"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Saudi Aramco, sebuah perusahaan milik Arab Saudi yangtelah banyak memberikan kontribusi bagi Saudi. Saudi Aramco diresmikan pada tahun 1933dengan nama California Arabian Standard Oil Company (Casoc). Pada tahun 1944, Casocberganti nama menjadi Aramco dan dinasionalisasikan oleh pemerintah Arab Saudi yangkemudian berganti nama menjadi Saudi Aramco pada tahun 1988. Landasan teori yangdigunakan yaitu teori perusahaan, manajemen, konsesi serta kemitraan untuk mengetahuibagaimana sebuah perusahaan berkembang. Metode penelitiannya yaitu metode kajianpustaka dengan sumber-sumber yang berasal dari buku-buku, skripsi, artikel ilmiah sertawebsite resmi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan informasi terkaitsejarah, profil serta peran Saudi Aramco bagi Arab Saudi.

The study discusses about Saudi Aramco, The Saudi Arabia’s Company that was gave many

contributes for Saudi Arabia. Saudi Aramco was inaugurated in 1933 as California Arabian

Standard Oil Company (Casoc). In 1944, Casoc was renamed into Aramco and nationalized

by Saudi Arabia Goverment and then renamed into Saudi Aramco in 1988. The foundations

of theory used are the theory of company, management, concession, and partnerhips to find

how the company develops. The study methode used the methode of literature riview from

the books, thesis, journal, and official website. The purpose of the studi is to provide the

information related the history, profile of company, and the company’s role for Saudi Arabia."
