"Suatu model kuesioner telah dikembangkan oleh Suarthana dkk. untuk membantu penetapan keputusan klinis terhadap individu dimana terjadinya asma kerja dan memiliki akurasi yang baik pada pengembangannya di Canada. Kuesioner tersebut belum pernah diujicobakan pada populasi pekerja di Indonesia.MetodePenelitian ini dilakukan pada industri kayu di daerah Depok. Rancangan penelitian melului 2 tahap yaitu studi transkultural berupa uji validasi dan uji reliabilitas kuesioner Suarthana dkk. kemudian tahap kedua berupa uji diagnostik. Sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampel berjumlah 168 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, pengisian data umum, pengisian kuesioner Suathana dkk. pemeriksaan APE dan analisis data dengan Program SPSS.HasilDidapatkan hasil uji validasi dengan nilai r > 0,861 dan uji reliabilitas dengan nilai koefisien Alpha Cronbach > 0,6 yang berarti kuesioner Suarthana dkk. valid dan reliable. Hasil uji diagnostik kuesioner Suarthana dkk. didapatkan sensitivitas 81,81%, spesifisitas 60,90%, nilai duga positif34,18%, nilai duga negatif 93,10%, rasio kemungkinan positif 2,10, rasio kemungkinan negatif 0,29.KesimpulanKuesioner Suarthana dkk. memiliki akurasi yang baik sebagai alat skrining asma kerja di Indonesia

Background

A model quetionnare has been developed by Suarthana et all to help clinical decision setting where the occurrence of occupational asthma and has been a high accuracy in Canada. The questionnaire has not been tested among Indonesian workers.

Method

The study was done on wood’s industrial an area depok. The research methods consists of two stages. The first is transkulrural study and the second is diagnostic test. The total sample is 168 workers. The data collection done with an interview, answer Suarthana questionnaire, peak flow expiratory and the data analysis with SPSS Program.

Results

The value of validation test is r > 0,861 and the reliability test have Alpha Cronbach > 0,6 wich means the Suarthana questionnaire is valid and reliable. The diagnostic test of Suarthana questionnaire acquired value of sensitivity 81,81%, specificity 60,60%, positive predictive value 34,18%, negative predictive value 93,10%, positive likelihood ratio 2,10, negative likelihood ratio 0,29."

"Asma merupakan inflamasi kronik saluran napas yang timbul karena respons tubuh terhadap faktor eksogen, misalnya alergen, iritasi, dan infeksi. Sebagian pasien asma dilaporkan mengalami perkembangan gejala asma karena pajanan tungau debu rumah TDR . Identifikasi TDR, tempat hidupnya, serta densitas tungau penting dilakukan untuk mengendalikan faktor pencetus, sekaligus mencegah berkembangnya penyakit asma. Penelitian kasus kontrol ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil TDR pada pasien asma persisten, termasuk jenis dan kepadatan tungau, serta hubungannya dengan kadar serum IgE spesifik anti-TDR. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2017 sampai Desember 2017. Sebanyak 13 pasien asma persisten dan 12 pasien kontrol telah menjalani pemeriksaan kadar serum IgE spesifik anti-TDR menggunakan Immulite 2000 xpi. Sampel debu rumah diambil dari rumah pasien dan diperiksa menggunakan metode Fain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi spesies TDR didominasi D. pteronyssinus. Kepadatan D. pteronyssinus adalah 83,9 yaitu 120 spesies tungau tersebut dari 143 tungau yang diperoleh. Kadar serum IgE spesifik anti-TDR pada pasien asma persisten lebih tinggi dibandingkan pasien normal, dengan rerata 2,35 kU/L nilai positif bila >0,35 kU/L . Kepadatan D. pteronyssinus dalam debu kamar tidur menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan kadar serum IgE anti-TDR pada pasien asma persisten.

Asthma is a chronic inflammation of airways, as a response to exogenous factors, such as alergens, irritants, and infections. Some asthmatic patients had symptoms of asthma due to exposure to house dust mites HDM alergen. Identification of HDM, the habitat, and density of mites are important to control the trigger factors, and preventing the asthma pathogenesis. This case control study aimed to determine the HDM profiles in persistent asthmatic patients, including the species, density of mites, as well as its association with specific IgE anti HDM serum levels. The study was conducted in February 2017 to December 2017. A total of 13 patients with persistent asthma and 12 control patients had screened with specific anti HDM IgE levels using Immulite 2000 xpi. The house dust samples was taken and examined using the Fain method. The results showed that HDM species was predominantly D. pteronyssinus. The density was 120 species of D. pteronyssinus from 143 mites found 83.9 . Specific anti HDM IgE serum levels in persistent asthmatic levels were higher than normal patients, with a mean of 2.35 kU L positive values if 0.35 kU L . Density of D. pteronyssinus in dust of bed room showed a positive correlation with serum IgE specific of anti HDM level in persistent asthmatic patients."
