"Penelitian ini mengulas cinta, benci, dan patah hati dalam tinjauan filsafat psikoanalisis Slavoj Žižek. Terutama berkaitan dengan kritik Žižek terhadap seruan cinta universal kepada sesama manusia yang justru menghindari pertemuan dengan sesama. Seruan cinta universal dianggap mengingkari hal-hal yang tak dapat dicintai, mungkin dibenci, dalam diri manusia. Maka penelitian ini menelaah, pertama, soal apa dan bagaimana “yang kurang” dalam seruan cinta kepada sesama manusia sehingga gagal mengatasi kebencian? Kedua, apa dan bagaimana “yang kurang” dalam kritik Žižek tentang cinta itu sendiri? Metode analisis konseptual dan struktural diterapkan sehubungan dengan acuan Žižek pada tiga tataran psikis Lacanian yang membentuk realitas dan identitas: The Imaginary, The Symbolic, dan The Real. Adapun “yang kurang” merujuk pada konsep Lacanian tentang lack sebagai kondisi dasar atau ontologis dari keberadaan manusia. Dengan pendekatan pemikiran dialektis dan interpretasi kritikal dalam bingkai psikoanalisis, didapati bahwa hal “yang kurang” dalam seruan cinta universal kepada sesama manusia adalah kesediaan untuk jatuh, terlibat dan bertemu dengan sesama—dengan kemungkinan mengorbankan segala, hingga menumbuhkan benci. Lalu, “yang kurang” dalam cinta yang jatuh dan terlibat adalah patah hati, kesediaan untuk menghadapi sakit dari hati yang tercabik.

This research analyze love, hatred, and heartbreak from the perspective of Slavoj Žižek's psychoanalytic philosophy. Especially related to Žižek's criticism of universal love towards neighbor, which paradoxically avoids encounters with others. The call for universal love is considered to deny the aspects within humans that are unlovable, and even hated. Therefore, this research examines, first, the issue of what is “lack” and how does “lack" in universal love fail to overcome hatred? Second, what and how is “lack” in Žižek's criticism of universal love itself? Conceptual and structural analysis methods are applied in connection with Žižek's reference to the three Lacanian psychic realms that shape reality and identity: The Imaginary, The Symbolic, and The Real. The “lack” refers to the Lacanian concept as a basic or ontological condition of human existence. Through a dialectical thinking approach and critical interpretation within the framework of psychoanalysis, it is found that the “lack” in the universal love is the willingness to fall, engage, and encounter others—with the possibility of sacrificing everything, even nurturing hatred. Then, the “lack” in love that falls and engages is heartbreak, the willingness to face the pain of a torn heart."

"Ahlam Mosteghenemi adalah seorang penulis dan penyair Aljazair yang cukup terkenal di dunia Sastra Arab Modern. Karyanya banyak diakui dunia sebagai karya yang bernilai sastra tinggi. Beberapa karyanya menjadi karya berbahasa Arab pertama yang diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Inggris oleh Penerbit American University di Cairo. Ia cukup banyak mendapatkan penghargaan sastra seperti Naguib Mahfouz Medal for Literature untuk novel Memory of the Flesh (1998), The George Tarabeh Prize for Culture and Creativity (1999), dan The Pioneers of Lebanon Committee Medal (2004), The Most Famous Woman in Arabic World (2009). Dalam skripsi ini penulis membahas puisi karyanya yang berjudul Hatta Anta (َدْ ٔ َأ ىَّرَد) dan Bila Qalbin Bila Umrin (ٍشُّْعَلاِتٍةٍْ َل َلاِت). Kedua puisi tersebut menjadi sumber data primer dalam skripsi ini. Dua puisi tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis. Penelitian skripsi ini terfokus pada analisis struktural bentuk puisi dan mengungkapkan unsur pembentukan fisik puisi berupa tipografi, enjambemen pungtuasi, dan imaji dari kedua puisi tersebut. Selain itu, penulis juga menganalisis struktur batin puisipuisi tersebut yang meliputi pembuktian tema cinta dengan menguraikan komponen makna cinta yang terkandung dalam kedua puisi ini dan pencarian unsur cinta untuk menentukan jenis cinta seperti apa yang digambarkan pada puisi-puisi tersebut. Setelah menganalisis kedua puisi tersebut, bentuk dari kedua puisi tersebut sesuai perubahan perasaan dan emosi yang dirasakan oleh tokoh dalam kedua puisi tersebut dan kedua puisi ini merupakan puisi yang bertemakan cinta. Jenis cinta dalam kedua puisi ini berbeda sesuai dengan unsur cinta yang terkandung dalam kedua puisi ini.

Ahlam Mosteghenemi is an Algerian author and a poet, who is popular in the world of modern Arabic Literature. Many of Her works have been widely recognized as high literary value. Some of her works become the first Arabic language works that have been translated in English version by American University Publisher in Cairo. She has already got significant number of awards in Literature, such as Naguib Mahfouz Medal for Literature for her novel titled "Memory of the Flesh" (1998), “The George Tarabeh Prize for Literature for Culture and Creativity" (1999), and "The pioneers of Lebanon Committee Medal" (2004), and "The Most Famous Woman in Arabic World” (2009). In this minithesis, the author discusses Mostaghenemi's poetries which are titled "Hatta Anta" ( َدَْٔأ ىَّ ر َد) and “Bilaa Qalbin Bilaa Umrin” (ٍشُّْع َلاِت ٍةٍَْل َلاِت).

These poetries become the primary data in this minithesis. Those two poetries are analyzed by using descriptive-method analysis. The minithesis research is focused on structural analysis of poetry form and utter physical formation element which are typography, enjambment, punctuate, and image from the two poetries. Besides, the author also analyzed inner structure of the poetries, which include theme verification by expounding component of love-meaning that are contained in the poetries, and the searching of love element for determining types of love, as what have been described in the poetries. After analyzing the poetries, the formation of the two poetries are appropriate with the changes of feeling and emotion felt by the character in the poetries, and the theme of these poetries are about love. The kinds of love in the poetries are different, according to love element that is involved in these poetries."

"Konsep bahasa cinta menguraikan bagaimana kita mengekspresikan cinta dan memperoleh perasaan dicintai melalui lima bahasa cinta utama yaitu: word of affirmation, quality time, act of service, receiving gift, dan physical touch. Mengenali perbedaan dalam bahasa cinta dapat berdampak signifikan pada keberhasilan suatu hubungan romantis karena dapat memenuhi kebutuhan emosional pasangan dengan tepat. Sementara itu, tingkat kebutuhan emosional seseorang untuk dicintai berasal dari pola kelekatan di masa kecil. Eksplorasi dari kemungkinan hubungan keduanya berkontribusi pada pemahaman hubungan romantis dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menavigasi hubungan intim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara pola kelekatan dan bahasa cinta dewasa awal di Indonesia. 142 peserta yang pernah atau sedang berada dalam hubungan romantis dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun dan tinggal di Indonesia (N=142) mengikuti penelitian ini. Pola kelekatan diukur menggunakan Experienced in Close Relationships-Revised (ECR-R) dan bahasa cinta diukur menggunakan Five Love Languages Scale (FLLS). Pada penelitian ini ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara pola kelekatan dan bahasa cinta sehingga hipotesis penelitian terbukti dan dapat diterima. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai preliminary study dalam menyelidiki dinamika hubungan antara pola kelekatan dan bahasa cinta.

One aspect of romantic relationships that is currently becoming a topic of conversation is the concept of love languages introduced by Chapman. His theory outlines how we express love and get the feeling of being loved through five main love languages: word of affirmation, quality time, act of service, receiving gifts, and physical touch. Recognizing the differences in love languages can significantly impact the success of a relationship because it can properly address the emotional needs of a partner. Meanwhile, the level of one's emotional need to be loved comes from attachment patterns in childhood. Further exploration of the two's possible relationships contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of romantic love and ultimately enhances our ability to navigate intimate relationships. This research aims to explore the relationship between love language and attachment style. 142 participants who had or were in a romantic relationship aged 18-25 years and lived in Indonesia (N=142) participated in this study. Attachment styles were measured using Experienced in Close Relationships-Revised (ECR-R) and love language was measured using the Five Love Languages Scale (FLLS). In this study, a significant relationship was found between attachment patterns and love language so that the research hypothesis was proven and accepted. This research can be used as a preliminary study in investigating the dynamics of the relationship between attachment patterns and love language."
