"XYZ Collaborative Learning in Completing Knowledge (JM-Click) adalah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang dapat membantu karyawan XYZ untuk dapat melakukan pembelajaran elektronik. Tujuan dari adanya JM-Click adalah menjadi tempat pengembangan diri bagi setiap karyawan. Akan tetapi tingkat penggunaan JM-Click masih kurang maksimal karena masih banyak pengguna yang merasa aplikasi masih sulit dipahami dan digunakan. Untuk meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi, maka dilakukan uji kebergunaan agar dapat mengetahui hal apa saja yang masih dapat diperbaiki pada aplikasi JM-Click. Dilakukan evaluasi terhadap aplikasi menggunakan metode cognitive walkthrough. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, terdapat permasalahan kebergunaan pada 22 aksi yang diuji. Hasil evaluasi berupa masalah kebergunaan yang ditemukan kemudian dipetakan dengan pedoman kebergunaan aplikasi pembelajaran yang dibentuk oleh Kumar, Goundar, & Chand pada tahun 2019 untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap aplikasi. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang dibentuk juga divalidasi dengan membandingkan hasil iterasi evaluasi cognitive walkthrough sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perbaikan berupa penyesuaian ukuran area tekan, validasi tombol simpan isian, penggunaan ikon yang tepat, serta penggunaan tampilan dan navigasi yang konsisten dapat meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan pengguna dalam menyelesaikan aksi pada aplikasi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu pihak XYZ untuk menyesuaikan pengembangan perangkat lunak JM-Click dengan kebutuhan utama penggunanya sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif pada tingkat penggunaan aplikasi.

XYZ Collaborative Learning in Completing Knowledge (JM-Click) is a mobile-based application that can help XYZ employees to do electronic learning. The purpose of JM- Click is to be a place for self-development for every employee. However, the usage level of JM-Click is still not optimal because many users feel that the application is still difficult to understand and use. To increase the usage of the application, a usability test is carried out to find out what things can still be improved from the JM-Click application. Evaluation of the application was performed using the cognitive walkthrough method. Based on the evaluation results, usability problems were found in the 22 actions tested. The results of the evaluation found in the form of usability problems were then mapped with the usability guidelines for learning applications formed by Kumar, Goundar, & Chand in 2019 to produce recommendations for improvements to the application. The improvement recommendations that were formed were also validated by doing a comparison of cognitive walkthrough iteration using before and after improvement prototypes. Based on the research results, improvements in the form of adjusting the size of the press area, validation on the save entry button, correct usage of icon, and using consistent display and navigation can increase the user's success rate in completing actions on the application. The results of the research are expected to help XYZ to adjust the development of the JM-Click to the main needs of its users so that it can have a positive impact on the usage level of the application. "

"ABSTRAK
Keberadaan internet telah memungkinkan proses belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan di mana saja. Dalam hal penggunaan internet untuk proses belajar mengajar ini, dikenal adanya istilah e-Learning, online learning dan distance learning. Sehubungan dengan teknologi informasi dan e-Learning, tata kelola juga diperlukan untuk membantu memastikan keberhasilan upaya dalam menerapkan e-Learning. Karya akhir ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI terkait e-Learning saat ini di Kantor Sumber Daya Pembelajaran (KSDP) UI serta membuat sejumlah rekomendasi guna memperbaiki tingkat kapabilitas. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan Process Assesment Model (PAM) dimana hasil pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas KSDP UI saat ini berada di tingkat tiga, yang berarti menunjukkan KSDP UI sudah melakukan dengan cukup baik pengelolaan e-Learning dan PJJ nya. Terdapat 11 proses COBIT 5 yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan yang ditentukan dengan memetakan permasalahan (pain points) dan proses COBIT 5 dengan rencana pengembangan penyelenggaraan e-Learning KSDP UI. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan 10 proses pada tingkat 3 (Established) dan 1 proses pada tingkat 4 (Predictable).

ABSTRACT
The existence of the internet has enabled the teaching and learning process to be carried out anytime and anywhere. In terms of the use of the internet for this teaching and learning process, there are known terms of e-Learning, online learning and distance learning. In relation to Information Technology and e-Learning, governance is also needed to help ensure the success of efforts in implementing e-Learning. This final project uses the COBIT 5 framework to measure the current level of IT governance related to e-Learning capabilities at the Kantor Sumber Daya Pembelajaran (KSDP) University of Indonesia (UI) and make a number of recommendations to improve the level of capability. The measurement is done using the Process Assessment Model (PAM) where the measurement of the capability level of KSDP UI is currently at the third level, which means that KSDP UI has done quite well the management of e-Learning and its PJJ. There are 11 COBIT 5 processes become priorities that are determined by mapping the problems (pain points) and the COBIT 5 process with plans to develop e-Learning at KSDP UI. The measurement results show 10 processes at level 3 (Established) and 1 process at level 4 (Predictable)."

"Resistensi antibiotik merupakan ancaman kesehatan global. Tingginya tingkat reproduksi mikroorganisme dan kemampuan tekanan selektif yang kuat dari mikroorganisme menghadapi antibiotik pilihan merupakan permasalahan penggunaan antibiotik saat ini. Salah satu cara menguatkan pemahaman dan ketaatan staf medis adalah melalui edukasi. E-learning merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan dan ketepatan penggunaan antibiotik. Penelitian intervensi ini melibatkan seluruh DPJP dan PPDS Sp1 Ilmu Kesehatan Anak yang berstatus aktif di FKUI RSCM. Intervensi e-learning dilakukan terhadap DPJP dan PPDS dengan topik Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) melalui website EMAS UI kemudian dinilai tingkat pengetahuan pra- dan pasca-intervensi. Penggunaan antibiotik satu bulan pra- dan pasca-intervensi dinilai dengan alur Gyssens untuk menilai ketepatan penggunaan antibiotik. Sebanyak 135 (54,4%) penggunaan antibiotik pra-intervensi dan 170 (72,24%) penggunaan antibiotik pasca-intervensi dinilai tepat. Analisis bivariat terhadap ketepatan penggunaan antibiotik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan bermakna pra- dan pasca-intervensi (OR= 0,537, IK 95% 0,363-0,795; p< 0,002). Sebanyak 42 dari total 56 DPJP anak dan 119 dari total 123 PPDS Sp1 Ilmu Kesehatan Anak mengikuti intervensi e-learning. Analisis bivariat menunjukan terdapat hubungan bermakna terhadap tingkat pengetahuan DPJP pra- dan pasca-intervensi (1 vs 32; p<0,001) dan PPDS pra- dan pasca-intervensi (10 vs 66; p<0,001). Terdapat peningkatan signifikan tingkat ketepatan penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien anak di ruang perawatan RSCM setelah dilakukan intervensi edukasi melalui metode e-learning.

Antibiotic resistance is a global health threat. The high rate of reproduction of microorganisms and the strong selective pressure ability of microorganisms against antibiotics are the problems of the current use of antibiotics. Education is a way to strengthen the understanding and obedience of medical staff. E-learning can be used to increase the level of knowledge and the effectiveness of using antibiotics. This intervention study involved all active pediatric staff and pediatric residents from the Department of Child Health in FMUI-CMH. Staff and residents underwent intervention through e-learning on the topic of Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) via the EMAS UI website, and then the level of their pre- and post-intervention knowledge was assessed. The use of antibiotics one month pre- and post-intervention was assessed by Gyssen's flowchart to assess the appropriateness of the antibiotics usage. A total of 135 (54.4%) uses of pre-intervention antibiotics and 170 (72.24%) uses of post-intervention antibiotics were considered appropriate. Bivariate analysis of the appropriate use of antibiotics showed that there was a significant relationship pre- and post-intervention (135 vs. 170, 95% CI 0.363-0.795; p 0.002). Forty two out of 56 staff and 119 out of 123 residents participate in e-learning. Bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of pre- and post-intervention in pediatric staff (1 vs. 32; p 0.001) and pre- and post-intervention pediatric residents (10 vs. 66; p 0.001). The total use of pre- and post-intervention antibiotics being, respectively, 248 and 229 antibiotics. There was a significant increase in the appropriateness level of using antibiotics in pediatric patients at CMH after educational interventions were carried out through the e-learning."

"This article is the result of research on face-to-face tutorial services for students participating in distance education programs. The research was conducted during the months April to June 2009 in tutorial centers in the distric of Tangerang located at SMPN XIII and SD Sukasari 1. subjects were participants of primary school teacher training program (PGSD), tutors, managers and organizers of the program. Observations focused on the administrative services, academic services, and facilities for tutorial activities. Results showed that there was no special briefing for participants. As a result many students are not prepared to follow the tutorial. The location viewed from the perspective of affordability was very low, because most students live in the suburbs. Tutorial classroom conditions do not meet minimum service standards of a conducive learning space a result tutors were difficult to develop an instructional system optimally. It is advisable to give a special briefing for the students so that participants had an understanding of the nature of the tutorial, the need to increase the quality of facilities and infrastructure, review the location of activities, and the need for strict academic requirements for tutors. "

"Since University of Indonesia got PHK institution award in 2007, Introduction to Sociology (PIS) is then promoted as a university service subject using IT so that learning innovation may increase efficiency, quality and standardization. Introduction to sociology, not only in FISIP, but other faculty in University is regarded as a required as well as non required subject, 2 to 3 SKS. Therefore, it can be said that the subject is not compulsory for all students, or optional.
In the year of 2008, within one semester, two third of main issues of Introduction to sociology subject in the form of ICT based module has been produced. In 2009, the module has been tested in 3 faculties namely FIB, FH, and FISIP in UI.
The experience of the content developers during module preparation could not be imagine beforehand, since it was the first one. Therefore, based on the experience, in the future, the content developers will always be assisted by some experts in technical matters. Exposure in the seminar resulting pretty good appreciation, notably when it was only the beginning of the whole project. Especially when the project is the first subject using ICT in FISIP. Moreover, student survey testified that e-learning can become an interesting teaching and learning supplement.
For the students, e-learning module-test is an attractive new experience. Discussion process, quiz, and watching a film, are new interesting learning methods. From the lecturer point of view, the class quiz preparation may become a hard work, however, the next task, such as quiz scoring, can be produced automatically. Reviewing discussion and students papers need another time and effort.
For lecturers who are keen on sitting a couple time in front of computers, evaluating student papers is unproblematic. However, it is quite a problem for those who are not used to. This should be a concern of the institutions conducting e-learning program. The remuneration systems for teachers/instructors is also a subject to be discussed in the future."

"Revolusi digital turut mempengaruhi segala aspek pola interaksi masyarakat termasuk akses sumber ilmu pengetahuan. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menawarkan revolusi lingkungan belajar yang membuat ruang belajar lebih fleksibel dan diperuntukkan bagi peserta didik yang kesulitan dalam menghadiri kelas konvensional tatap muka. Di sisi lain, kebutuhan pada ilmu parenting yang selama ini dilalui masyarakat hanya sebatas mendengarkan cerita/mitos dari orang tua terdahulu tanpa keterlibatan para pakar didalamnya, ternyata memerlukan media untuk menjadi sumber akses ilmu parenting di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian memanfaatkan e-Learning sebagai media penyampaian ilmu parenting. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam penerapan e- Learning, diperlukan mengetahui tingkat e-Learning readiness calon pengguna serta metode desain interaksi yang dapat fokus secara efektif pada kebutuhan populasi pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods. Pada tahap pengumpulan data kebutuhan, digunakan studi kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk menemukan demografi calon pengguna serta melihat e-Learning readiness calon pengguna dan untuk perolehan data kualitatif dilakukan wawancara pengumpulan data kebutuhan. Adapun perancangan menggunakan metode User-Centered Design dan beberapa prinsip desain visual dan desain interaksi. Pada tahapan evaluasi menggunakan Usability Testing (UT) dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian memperoleh skor SUS yaitu 82.33 dimana berada pada posisi peringkat A. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan yang diperoleh dari UT. Untuk penilaian e- Learning readiness, menunjukkan populasi calon pengguna telah cukup siap namun terdapat beberapa variabel yang perlu ditingkatkan agar penerapan e-Learning khusus ilmu parenting mencapai keberhasilan

The revolution of digital has influenced all aspects of interaction patterns in society including access to knowledge sources. Information and communication technology (ICT) now offers a revolutionary learning environment that makes learning spaces more flexible and is aimed to students who have problem to attending conventional class. In the other side, the urgency of need for knowledge about parenting which has so far been passed by the society is limited just to listening to stories / myths from previous parents without the involvement of experts in it, apparently requires the media to be a source of access to parenting knowledge in the society. Research utilized e-Learning as a medium for delivering parenting knowledge. For achieving success in implementing e-Learning, it is necessary to know the level of e-Learning readiness of prospective users and interaction design methods that can focus effectively on the needs of the user population for designing e-Learning applications specifically the science of parenting. This research used a mixed methods approach. At the stage of gathering needs data, a quantitative study was used by distributing questionnaires to find the demographics of potential users and to see the e-Learning Readiness of prospective users. For qualitative one, interviews were conducted to collect data on needs. The design used the User-Centered Design method and several principles of visual design and interaction design. In the evaluation phase also applies a mixed methods approach that used the Usability Testing (UT) and System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The study resulted in the acquisition of a SUS score with a satisfactory result that is 82.33 which is ranked A. However, there are some recommendations for improvement obtained from UT. For e-Learning Readiness assessment, the population of prospective users is quite ready, but there are a number of variables that need to be improved so the implementation of e-Learning specifically the science of parenting hopes successful."

Hal tersebut menuntut sistem pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif guna mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang dapat bersaing pada era revolusi industri. Munculnya sistem e-learning sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran dapat menjadi katalisator peningkatan pengetahuan dan manfaat lain bagi mahasiswa sehingga pemanfaatannya sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan penggunaan sistem e-learning Universitas Indonesia berdasarkan perspektif mahasiswa dengan model komprehensif yang mencakup model Information System Success, Technology Acceptance Model dan kepuasan pengguna. Model penelitian telah divalidasi secara empiris dari 394 mahasiswa rumpun ilmu sosial dan humaniora dengan metode Partial Least Square-(PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 71,6% dari varian manfaat e-learning dijelaskan oleh variabel kepuasan, kegunaan yang dirasakan, dan penggunaan sistem yang masing-masing variabel tersebut menjelaskan 72,3%, 58,3% dan 30,4% varians dimensi kualitas yang membentuknya. Sebagai implikasi praktis penelitian, strategi dirancang berdasarkan faktor yang memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan pada keberhasilan sistem e-learning dengan menyesuaikan karakteristik mahasiswa khususnya pada generasi Z dan rumpun ilmu tersebut. Akhirnya, keputusan rekomendasi strategi ditetapkan berdasarkan prioritas tinggi dari penilaian oleh praktisi dengan menggunakan relationship matrix. Strategi berupa penyediaan kebutuhan informasi, penyediaan konten yang sesuai serta perancangan user interface merupakan tiga rancangan yang harus diprioritaskan.

The disruption of technology globally impacts in many fields, including education. It requires a more innovative learning system to prepare a workforce that can compete in the era of the industrial revolution. The emergence of e-learning system as a powerful learning support media is a catalyst to enhance knowledge, skills, and other benefits for learners, so that its utilization is very important. This study aims to evaluate the successful use of the Universitas Indonesia's e-learning system based on the perspective of students with a comprehensive model that includes Information System Success model, Technology Acceptance Model and user satisfaction. The research model was validated empirically from 394 students of the social sciences and humanities studies using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that 71.6% of the e-learning benefit variants were explained by the satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and system usage variables, each of variable respectively explained 72.3%, 58.3% and 30.4% quality dimension variance who formed it. The strategies are designed based on factors that have a significant positive effect on the success of the e-learning system by analyzing the characteristics of students, especially in the generation Z with study background. Finally, the decision on strategy recommendations is set based on the high priority of evaluation by practitioners using the relationship matrix. Three designs that must be prioritized are in the form of providing information needs, appropriate content and re-designing user interfaces."
