"Bahasa cinta dianggap sebagai popular psychology karena kurang memiliki bukti ilmiah. Meskipun begitu, Chapman (2010) mengklaim bahwa pasangan yang memiliki bahasa cinta yang sama lebih cocok sehingga mendapatkan rasa puas dalam hubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambahkan bukti ilmiah bagi konsep bahasa cinta dan melihat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pernikahan pasangan suami istri di Indonesia yang memiliki bahasa cinta yang sama dan pasangan suami istri yang tidak memiliki bahasa cinta yang sama. 494 pasangan menikah yang berusia 20-40 tahun dan tinggal di Indonesia (N=988) mengikuti penelitian ini. Kepuasan pernikahan diukur menggunakan Satisfaction with Married Life (SWML) dan bahasa cinta diukur menggunakan Five Love Languages Scale (FLLS). Hasil uji komparatif menunjukkan adanya perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pernikahan yang signifikan antara pasangan suami istri yang memiliki bahasa cinta yang sama dan pasangan suami istri yang memiliki bahasa cinta yang berbeda (U = 8336.00, z = -2.710, p < 0.05). Effect size untuk analisis ini sebesar d = 0,4 dan tergolong small effect (d < 0,5) Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pasangan suami istri yang memiliki bahasa cinta yang sama mempunyai tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pasangan suami istri yang memiliki bahasa cinta yang berbeda. Hal tersebut menyatakan bahwa kesamaan bahasa cinta memiliki kaitan dengan tingkat kepuasan pernikahan.

Love Language are considered popular psychology because it lacks scientific evidence. Even so, Chapman (2010) claims that couples who share the same love language are more compatible and they feel satisfied in their relationship. This study aims to add scientific evidence to the concept of love language and to see the difference in the level of marital satisfaction of married couples in Indonesia who have the same love language and married couples who don’t share the same love language. 494 married couples aged 20 - 40 years old and lives in Indonesia (N=988) participated in this study. Marital satisfaction was measured using Satisfaction with Married Life (SWML) and love language was measured using Five Love Languages Scale (FLLS). Comparative test results show that there is a significant difference in the level of marital satisfaction between married couples who have the same love language and married couples who have different love languages (U = 8336.00, z = -2.710, p < 0.05). The effect size for this analysis is d = 0,4 and it is classified as small effect (d< 0,5). The results of this study stated that married couples who have the same love language have a higher level of satisfaction than married couples who have different love language. This suggests that the similarity of love languages is related to the level of marital satisfaction."

"Semakin terbukanya akses komunikasi dan terhadap berbagai negara menjadi pemicu meningkatnya fenomena perkawinan campur. Perkawinan campur juga memiliki tantangan tersendiri yang dapat menguji kepuasan dalam perkawinan. Kepuasan perkawinan sendiri dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya komitmen dan cinta. Pada studi ini sendiri akan diuji apakah cinta dapat memoderasi hubungan antara komitmen dan kepuasan perkawinan. Sebanyak 90 individu yang telah melakukan perkawinan campur berpartisipasi dalam studi ini. Hasil menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen dan kepuasan perkawinan (r(90) = 0,530, p < ,01). Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa interaksi antara komitmen dan cinta terbukti tidak signifikan (t= - 0,72, p > ,05) pada kepuasan perkawinan.

The increased open access to communication and to various countries are becoming the triggers for the increasing phenomenon of international marriages. International marriages also have their own challenges that can test satisfaction in a marriage. Marital satisfaction itself is influenced by several factors, including commitment and love. Commitment and marital satisfaction have proven to be the topics that attracted many researchers. A total of 90 individuals who have done international marriages participated in this study. The result shows a significant relationship between commitment and marital satisfaction (r(90) = 0,530, p <,01). In addition, it was also found that the interaction between commitment and love proved insignificant (t = -0,72, p> ,05) on marital satisfaction."

"Ahlam Mosteghenemi adalah seorang penulis dan penyair Aljazair yang cukup terkenal di dunia Sastra Arab Modern. Karyanya banyak diakui dunia sebagai karya yang bernilai sastra tinggi. Beberapa karyanya menjadi karya berbahasa Arab pertama yang diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Inggris oleh Penerbit American University di Cairo. Ia cukup banyak mendapatkan penghargaan sastra seperti Naguib Mahfouz Medal for Literature untuk novel Memory of the Flesh (1998), The George Tarabeh Prize for Culture and Creativity (1999), dan The Pioneers of Lebanon Committee Medal (2004), The Most Famous Woman in Arabic World (2009). Dalam skripsi ini penulis membahas puisi karyanya yang berjudul Hatta Anta (َدْ ٔ َأ ىَّرَد) dan Bila Qalbin Bila Umrin (ٍشُّْعَلاِتٍةٍْ َل َلاِت). Kedua puisi tersebut menjadi sumber data primer dalam skripsi ini. Dua puisi tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis. Penelitian skripsi ini terfokus pada analisis struktural bentuk puisi dan mengungkapkan unsur pembentukan fisik puisi berupa tipografi, enjambemen pungtuasi, dan imaji dari kedua puisi tersebut. Selain itu, penulis juga menganalisis struktur batin puisipuisi tersebut yang meliputi pembuktian tema cinta dengan menguraikan komponen makna cinta yang terkandung dalam kedua puisi ini dan pencarian unsur cinta untuk menentukan jenis cinta seperti apa yang digambarkan pada puisi-puisi tersebut. Setelah menganalisis kedua puisi tersebut, bentuk dari kedua puisi tersebut sesuai perubahan perasaan dan emosi yang dirasakan oleh tokoh dalam kedua puisi tersebut dan kedua puisi ini merupakan puisi yang bertemakan cinta. Jenis cinta dalam kedua puisi ini berbeda sesuai dengan unsur cinta yang terkandung dalam kedua puisi ini.

Ahlam Mosteghenemi is an Algerian author and a poet, who is popular in the world of modern Arabic Literature. Many of Her works have been widely recognized as high literary value. Some of her works become the first Arabic language works that have been translated in English version by American University Publisher in Cairo. She has already got significant number of awards in Literature, such as Naguib Mahfouz Medal for Literature for her novel titled "Memory of the Flesh" (1998), “The George Tarabeh Prize for Literature for Culture and Creativity" (1999), and "The pioneers of Lebanon Committee Medal" (2004), and "The Most Famous Woman in Arabic World” (2009). In this minithesis, the author discusses Mostaghenemi's poetries which are titled "Hatta Anta" ( َدَْٔأ ىَّ ر َد) and “Bilaa Qalbin Bilaa Umrin” (ٍشُّْع َلاِت ٍةٍَْل َلاِت).

These poetries become the primary data in this minithesis. Those two poetries are analyzed by using descriptive-method analysis. The minithesis research is focused on structural analysis of poetry form and utter physical formation element which are typography, enjambment, punctuate, and image from the two poetries. Besides, the author also analyzed inner structure of the poetries, which include theme verification by expounding component of love-meaning that are contained in the poetries, and the searching of love element for determining types of love, as what have been described in the poetries. After analyzing the poetries, the formation of the two poetries are appropriate with the changes of feeling and emotion felt by the character in the poetries, and the theme of these poetries are about love. The kinds of love in the poetries are different, according to love element that is involved in these poetries."

"ABSTRAKTingkat pergantian pegawai yang tinggi pada sebuah perusahaan bisa menyebabkan dampak negatif pada perusahaan tersebut seperti menurunnya tingkat produktivitas. Perusahaan akan mencoba untuk meminimalisir tingkat pergantian pegawai sebaik mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelediki dampak dari Psychological Capital terhadap turnover intention pegawai. Melalui metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dari Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi. Untuk memberikan hasil yang representatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified sampling dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dengan tambahan makro Process V 3.3 oleh Hayes. Hasil dari 257 sampel penelitian ini adalah PsyCap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketiga variabel mediasi yaitu Job satisfaction, Work engagementdan psychological well-being. Selain itu, Terdapat efek mediasi dari PsyCap terhadap turnover intention melalui Job satisfaction, Work engagementdan psychological well-being.

ABSTRACTA high level of employee turnover in the company might cause negativity in this company such as decreasing productivity and might take a toll on financial budget. Companies will strive to minimize the level of voluntary employee turnover where possible. PsyCap was explored in many researches related to turnover intention and was positively proven. This study aims to investigate the effects of Psychological Capital (PsyCap on employee turnover intention through three mediating variables. Quantitative methods were used, and this study extracted 257 samples from State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in telecommunications in Indonesia. In order to better represent the company as a whole, stratified sampling was used. SPSS software was used to process the data with Process V 3.0 macro as an addition. The results of this study revealed positive & significant relationship of PsyCap towards mediating variables and significant & negative relationship between mediating variables and turnover intention. In addition, there is evidence of mediating effects of PsyCap towards turnover intention through Job satisfaction, Work engagementand psychological well-being."
