"Fenomena Arab Spring telah berlangsung selama lebih dari 10 tahun dan berdampak pada beberapa revolusi di negara-negara Timur Tengah lainnya, termasuk Suriah. Karena konflik berkepanjangan di Suriah, kondisi ekonomi dan sosialnya pun ikut terdampak, menciptakan krisis pangan dan hilangnya rasa aman. Warga yang terkena dampak berat harus bermigrasi, baik secara paksa maupun sukarela, agar dapat hidup lebih aman. Migrasi ini mempengaruhi para migran, terutama remaja muda, pada pembentukan konsep identitas dan kepemilikan mereka. Menggunakan novel fiksi berlatar konflik Suriah berjudul Other Words for Home (2019), artikel ini menerapkan konsep ruang dan identitas untuk menganalisis cara tokoh utama dalam mendefinisikan identitasnya di ruang yang bervariasi. Artikel ini juga menggunakan metode penelitian Wee (2019) yang menggunakan tiga skala spasial, yaitu ruang publik, ruang institusional, dan ruang kamar, untuk menganalisis bagaimana imigran berinteraksi dan membangun identitasnya di setiap ruang. Hipotesis dari artikel ini adalah bahwa hubungan ruang dan identitas saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain dalam konteks konstruksi identitas imigran muda. Temuan artikel menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi identitas imigran muda terjadi sesuai dengan situasi spasial yang ada, karena cara imigran berinteraksi di setiap ruang berbeda satu sama lain.

The Arab Spring phenomenon has been going on for more than 10 years and has had an impact on several revolutions in other Middle East countries, including Syria. Due to the prolonging conflict in Syria, the economic and social situations are affected, creating food crisis and the loss of security. The citizens who are heavily affected have to migrate, whether it is forcibly or voluntarily, in order to live more securely. This migration affected the migrants, especially the young adolescent, on their concept of identity and belonging. Using a fiction novel set in the Syrian conflict, titled Other Words for Home (2019), this article uses the concept of the space and identity to analyze the main character‟s way in defining her identity in the moving spaces. The article also models Wee (2019)‟s research by using the three spatial scales, which are public spaces, institutional spaces, and room spaces, in order to analyze how the immigrant interact and construct her identity on each space. The hypothesis of the article is that space and identity relation are mutually reciprocated in the context of young immigrants' identity construction. The finding of the article suggests that identity construction of young immigrants is spatially situated, as the immigrant‟s way of interacting in each space differs from one to another."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak koneksi militer terhadap risiko perusahaan publik di Indonesia, dengan Peran Komite Pemantau Risiko sebagai variabel moderasi. Data dianalisis dari perusahaan publik di Indonesia pada periode 2019-2022 menggunakan regresi data panel. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa koneksi militer berpengaruh positif terhadap risiko perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa para eksekutif dengan pengalaman militer mampu mengendalikan risiko perusahaan dengan mengedepankan kedisiplinan sehingga mampu menurunkan risiko perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Komite Pemantau Risiko (KPR) mampu memperkuat hubungan antara koneksi militer dan risiko perusahaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman kompleksitas hubungan antara koneksi militer, tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, dan risiko perusahaan di Indonesia, serta menawarkan implikasi penting bagi tata kelola perusahaan dan manajemen strategis di masa depan.

This study aims to analyze the impact of military connections on the risk of publicly traded companies in Indonesia, with the role of the Risk Oversight Committee as a moderating variable. The data, covering the period from 2019 to 2022, were analyzed using panel data regression. The findings show that military connections have a positive effect on firm risk. This indicates that executives with military experience can effectively control firm risk by emphasizing discipline, thereby reducing overall risk. Additionally, the study finds that the Risk Oversight Committee (KPR) can strengthen the relationship between military connections and firm risk. This research contributes to the understanding of the complex relationship between military connections, good corporate governance, and firm risk in Indonesia, offering significant implications for corporate governance and strategic management in the future."

"Penuaan merupakan proses alamiah meliputi perubahan anatomi dan fisiologi lansia. Perubahan menyebabkan lansia menjadi rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan. Masalah kesehatan yang banyak ditemukan pada lansia adalah gangguan integritas kulit seperti kulit kering (xerosis) dan pruritus.  Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang asuhan keperawatan pada lansia dengan gangguan integritas kulit melalui pemberian gel aloe vera di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 1. Intervensi berupa manajemen pruritus menggunakan gel aloe vera melalui pemberian topikal dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali sehari selama 13 hari. Hasil intervensi menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hidrasi dan tekstur kulit serta terjadi perubahan nilai pruritus severity scale dari gatal berat menjadi gatal ringan. Perawat di panti sosial tresna werdha budi mulia 1 cipayung diharapkan dapat memberikan intervensi pemberian gel aloe vera. Intervensi ini dilakukan sebagai upaya mengatasi xerosis dan pruritus pada lansia sering kenyamanan dan kualitas hidup lansia meningkat.

Aging is a natural process including changes in the anatomy and physiology of the elderly. Changes cause elderly people to become vulnerable to health problems. Health problems that are often found in the elderly are disorders of skin integrity such as dry skin (xerosis) and pruritus. The aim of this final assignment is to explain nursing care for elderly people with impaired skin integrity by administering aloe vera gel at the Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia Social Home 1. Intervention in the form of pruritus management using aloe vera gel through topical administration is carried out 2 times a day for 13 days. The results of the intervention showed that there was an increase in hydration and skin texture as well as a change in the pruritus severity scale value from severe itching to mild itching. Nurses at the Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 1 Cipayung social home are expected to be able to provide interventions for administering aloe vera gel. This intervention is carried out as an effort to overcome xerosis and pruritus in the elderly, often increasing the comfort and quality of life of the elderly."

"Nyeri kronik pada sendi dapat berdampak buruk pada kehidupan lansia, seperti mengganggu mobilitas dan aktivitas sehari-hari. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil praktek klinik pada Nenek W (74 tahun) dengan masalah nyeri kronik pada sendi menggunakan intervensi kompres hangat dengan garam epsom. Praktik dilakukan di PSTW Budi Mulia 1 Cipayung selama tiga minggu. Pengkajian nyeri menggunakan pendekatan PQRST, menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) dan Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Hasil keperawatan selama tiga minggu dengan jumlah kompres hangat dengan garam epsom dilakukan sebanyak enam kali, menunjukkan tingkat nyeri berkurang dari skala enam menjadi skala tiga dengan menggunakan skala nyeri NRS dan dengan menggunakan VAS dari skala 5 menjadi skala 2. Studi ini merekomendasikan penggunaan kompres hangat dengan garam epsom bagi lansia dengan nyeri kronik di institusi perawatan jangka panjang.

Chronic pain in the joints can have a negative impact on the lives of the elderly, such as interfering with mobility and daily activities. This scientific work aims to analyze the results of clinical practice for Grandmother W (74 years) with chronic joint pain problems using warm compress intervention with Epsom salt. Practices were carried out at PSTW Budi Mulia 1 Cipayung for three weeks. Pain assessment uses the PQRST approach, using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The results of nursing for three weeks with the number of warm compresses with Epsom salt carried out six times, showed that the level of pain was reduced from a scale of six to a scale of three using the NRS pain scale and using the VAS from a scale of 5 to a scale of 2. This study recommends the use of warm compresses with Epsom salt for seniors with chronic pain in long-term care institutions."
