Pada asuhan keperawatan pada Stroke iskemik dan gangguan sistem saraf dengan pendekatan Model Adaptasi Roy ditemukan masalah keperawatan akibat perilaku tidak adaptif pada mode fisiologis adalah risiko ketidakefektifan jaringan perfusi serebral, kerusakan mobilitas fisik dan padamode adaptasi psikologis adalah ansietas. Hasil penerapan Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) menunjukkan bahwa minyak lada hitam meningkatkan kemampuan menelan pasien stroke. Hasil penerapan inovasi bladder trainingdapat meningkatkan fungsi berkemih pasien dengan gangguan neurologi.
