"Kondisi dunia usaha yang dinamis menyebabkan perusahaan industri kreatif perlu terus berubah, dan karyawan sebagai pelaksana perubahan harus selalu siap menjalankannya. Penelitian ini melihat hubungan antara hope dan readiness for change pada karyawan industri kreatif. 106 orang responden mengisi alat ukur Readiness for Change oleh Hanpachern (1997) dan State Hope Scale oleh Snyder (1996). Hasil analisis pearson correlation menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan antara hope dan readiness for change pada karyawan industri kreatif (r=0,411, p<0,01, two-tailed). Perusahaan dapat mempersiapkan karyawan menghadapi perubahan dengan meningkatkan hope, karena karyawan yang memiliki hope mampu membuat strategi baru untuk tetap mencapai tujuan.

The dynamic condition of business world caused creative industry companies had to make change and employees as the executer of change had to always be ready to carry it out. This research aimed to identify the relationship between hope and readiness for change in creative industry employees. 106 employees from creative industry companies filled Readiness for Change questionnaire developed by Hanpachern (1997) and State Hope Scale by Snyder (1996). The result of pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between hope and readiness for change in creative industry employees (r=.411, p<.01, two-tailed). Companies could prepare employees readiness for change by developing hope, since employees with hope were able to create new strategies to remain achieving goals.

"ABSTRAK
Saat ini Pemerintah sedang mencanangkan gerakan pengembangan Usaha
Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Hal ini menjadi sangat panting karena
perekonomian Indonesia banyak didominasi oleh UMKM. Untuk dapat
mengcmbangkan usahanya, UMKM memerlukan sebuah lembaga pembiayaan
khususnya perbankan.
Seperti kita ketahui, pembcrian lcredit oleh pcrbankan kepada para nasabahnya
hams disertai beberapa prasyarat yang hams dipenuhi antara lain bidang manajemen,
pemasaran, produksi, pengalaman, keterampilan, modal kerja dan agunan. UMKM di
Indonesia pada umurrmya memiliki banyak kelemahan baik dalam bidang
manajemen, pemasaran, produksi, pengalaman, ketcrampilan, modal I-ccrja dan
agunan, sehingga dinilai kurang memenuhi persyaratan teknis perbankan. Untuk
itulah di perlukan suatu lembaga yang dapat mcnjembatani gap tersebut. Dcngan
demikian, meskipun UMKM memiliki kelemahan-kelemahan tersebut, lembaga
pemben kredit/perbankan tetap bersedia menyalurkan dananya untuk mcmbiayai
kegiatan UMKM.
Sebagai Salah satu perusahaan asuransi, PT Askrindo melihat peluang yang dapat
member-ikan tambahan pendapatan bagi organisasi, ditambah Iagi adanya suatu
kebijakan Pemerintah yang mewajibkan pihak pcrbankan untuk meminta penjaminan
kepada PT Askrindo terhadap kredit yang diberikan ke nasabah.
Dari data jumlah penjaminan yang ada di PT Askrindo, jumlah penjaminan yang
diperoleh dari tahun ke tahun menunjukkan kecendenmgan menurun. Dari analisis
terhadap wawancara yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa penurunan jumlah
penjaminan tersebut Iebih banyak disebabkan oleh kebijakan manajemen yang
menurunkan monvasz karyawan serta tidak adanya sharing knowledge antar
karyawan.
Dari beberapa teori tentang motivasi, pcnulis mengkaitkan teori pcngharapan (Vroom
1964) sebagai salah satu tcori yang dapat menyelesaikan pcrmasalahan di PT
Askrindo. Aplikasi dan teori tcrsebut dapat melalui rekomendasi penerapan reward
dan pumlvlmzent yang benar, perubahan desain kerja yang dapat memotivasi
karyawan, pembuatan jcnjang karir yang jelas dan mcmbudayakan sharing
knowledge. Rekomendasi ini tidak akan bczjalan tanpa adanya dukungan dad pihak
manajemen PT Askrindo. Dengan pelaksanaan rekomendasi tcrsebut diharapkan
motivasi dan karyawan akan rneningkat dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan
jumlah penjarninan PT Askrindo,

ABSTRACT
At this moment, the government has establishing the development of Usaha Milcro,
Kecil dan Menengah (UMKA/Q movement. This is a crucial part since Indonesian
economy is dominated by UMKM. To improve their business, UMKM needs a handing
institution, and banking in particular.
Credit irom banking institutions to its customers need to be accompanied by requirements
in management, marketing, production, experiences, skills, capital, and collateral.
UMKM in Indonesia have many weaknesses in management, marketing, production,
experiences, skills, capital, and collateral, so they seems to be unqualified for the banking
technical requirernents.'1`herefore, an institution is needed to fulfill the gap. So, even
UMKM have many weaknesses, they still can obtain the fund for its operation.
As one of the insurance company, PT Askrindo sees the opportunities to earn more
rcvenue to the company, align with the govemment regulation that banking has to ask for
assurance to PT Askrindo about the credits they distribute to customers.
Assurance data in PT Askrindo shows that the number of assurance is declining. Analysis
Hom the interviews can be summarized that the declining numbers of assurance is caused
by management policy which is reducing the employees motivation and there is not
activities of knowledge sharing between employees.
From several theories of Motivation, the writer assume that the Expectancy theory
(V room, 1964) as one theory that can solve the problems in PT Askrindo. The
recommendations are establishing reward and punishment system, work design
modification, the development of career path system, and improving knowledge sharing
culture. Key success factor in this recommendation is the support and involvement of PT
Askrindo?s management. With he implementation of the recommendations, employees
motivation will improve and the number of PT. Asltrindo?s assurance will increase.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara komitmen dan kepuasan perkawinan pada individu dalam tahap perkawinan yang memiliki anak remaja. Sebanyak 157 partisipan diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner komitmen (sub-skala komitmen dari Sternberg’s Triangular Love Scale) dan kepuasan perkawinan (Fowers and Olson’s ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale). Pada penelitian ini, partisipan ditemukan memiliki komitmen dan kepuasan perkawinan yang cukup tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen dan kepuasan perkawinan (r = .462, p < .01). Selain itu, ditemukan pula adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara lama berpacaran dan kepuasan perkawinan (r = . 164, p < .05).

This research was aimed to examine the relationship between commitment and marital satisfaction in individuals who are in the stage of marriage with teenagers. A total of 157 participants were asked to fill out questionnaires commitment (subscale commitment of Sternberg's Triangular Love Scale) and marital satisfaction (Fowers and Olson's Enrich Marital Satisfaction Scale). In this research, participants were found have quite high commitment and marital satisfaction. The results also indicate a positive and significant relationship between commitment and marital satisfaction (r = .462, p < .01). In addition, a significant correlation was found between courtship length and marital satisfaction (r = . 164, p <.05)."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara cinta dan kepuasan perkawinan pada individu dalam tahap awal perkawinan. Sebanyak 53 perempuan dan 32 laki-laki atau 85 orang (Musia = 26,6 tahun, SD = 2,4) melengkapi Sternberg's Triangular Love Scale yang mengukur cinta, serta Fowers and Olson's ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale yang mengukur kepuasan perkawinan.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa level cinta dan kepuasan perkawinan partisipan tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan yang positif (r =0,294, p<0,01, 2-tailed) antara cinta dan kepuasan perkawinan pada individu dalam tahap awal perkawinan.

This study aimed to examine the relationship between love and marital satisfaction among individuals in the early stage of marriage. As much as 53 females and 32 males or a total of 85 participants (Mage =26.6 years old, SD=2.4) completed Sternberg's Triangular Love Scale measuring love and Fowers and Olson's ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale measuring marital satisfaction.
Results showed that the participants' love and marital satisfaction levels are high. Results also showed a significant positive relationship (r =.294, p<0.01, 2-tailed) between love and marital satisfaction among individuals in the early stage of marriage.

"Salah satu tantangan menjamin keberlanjutan finansial pada Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) adalah dalam memiliki sumber dana beragam, termasuk dari kelompok donatur individual. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menggalang komitmen donasi uang dari individu terhadap program pelestarian hutan di Kalimantan. Strategi intervensi yang diterapkan adalah teknik intervensi Mass Interpersonal Persuassion (Fogg, 2008) pada aplikasi Facebook Page yang dimiliki oleh sebuah LSM. Intervensi dilakukan harian selama 4 minggu (13 Mei - 9 Juni 2012) dengan data observasi mencakup periode satu minggu sebelum intervensi dan satu minggu setelah intervensi dihentikan.
Pengukuran dampak intervensi dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis time-series. Analisis dampak intervensi menunjukkan bahwa pemberian informasi mengenai kinerja organisasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan komitmen individu untuk mendonasikan uang bagi pelestarian hutan di Kalimantan. Namun demikian, jumlah jangkauan viral Facebook Page memiliki 2 prediktor yang signifikan secara statistik, yaitu pemberian trigger (β = 432, t = 6.70, p <.05) dan pemberian Facebook Ads (β = 404, t = 3.65, p <.05).

One challenge in ensuring financial sustainability of nonprofit organization is to have diverse source of funding, including individual donation. This research focus on establishing individual commitment to give donation for a forest conservation program in Kalimantan. This research applied Mass Interpersonal Persuassion technique (Fogg, 2008) as the intervention strategy. Intervention was conducted daily for 4 weeks (13th May - 9th June 2012), with observation capturing data from one week before and after intervention.
Time-series analysis method is used to measure impact of intervention. Impact analysis indicated that information on performance of nonprofit organization did not significantly contribute to commitment for individual donation. Nevertheless, viral reach of Facebook Page was significantly determined by 2 predictor, namely trigger application (β = 432, t = 6.70, p <.05) and the usage of Facebook Ads (β = 404, t = 3.65, p <.05).

"In the study Self talk as 8 Regulatory Mechanism: How You Do It Matters (Kross et al., 2014) shows the use of names when doing self talk strategies can be used as a mechanism of self regulation of stressors in the future. However, in Indonesia, there is a culture where people are accustomed to calling themselves by name when interacting daily. This study attempted to further understand the influence of name use strategies when self talk to the mechanism of self regulation of future stressors in individuals who have been accustomed to calling themselves by name. The study was conducted in two studies (N = 195) with a university student as a participant. In study 2 participants were people who were accustomed to calling themselves by name. The results of the analysis showed that participants who did self talk strategy using names (M: 0,913; SD=0,417) assessed the stressors in the future as a challenge rather than a threat compared to
participants who did self talk strategy using the first person pronoun (M: 0,732. SD=0,368). This difference is significant t(93) = min 1,107, p>0,05 (Study 1). Meanwhile, in participants who are accustomed to calling themselves by name, the assessment of stress triggers in the future does not differ significantly between the conditions of using names (M=0,71; SD= 0,29) and the condition of using first person pronoun (M=0,65; SD=0,27) with the results of the t test as follows, t(93) = min 1,107, p>0,05. (Study 2). That is, the selftalk strategy uses the name of the mechanism of self regulation in individuals who are accustomed to calling themselves by name unable to change judgment (from a threat to challenge) to future stressors."
