"Bimbingan keterampilan klinik dasar (KKD) memungkinkan program pelatihan yang terstruktur bagi mahasiswa preklinik untuk dapat menguasai keterrunpilan klinik. Mahasiswa dapat mempunyai pendekatan pembelajaran yang berbeda: mendalam, pemukaan, dan strategis. Belum terdapat penelitian yang dipublikasikan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efek pembelajaran mahasiswa dalam KKD dengan hasil ujian OSCE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang bimbingan KKD, pendekatan pembelajaran dalam KKD dan hasil yang didapatkan dalam OSCE. Respenden merupakan 142 mahasiswa tahun pertama dan 170 mahasiswa tahun kedua dari masa 5 tahun pendidikan dokter di Universita Maranatha. Pendekatan pembelajaran mahasiswa dinilai melalui 21 pertanyaan dari kuesioner Approaches to Learning and Studying Inventory (ALSI) yang sudah direvisi dan divalidasi. Responden menjawab 14 pertanyaan mengenai persepsi mereka terhadap bimbingan KKD. Nilai OSCE masing-masing mahasiswa dibandingkan dengan persepsi tentang bimbingan KKD dan pendekatan pembelajaran mereka, Hasil OSCE berhubungan dengan bimbingan KKD (OR = I ,524) pada mahasiswa tahun pertarna, tetapi tidak berhubungan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran mahasiswa. Hasil OSCE juga berhubungan dengan belajar berkelompok (OR= 3,49), sesi OSCE (OR= 3,299), lama waktu persiapan menghadapi OSCE (OR= 2,056), dan rasa stres (OR= 1,933). Untuk mahasiswa tahun kedua, hasi! OSCE berhubungan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran mahasiswa (OR"'ยท 7,244), tetapi tidak berhubungan dengan bimbingan KKD, Selain itu juga berhubungan dengan lama waktu persiapanmenghadapi OSCE (OR = 6,185). Dengan adanya bibingan KKD yang baik, mahasiswa mempunyai kecendrungan mempunyai pendekatan pembelajaran yang diharapkan, terutama untuk mahasiswa tahun pertama. Pada mahasiswa tahun pertama, hasil OSCE dipengaruhi oleh bimbingan KKD. Sedangkan pendekatan pembelajaran berhubugan dengan hasil OSCE mahasiswa tahun kedua.

Basic clinical skills training allows a structured training programme for preclinical students in the acquisition of clinical skills. Students can take different approaches to learning: deep, surface and strategic. There is a Jack of published studies about the relationship between students' learning effects in skills laboratory and their performance in an undergraduate OSCE. This study aims to assess the relationship between students' perceptions about basic clinical skills training, students' teaming approaches in learning basic clinical skills and their performance in an undergraduate OSCE Participants are 142 students from year one and 170 students from year two of a 5-year undergraduate medical curriculum in Maranatha University. Students' learning approaches are measured using 21 questions from a revised and validated Approaches to Leeming and Studying Inventory (ALSI). Students answer 14 questions about their perceptions about the clinical skills training. The OSCE's marks of individual students are compared with their perceptions about the basic clinical skills training and their learning approaches. For year one students, performance in OSCE is related to clinical skills training (OR = 1.524), but not to students? learning approaches. It is also related to collaborative learning (OR3,49), OSCE session (OR3,299), preparation time for study (OR2,056), and stress (OR I ,933). For year two students, performance in OSCE is related to students' learning approach (OR7,244), but not to clinical skills training. It is also related to preparation time for study (OR6,185). Conclusion with good clinical skills training, students will have expected learning approaches, especially for year one students. Clinical skills training enables students to perform better in an OSCE for year one students. Students learning approaches are related to OSCE?s performance for year two students."

"Sistem Informasi telah menjadi penunjang di era modern, termasuk di dunia medis, salah satunya di bidang pendidikan kedokteran. Dalam pendididkan kedokteran, Sistem Informasi digunakan dalam membantu kelancaran pendidikan kedokteran, baik untuk pengajaran, pengujian hingga penilaian. Salah satu metoda pengujian dalam Pendidikan kedokteran yaitu OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination). Dalam OSCE membutuhkan sumber daya yang besar. Sistem Informasi diintegrasikan dengan sistem audio visual diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.
Sistem Informasi dikembangkan untuk pelaksanaan OCSE di fakultas Kedokteran Unswagati. Kemudian desain yang dibuat diujicobakan untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap reliabilitas, validitas dan efisiensi. Hipotesis awal mengharapkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan dalam reliabilitas dan validitas OSCE, tetapi ada perubahan peningkatan efisiensi. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa dengan penerapan Sistem Informasi terintegrasi audiovisual, menjadikan pelaksanaan OSCE reliabel, valid tetapi dengan peningkatan efisiensi.

Information system has been suppoting this modern era, including in the medical world, such as in medical education. In medical education, information system is being used to assist its fluency, such in teaching, examining and grading. One of the method to exam in medical education is called OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination. OSCE requires massive resources. An information system integrated with audiovisual system is applied to enhance the efficiency.
This Information system is developed for implementation of OSCE in Medical Faculty of Unswagati. The design is tested to see the influence to its reliability, validity and efficiency. Early hypothesis is there will be no significant difference on OSCE?s Reliability and Validity, but there will be a significant improvement on efficiency. The test result shows that with implementation of Audiovisual integrated Information system, causing a reliable and valid OSCE with improved eviciency.
