"ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keberlanjutan lingkunganpada angkutan massal transjakarta. Keberlanjutan lingkungan pada angkutanmassal transjakarta meliputi keberlanjutan lingkungan yang berupa penggunanbahan bakar yang ramah lingkungan, keberlanjutan ekonomi berupapembiayaan yang mendukung operasional angkutan massal, dan keberlanjutansosial yang berupa kepuasan pengguna jasa dalam menggunakan jasaangkutan umum. Konsep transjakarta sebagai angkutan massal yang murahdan ramah lingkungan memang sudah menjadi kebutuhan dasar masyarakatperkotaan. Transportasi massal adalah salah satu solusi untuk mengurangitingkat kemacetan dan berpotensi menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca danpolusi udara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pembangunan berkelanjutanyang salah satunya transportasi berkelanjutan sebagai acuan dasar dalammenyusun konsep angkutan massal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif dengan metode Multi Dimensional Scalling (MDS) untuk menilai indekkeberlanjutan lingkungan pada transjakarta. Penelitian ini juga menganalisispenurunan emisi CO2 dengan metode shifting dari kendaraan pribadi keangkutan massal transjakarta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan Metode Multidimensional Scalling melalui software RapTrans bahwa nilai indek keberlanjutanlingkungan pada transjakarta sebesar 51,72 sehingga berada pada kondisicukup berkelanjutan. Nilai indek tersebut didasarkan pada tiga dimensi yaitudimensi lingkungan, dimensi sosial, dimensi ekonomi. Dimensi lingkunganmelalui keberlanjutan bahan bakar gas sebesar 47,12, dimensi sosial melaluipelayanan jasa penumpang sebesar 49,38 dan dimensi ekonomi melaluipembiayaan angkutan umum sebesar 57,20. Berdasarkan analisis perhitunganmetode shifting pada penurunan emisi gas rumah kaca angkutan massaltransjakarta diperkirakan dapat menurunkan tingkat emisi CO2 sebesar0.419171 Juta Ton CO2 pada tahun 2012.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the environmental sustainability of masstransit TransJakarta. Environmental sustainability in mass transit TransJakartaincludes environmental sustainability in the form of the use of environmentallyfriendly fuels, economic sustainability of financing supports mass transitoperational, and social sustainability of service user satisfaction in using publictransport. TransJakarta concept as a cheap and environmentally friendly masstransit has become the basic needs of urban communities. Mass transit is onesolution to reduce the congestion level and potentially reduces greenhouse gasemissions and air pollution. This study uses a quantitative approach Of MultiDimensional Scaling (MDS) method to assess the environmental sustainabilityindex of the TransJakarta. This study also analyzes the reduction of CO2emissions by shifting private vehicles to the TransJakarta method. Based on theanalysis of the Multi Dimensional Scaling method through RapTrans softwareproved that the environmental sustainability index values on TransJakarta is51.72 so it was on the condition of sufficiently sustainable. The index value isbased on three measures of the environmental, social and economic dimension.Environmental dimension based index of the fuel gas sustainability is 47.12,the social satisfaction dimension based index of passenger service is 49.38 andeconomic dimension based index of financing public transport is 57.20. Basedon the analysis of the calculation of shifting method to the reduction ingreenhouse gas emissions of mass transport TransJakarta was calculated toreduce the level of CO2 emissions by 0.419171 million tons in 2012."
