"The book covers the recent developments in the field of materials for advancing recording technology by experts worldwide. Chapters that provide sufficient information on the fundamentals will be also included, so that the book can be followed by graduate students or a beginner in the field of magnetic recording. The book also would have a few chapters related to optical data storage. In addition to helping a graduate student to quickly grasp the subject, the book also will serve as a useful reference material for the advanced researcher. The field of materials science related to data storage applications (especially hard disk drives) is rapidly growing. Several innovations take place every year in order to keep the growth trend in the capacity of the hard disk drives. Moreover, magnetic recording is very complicated that it is quite difficult for new engineers and graduate students in the field of materials science or electrical engineering to grasp the subject with a good understanding. There are no competing books in this area, considering that a book that may look 50% similar to the proposed book was published in 2001. A span of 6 years is too long gap, considering the progress this field makes every year.

"Peralatan kesehatan merupakan aspek pendukung yang berperan penting dalam menunjang diagnosa suatu penyakit maupun status kesehatan seseorang. Alat kesehatan harus terjamin mutu, manfaat, dan keamanannya dari mulai saat diproduksi hingga jatuh ke tangan konsumen. Dalam rangkaian kegiatan distribusi dan pengendalian mutu untuk menjamin agar alat kesehatan yang didistribusikan memenuhi persyaratan, dibutuhkan suatu pedoman yang harus ditaati oleh seluruh distributor farmasi, yaitu Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB). Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penyimpanan alat kesehatan di Pedagang Besar Farmasi PT APL. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam menyusun tugas khusus ini menggunakan metode observasi yang bersifat deskriptif dan evaluatif, menggunakan pedoman CDAKB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyimpanan alat kesehatan di PT APL sudah sesuai dengan pedoman CDAKB menurut regulasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh menteri kesehatan republik Indonesia 2014.
Medical device is a supporting aspect that plays an important role in supporting the diagnosis of a disease or a health status. The quality, benefits and safety of medical devices must be guaranteed from the moment they are produced until they fall into consumer’s hand. In a role of distribution and quality control activities to ensure that the medical devices that distributed complies with regulations, a guideline is needed that must be adhered to by all pharmaceutical distributors, Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDP). This writing aims to evaluate the storage of medical devices at the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler PT APL. The implementation method used in preparing this special assignment uses a descriptive and evaluative observation method, using GDP guidelines. The research results show that the storage of medical devices at PT APL is in accordance with GDP guidelines according to regulations set by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014."

"Konsumsi energi pada sebagian besar bangunan di Indonesia didominasi oleh pendinginan. Thermal Storage dengan Ice Slurry bisa digunakan untuk mengurangi biaya operasional karena Ice Slurry diproduksi di malam hari saat biaya listrik rendah lalu digunakan di siang hari. Gedung A Departemen Teknik Mesin Universitas Indonesia DTM UI digunakan sebagai model dalam studi ini. Data Primer untuk Kalkulasi didapat dari Ice Slurry Generator generasi ke-7 dengan kecepatan putar motor konstan dan variasi putaran pompa 1800, 1920, dan 2040 RPM. Laju Produksi meningkat dan daya yang dibutuhkan menurun pada percobaan ke-2 dan seiring ditingkatkannya putaran pompa. Cooling Load Gedung A DTM UI dari jam 6 pagi hingga jam 9 malam telah diobservasi . Dimensi Thermal Storage dengan Ice Slurry telah didesain untuk dapat menampung Ice Slurry yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan pendinginan model dengan pengoperasian Daily Partial Storage.
Energy consumption in mostly building in Indonesia is dominated by air conditioning. Thermal Storage with Ice Slurry could be utilized as a decrease in cost because Ice Slurry is produced at night when the tariff is usually low. Building A Department of Mechanical Engineering Universitas Indonesia was used as a model in this study. Primary Data for Calculation were obtained from 7th Generation Ice Slurry Generator with constant Motor Speed and Pump Speed variation at 1800, 1920, and 2040 RPM. Production Rate is increases and Power needed is decreases on second experiment and increase in pump speed. Cooling Load of the model from 6 AM until 9 PM was observed. Dimension of the Thermal Storage with Ice Slurry has been designed to be able to accommodate Ice Slurry used with Daily Partial Storage mode."
