"Latar Belakang: Fraktur zygoma merupakan salah satu fraktur wajah yang paling sering terjadi. Namun demikian, untuk evaluasi pascaoperasi belum ada metode yang standard dan dapat diandalkan, seringkali berdasarkan penilaian subjektif dan fotografi. Sebuah metode baru untuk membuat fotografi standard telah dikembangkan di institusi kami, yaitu Portable Mirror Stand Device MiRS . Menggunakan alat ini dan dibantu dengan program komputer memungkinkan sebuah metode standard baru untuk mengevaluasi hasil akhir pascaoperasi fraktur zygoma.Metode:Portable Mirror Stand Device ditempatkan pada klinik rawat jalan di Cleft Craniofacial Center Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo. Foto dari 11 pasien pascaoperasi diambil dengan bantuan alat tersebut. Foto kemudian dianalisis dengan metode manual dan program komputer imageJ 1.46 untuk menilai simetri, dan kedua metode dibandingkan untuk mencari korelasi dan kesesuaian antara metode pengukuran tersebut.Hasil:Pengukuran dengan metode manual dan dengan program komputer tidak berbeda secara signifikan dan mempunyai tingkat kesesuaian yang baik. Hasil simetri yang ditemukan pada institusi kami mirip dengan institusi lain di daerah Asia, ?Zy= 3,4 1,5 mm, ?Bc= 2,6 1,6 mm, ?Ch= 2,3 2,4 mm dibanding ?Zy= 3,2 1,7 mm, ?Bc= 2,6 1,6 mm, ?Ch= 2,3 2,5 mm .Kesimpulan:Tatalaksana pasien Fraktur Zygoma di institusi kami memberikan hasil simetri yang baik.Penggunaan Portable Mirror Stand Device dibantu dengan program komputer imageJ 1.46 bermanfaat dalam menilai simetri pada pasien pascaoperasi fraktur zygoma. Background Zygomatic fracture is among the most common fracture of facial skeleton. However in assessing post operative patients, we haven rsquo t had any standard and reliable method of evaluation, we often rely on photographs and subjective assessments. A new method for standardization of photography developed in our institution is Portable Mirror Stand Device MiRS . Using this device and image analysis software provide a new method to evaluate outcome after open reduction and internal fixation of zygomatic fracture.Methods Portable Mirror Stand Device set in our outpatient clinic in the Cleft Craniofacial Center of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. Photographs of 11 postoperative patients were taken with aid of the device and were analyzed with manual methods and with image analysis software imageJ 1.46 for symmetry. The two methods then compared to assess correlation and agreement.Results Measurement with manual and software assisted method was not significantly different and proved to have good agreement between the two methods. Result of symmetry achieved in our center is similar to other center in the Asian region, Zy 3,4 1,5 mm, Bc 2,6 1,6 mm, Ch 2,3 2,4 mm compared to Zy 3,2 1,7 mm, Bc 2,6 1,6 mm, Ch 2,3 2,5 mm .Conclusion The treatment of Zygomatic fracture in our center achieved good results.Portable Mirror Stand Device assisted with image analysis software imageJ 1.46 is beneficial in assessing symmetry in Postoperative Zygomatic Fracture Patients."
