"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara traits dan teacher efficacy pada guru sekolah alam di jenjang pendidikan dasar. Pengukuran traits menggunakan alat ukur NEO-PI (McCrae & Costa, 2003) yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti dan pengukuran teacher efficacy menggunakan alat ukur teacher efficacy scale (Tschannen-Moran, Woolfolk Hoy & Hoy‟s, 1998). Partisipan berjumlah 42 orang guru sekolah alam yang memiliki karakteristik telah mengajar minimal 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara trait neuroticism dan teacher efficacy (r = -.537; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Artinya, semakin tinggi trait neuroticism guru sekolah alam, maka semakin rendah teacher efficacy yang dimilikinya. Hasil yang berbeda ditemukan pada korelasi antara trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableaness, conscientiousness dan teacher efficacy yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan (r = .402, p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01 untuk trait extraversion; r = .464, p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01 untuk trait openness to experience, r = .579, p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01 untuk trait agreeableaness, r = .693, p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01 untuk trait conscientiousness). Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableaness, dan conscientiousness guru sekolah alam, maka semakin tinggi pula dalam menampilkan teacher efficacy. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan screening kepribadian ketika perekrutan guru sekolah alam. Selain itu, guru sekolah juga perlu diberi intervensi sejak dini untuk meningkatkan teacher efficacy.

Abstract
This research was conducted to find the correlation between nature traits and teacher efficacy in hatural schools teachers. Traits was measured using a modification instrument named NEO-PI (McCrae & Costa, 2003) and teacher efficacy was measured using a modification instrument named teacher efficacy scale (Tschannen-Moran, Woolfolk Hoy & Hoy‟s, 1998). The participants of this research are 42 teachers of natural schools who have teaching experince minimal one year. The main results of this research show that trait neuroticism negatively correlated significantly with teacher efficacy (r = -.537; p = 0.000, significant at L.o.S 0.01). This is mean that higher trait neuroticism of natural school‟s teachers, so their teacher efficacy will be lower. But, another traits (extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableaness, conscientiousness) show that they are positively correlated significantly with teacher efficacy (r = .402, p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01 for trait extraversion, r = .464, p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01 for trait openness to experience, r = .579, p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01 for trait agreeableaness, r = .693, p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01 for trait conscientiousness). This is mean that higher trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableaness, conscientiousness of natural school‟s teachers, so their teacher efficacy will be higher too. Based on these results, natural school ought to held a personality screening in recruitment and give intervention, such as training or seminar to teachers that can increase teacher efficacy."

"Pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia masih mengalami masalah seperti rendahnya komitmen guru. Strategi guru sekolah inklusif mengatasi kesulitan dan menghadapi tantangan bisa jadi menentukan keputusan untuk tetap bekerja sebagai guru. Self-compassion merupakan salah satu cara individu untuk menghadapi pengalaman buruk. Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara komitmen profesi dengan self-compassion guru SD inklusif. Komitmen profesi pada guru diukur dengan Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) dari Ingarianti (2015) yang disesuaikan dengan teori komitmen profesi yang digunakan. Teori komitmen profesi merujuk pada Coladarci (1992) dengan penyesuaian aspek-aspek komitmen dari Mowday et al. (1979). Self-compassion diukur dengan Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) dari Neff (2003). Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson membuktikan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komitmen profesi dengan self-compassion [r(158) = 0,576, p < 0,05]. Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara komitmen profesi dengan jenis kelamin ataupun pengalaman mengajar guru SD inklusif.

The implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia still encounters problems such as teachers’ low commitment. Inclusive school teachers’ strategies for dealing with difficulties and facing challenges may determine the decision to continue working as a teacher. Self-compassion is one of the ways for an individual to deal with rough experiences. This study examined the relationship between the professional commitment and self-compassion of inclusive elementary school teachers. Teachers' professional commitment is measured by Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) from Ingarianti (2015) which adapted to the theory of professional commitment used in this research. This theory refers to the professional commitment theory from Coladarci (1992) with adjustments to the aspects of organizational commitment theory from Mowday et al. (1979). Self-compassion is measured by the Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) from Neff (2003). The results of Pearson correlation analysis proved that there was a significant positive relationship between professional commitment and self-compassion [r(158) = 0.576, p <0.05]. No relationship was found between professional commitment and gender or teaching experience of inclusive elementary school teachers."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan mengenal siswa berkebutuhan khusus dalam menumbuhkan sikap positif calon guru PAUD dalam konteks
pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan within-subject one group pretest posttest design. Partisipan penelitian adalah mahasiswa PG-PAUD semester 7 di salah satu universitas di Jakarta (n=19). Pelatihan berlangsung selama 675 menit dengan topik anak berkebutuhan khusus dan pendidikan inklusif. Modul pelatihan dirancang berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, landasan teori, dan analisis kebutuhan. Sebagai langkah untuk mengetahui efektivitas program pelatihan, sikap calon guru diukur menggunakan Multidimentional Attitudes Toward Inclusive Education Scale (MATIES). Hasil uji signifikasi Wilcoxon Signed Rank menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang
signifikan pada sikap calon guru setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan (p=0,004). Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat menjelaskan efektivitas pelatihan dalam menumbuhkan sikap
positif, diantaranya dilihat dari sudut pandang pembentukan sikap, strategi mengubah sikap, dan penggunaan experiential learning Kolb. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik juga diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan skor sikap yang signifikan setelah tiga minggu
pelaksanaan pelatihan (p=0,219). Faktor yang diduga menyebabkan belum efektifnya pelatihan dalam mempertahankan sikap positif calon guru diantaranya berkurangnya paparan terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus setelah pelatihan, tidak diterapkannya strategi partisipasi aktif secara penuh selama pelatihan, dan proses penerapan daur belajar Kolb yang kurang ajeg. Temuan pada penelitian ini memberikan saran kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk memberikan penguatan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan.

This study aimed to examine the effectiveness training of recognizing student with special needs in fostering positive attitudes pre-service teachers of early childhood education in inclusive education context. A within-subject one group pretest posttest was designed in
this study. Training was developed for the semester 7 pre-service teachers of early childhood education program at one of the universities in Jakarta (n=19). Training
consisted of a 675 minutes face to face training session comprising topics such as children with special needs and inclusive education. Training module was designed based on literature studies, the theoretical foundation, and need analysis. In order to know the effects of the training program, the pre-service teachers attitude was measured using the Multidimentional Attitudes Toward Inclusive Education Scale (MATIES). Wilcoxon Signed Rank significance test revealed that there are significant differences in the preservice teachers attitude after training (p=0,004). There are several factors that can
explain the effectiveness of training in fostering positive attitude, such as aspects of attitude formation, strategies to change attitudes, and the Kolbs experiential learning approach. The results of statistical tests also revealed that there are no significant differences in the pre-service teacherss attitude after three weeks of training (p = 0.219).
Factors that might have caused the ineffectiveness of training in maintaining positive attitude, such as reduced exposure to children with special needs after the training, not implementing a full active participation strategy during training, and the lack of steady
implementation of the Kolb learning cycle. These findings suggest that the future researcher also can consider to conduct strengthening after training program was
performed.

"[Penelitian ini menganalisa keberlanjutan dari program pendidikan Amerika Serikat yaitu DBE menjadi PRIORITAS di Indonesia. Program Pendidikan yang muncul pada era Global War on Terror, yang kemudian menjadi program pendidikan lima tahunan yang berlanjut hingga tahun 2017. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengapa inisiatif-inisiatif program pendidikan dari Amerika Serikat selalu ditunjukkan sebagai program yang positif dan tidak pernah mengalami penolakkan dari Pemerintah Indonesia.Dalam penelitian ini, data didapatkan dari dokumen resmi pemerintahan, studi literature dan interview terhadap pemerintah Indoensia.Dalam menganalisa Program Pendidikan tersebut tulisan ini menggunakan kerangka pemikiran Gramscian yang pada akhirnya penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana rezim akumulasi Amerika Serikat telah diterima dengan baik oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Hal tersebut yang membuat Amerika Serikat mampu untuk bertindak sesuai dengan kehendaknya tanpa mendapatkan penolakkan dari Pemerintah Indonesia.
