyawan di beberapa perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi dengan program Macro Hayes PROCESS dalam SPSS Statistics 22. Skala perilaku kerja inovatif dari Janssen 2000 yang telah diadaptasi oleh Etikariena dan Muluk 2014 ?=0.82 digunakan untuk mengukur perilaku inovatif di tempat kerja, Machiavellian Personality Scale yang diadaptasi dari Dahling dkk 2009 ?=0.89 digunakan untuk mengukur kecenderungan trait kepribadian Machiavellianisme, dan alat ukur Employee Commitment yang diadaptasi dari Zettler dkk 2011 ?=0.94 digunakan untuk mengukur self-related work commitment. Analisis moderasi menunjukkan bahwa self-related work commitment tidak dapat berperan sebagai moderator yang memperkuat hubungan antara trait kepribadian Machiavellianisme dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Implikasi secara teoretis dan praktis akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the moderating role of self related work commitment on the relationship between Machiavellianism personality trait and Innovative Work Behavior. Data were collected among 196 employees from various creative industry companies and were analyzed using statistical regression analysis technique with Hayes PROCESS Macro program on SPSS Statistics 22. Innovative Work Behavior Scale from Janssen 2000 that has been adapted by Etikariena and Muluk 2014 was used 0.82 to measure innovative behavior in the workplace, Machiavellian Personality Scale from Dahling dkk 2009 was used to measure Machiavellianism personality trait 0.89, and Employee Commitment from Zettler dkk 2011 was used to measure self related work commitment 0.94. Moderation analysis showed that self related work commitment have no significant role on enhancing the positive relationship between Machiavellianism and Innovative Work Behavior. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh trait kepribadian Big Five terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan di tempat kerja pada PT X dan PT Y. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengukuran trait kepribadian Big Five menggunakan alat ukur Mini-IPIP yang dikembangkan oleh Donnellan, Oswald, Baird, dan Lucas pada tahun 2006 dan alat ukur perilaku inovatif menggunakan alat ukur Innovative Work Behavior Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Onne Janssen pada tahun 2000. Partisipan berjumlah 216 orang karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan photovoltaic (penghasil produk berenergi terbarukan).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada trait agreeableness dan trait conscientiousness terhadap perilaku inovatif (R2 = 0,124; p < 0,01). Artinya, semakin tinggi trait agreeableness dan trait conscientiousness yang dimiliki individu, maka semakin tinggi perilaku inovatif yang dimilikinya.

This study was conducted to see the influence of the Big Five personality trait on employees’ innovative behavior at work on X company and Y company. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Big Five personality trait measurements using the Mini-IPIP measure developed by Donnellan, Oswald, Baird, and Lucas in 2006 and innovative behavior measurement using Innovative Work Behavior Scale developed by Onne Janssen in 2000. Participants totaled 216 employees working on photovoltaic company (producer of renewable energy products).
Results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect on agreeableness trait and conscientiousness trait to innovative behavior (R2 = 0.124, p < 0,01). It means, the higher agreeableness trait and conscientiousness trait of the individual, the higher its innovative behavior.

"Beberapa tahun terakhir ini fenomena indigo di Indonesia mulai banyak diangkat oleh media masa dan mengundang berbagai pandangan positif maupun negatif. Anak indigo memiliki karakteristik kemampuan yang berbeda dengan anak seusianya, yaitu pengalaman ESP (Extra Sensory Perception), spiritualitas tinggi, dan rasional. Adanya kesadaran bahwa terdapat perbedaan karakteristik akan mempengaruhi konsep diri individu indigo.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh gambaran perkembangan konsep diri remaja akhir indigo dan faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi pada remaja akhir indigo yang berusia 18-22 tahun.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remaja indigo merasa berbeda dari teman sebayanya sejak kecil. Mereka merasa memiliki kelebihan dan cenderung merasa superior sehingga tidak suka diatur dan seringkali mendapatkan pandangan negatif dari lingkungan sosial. Adanya pandangan negatif ini menyebabkan mereka merasa ingin normal dan menolak kemampuan dirinya. Meskipun demikian, mereka tetap mendapatkan positive regard dari lingkungan sosial dan orangtua sehingga mereka dapat kembali menerima dirinya. Perkembangan konsep diri mereka dipengaruhi oleh orang tua, lingkungan sosial dan pengalaman memasuki lingkungan baru. Remaja indigo juga memandang indigo sebagai sebuah label dan merasa karakteristik indigo telah menjadi bagian dari diri mereka sejak kecil.

Nowadays the indigo phenomenon is getting popular in Indonesia's mass media and there are negative and positive opinions about this topic. The indigo children have different characteristics of ability among another children in their age, such as ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) experience, high spirituality, and rational. Awareness of this different characteristics will affect their self concept.
The purpose of this study is to get description of the development of self concept in late adolescents indigo and factors that affect it. Qualitative method is used by doing some interviews and observations on 18-22 years old late adolescents.
Result on this study describes that adolescents indigo feel different among another children in their age. They feel that they have higher ability and feeling of superiority that makes them disobey rules and get negative judgements from their social environment. This negative judgements make them want to become a normal person and deny their ability. However, they still get positive regard from their parents and social environment that make them finally accept themselves. The development of their self concept is affected by parents, social environment and experience in the new environment. Indigo adolescents see the term indigo as a label and they feel indigo characteristics already a part of themselves since their childhood."
