"Online journals merupakan publikasi elektronik dan versi digital dari jurnal tercetak. Saat ini online journals sudah menjadi salah satu jenis koleksi perpustakaan perguruan tinggi (PT). Beberapa perpustakaan PT menyediakan akses online journals. Pengadaan online journals di perpustakaan PT memerlukan aspek pertimbangan seperti mempertimbangkan adanya kelebihan dan kekurangan online journals; unsur penilaian seperti kebutuhan pengguna, akses internet, fasilitas online journals, harga, sumber daya manusia. Hal lainnya adalah tanggapan pustakawan dan pengguna pontensial (end-user) yang akan memanfaatkan online journals tersebut. Evaluasi akhir ini akan memutuskan apakah online journals tersebut layak untuk tersedia di perpustakaan atau tidak. Setelah dianggap layak untuk diadakan, perpustakaan akan memilih salah satu online journals yang ditawarkan. Promosi adalah bagian akhir yang perlu dilakukan oleh perpustakaan. Berbagai cara promosi dapat dilaksanakan seperti menggunakan spanduk, website, brosur dan terakhir pelatihan information skills program."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media promosi di Perpustakaan Kemendikbud RI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media promosi di Perpustakaan kemendikbud RI melalui konten yang diunggah dan fitur yang dimiliki Instagram sehingga informasi yang dipromosikan dapat tersampaikan kepada followers, yang mana dengan pemanfaatan Instagram oleh Perpustakaan tersebut diharapkan dapat memberitahu pengguna mengenai informasi seperti koleksi terbaru, layanan, dan juga kegiatan lain yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara online, observasi online, dan analisis dokumen. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menekan penyebaran COVID-19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jauh sebelum pandemi COVID-19, Perpustakaan Kemendikbud RI sering memposting konten promosi seperti kegiatan komunitas, workshop, dan mendongeng di perpustakaan. Akan tetapi, pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar pada kegiatan promosi melalui Instagram perpustakaan sehingga sebagian besar konten yang diposting saat ini adalah promosi koleksi digital. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Perpustakaan Kemendikbud RI aktif dalam memposting kegiatan promosi perpustakaan karena memiliki tema untuk setiap konten yang diposting setiap harinya. Dalam hal fitur, mereka telah menggunakan hampir semuanya, namun mereka harus belajar dan improvisasi lagi dalam menggunakan fitur seperti fitur live streaming yang belum pernah digunakan.

This research discusses Instagram utilization as a promotion media at Kemendikbud RI Library. The purpose of this study is to identify Instagram utilization as a promotion media at the Kemendikbud RI Library through the posted content and features of Instagram so that the promoted information can be conveyed to followers, which with the use of Instagram by the library is expected to inform users about information such as collections. updates, services, and other activities that it provide. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out in this study through online interview, online observation, and document analysis. This method is conducted to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The results of this study indicate that long before the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kemendikbud RI Library often posted promotion content such as community activities, workshops, and storytelling in the library. However, the Covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on promotional activities through the library's Instagram so that most of the content posted today is the promotion of digital collections. The conclusion of this study is that the Kemendikbud RI Library is active in posting library promotional activities because it has a theme for every content posted every day. In terms of features, they have used almost everything. However, they have to learn and improvise again in using features such as the live streaming feature that has never been used."

"Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia (PNRI) sudah melakukan promosi dengan berbagai media untuk memberitahukan eksistensinya dan menarik masyarakat datang ke PNRI namun pengunjung yang datang cenderung menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pemahaman masyarakat Kelurahan Jaticempaka Kecamatan Pondok Gede mengenai informasi yang disampaikan melalui promosi PNRI dan mengidentifikasi tanggapan masyarakat Kelurahan Jaticempaka Kecamatan Pondok Gede terhadap promosi PNRI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kelurahan Jaticempaka Kecamatan Pondok Gede mengerti informasi (tujuan dibuatnya promosi) yang disampaikan melalui promosi PNRI. Mereka memberikan tanggapan yang positif setelah melihat promosi PNRI dan terhadap media promosi PNRI.

Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia (PNRI) or National Library is doing a promotion with a variety of media to notify the existence and interesting people to come to PNRI but the visitors who come tend to decrease. This study aims to identify community in Kelurahan Jaticempaka Kecamatan Pondok Gede on the information submitted through the promotion and identify community responses in Kelurahan Jaticempaka Kecamatan Pondok Gede on National Library?s promotion. Type of research that used is descriptive research method with surveys. Results of research shows that community in Kelurahan Jaticempaka Kecamatan Pondok Gede understand the information (the purpose of the promotion) delivered through the National Library?s promotion. They provide a positive feedback after viewing the National Library's promotion and towards its media promotion.

"Competition at radio media industry in Jakarta become more sophisticated recently. To the year 2008, there is 41 private radio in Jakarta. Radio has unique, personal and segmented characteristic makes advertiser can not leave this media to advertise. Defeat their competitor, Mugi Rekso Abadi?Broadcast Media Division should creates appropriate promotion strategy for both of audiences and business customers. Business customers is main revenue resource for radio media. Promotion strategy for this customers have special particular way distinguished from to the audiences. The differencess can be detected from how to classified of business customers, messages to communicate and promotional tools to be used. To survive, radio should develop planning, implementing and evaluating proses promotion strategy Business to Business continously.
This research purposed to answer how were planning, implementation and evaluating process strategy promotion Business to Business running at MRABMD. These process starting with identification of needs and wants MRA-BMD business customers. Hopefully, this research can expanding and digging marketing theory especially about promotion strategy B2B at radio media which is rare topics appear, whereas has big contribution for radio?s live prospect.
Methods used for this undergraduate thesis is qualitative research. Reason of qualitative methods used for this research is to deeper digging about promotion strategy B2B which naturally personal. Primary data collected through field observation and in depth interview with five experties informan, they are; sales, marketing communication and R&D managers of MRA BMD which is expected had qualification to give valid and accountable input data. Secondary data gain from internal company and other references.
The research finding obtained by following results: (1) MRA-BMD has been understanding the characteristic, needs and wants of their business customers, altough all this comprehension do not supported to the right and appropriate promotion strategy. Business customers based on the purpose divided into barter client, semi barter client and full commercials client . (2) Promotion strategy B2B planning begin with formulating strategic plan, afterward business plan, until identificating work plan. Implementation process dominated to personal selling and direct marketing promotional tools. Evaluating done beyond CSI vi (Customers Satisfaction Index) and others internal research. For several ways, discovered that promotion strategy B2B can be excecute together with promotion strategy B2C. (3)Specific promotion strategy not really focuss on the context because more than a half amount of business customers considering content, they are so rational. The implications of this research result are: (1) To face this problem, MRA BMD business strategy more focuss on developing performance of each radio station. (2) Researcher recomendation is MRA-BMD should evaluate the integration of all promotion strategy B2B process for raising brand perception and image to be better. In addition, it is important to measures efectivity and eficiency of promotional tools used, so that MRA-BMD can counting to the pricesely promotional tools exposed to business customers.

"Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat sampai sejauhmana pengembangan strategi promosi oleh Badan Promosi Pariwisata Indonesia (BPPI) dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan asing ke Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan ad.a.lah metode deskriptif. Alat analisa yang dipakai menitik beratkan pada penggunaan alat alat analisa lingkungan persaingan untuk melihat dan mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan pariwisata Indonesia, serta peluang dan ancaman dan lingkungan global, yang dihubungkan dengan strategi promosi yang harus dikembangkan oleh BPPI. Analisis dilakukan atlas data primer yang berasal dari laporan interen BPPI, dan wawancara dengan berbagai pihak interen maupun pihak lainnya yang berkepentingan dengan industri kepariwisaataan. Sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan dari studi kepustakaan, maupun informasi lainnya yang terkait dengan penelitian ini.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi yang diterapkan adalah untuk menciptakan positioning Indonesia di pasar sasaran, dan mencapai khalayak sasarannya untuk membentuk citra pariwisata Indonesia dengan brand name : Indonesia A World All Its Own, dengan daya tarik inti seni, budaya dan adat istiadat bangsa Indoensia. Strategi yang diterjemahkan dalam berbagai program promosi luar negeri, sudah sangat tepat dan mencapai basil yang baik, walaupun dalam keterbatasan dana promosi dibandingkan dengan pesaing yang ada dikawasan Asia tenggara. Dimasa depan ancaman yang paling serius adalah citra buruk tentang keamanan di Indonesia sebagai akibat krisis politik yang terjadi, dan ini dapat mengikis peluang ada kekuatan yang ada, dilain pihak pemerintah (Menparsenibud) menerapkan kebijakan Zero Budget bagi promosi pariwisata Indonesia.
Untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan maka yang harus dilakukan adalah mennghilangkan tumpang tindihnya aktivitas promosi di luar negeri oleh berbagai pihak, dan kebijakan Zero Budget merupakan kebijakan yang harus ditinjau kembaii. Bagi BPPI sendiri, strategi promosinya hares lebih memperdalam kosentfasinya pada ketujuh pasar sasaran, dan untuk mengantisipasi keterbatasan dana promosi, harus dipertimbangkan untuk mengurangi pasar sasaran utama."

"During decades, man tried to sells and buy goods to fullfill their needs. Promotion, campaign, direct marketing, has been used to attract a potential buyers to persue costumer by provoking their purchase intention. But nowadays, promotion has become much and much expensive, people get bored to direct selling program. Theese days, people has become more and more careful to choose a product. Word of Mouth, is a potential power to seducing other people?s purchase intention that has not yet been realized by the producers.
This study try to describe the effect of Positive Word of Mouth received on buyers purchase intention. simPATI as a product of Telkomsel is a market leader in Indonesian pre ? paid GSM UIM card, was used as the focus of the study, the effect of buyers purchase intention antecedents was investigated trough a survey, on a sample of 100 FISIP UI non - consumers which are a potential users of simPATI Telkomsel cards.
The research method that researcher used is the descriptive method. It means that the research is described accurately using facts, spoken or written words, actions and visual images. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The goal is to try to find an understanding about the effect of positive word of mouth received on buyers purchase intention. The data collection technique used on this research is by reading the literature which focus on the research, observation, and interview if necessary.
The findings of this study contribute to the previous research on the effect of word of mouth received on purchase intention and provide further insight into understanding consumer behavior. Examining the success of simPATI Telkomsel as a market leader in Indonesia points out that consumers purchase intention can be triggered out by using a Word of Mouth Marketing where at this point, the information of satisfaction, opinion leadership, and the information of incentive given by Telkomsel to its consumers are three dimensions which is needed to be considered.

"This article is the results of BC (british council) library research as the object of its own research. The research was carried out by using library-research method, re-analyzing the existing quantitative data and conducting several interviews with informants to support the analysis. The study also evaluates the results of a survey which was conducted by a librarian on BC library users in january 1996. The survey was conducted by applying "accidental sampling (non probabilty sampling). from the survey, the data can be processed as many as 221 respondents. Meanwhile, qualitative data is obtained by performing in-depth question-and answer sessions with the informants who werw authorized by the respected agency. Therefore, the resluts of this research can not be generalized to other institutions. This library has made some improvements in terms of:service additional facilities, personnel qualities, as well as promotion. However, the number of the members who have been exposed by media campaigns such as billboards and the buildings 7.69 percent and the advertisement is 4.52 percent. These figures are very small compared to exposure through mouth-to-mouth campaign that achieves 57.01 percent. The question now is what kind of promotion that "fits" the BC?"

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai iklan layanan masyarakat yang diproduksi oleh Perpustakaan Nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan proses penyampaian iklan layanan masyarakat serta tanggapan dari pemustaka terhadap iklan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Perpustakaan Nasional masih memiliki kekurangan dalam melakukan promosi, selain itu iklan layanan masyarakat produksi Perpustakaan Nasional juga belum efektif karena belum mampu memenuhi tujuan dari promosinya.

This mini-thesis presents an evaluation of library public service announcement (PSA) at Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. The purposes of this research are to describe the dissemination process of public service announcement to the public and understanding the user respons about the PSA. A case study method is used in this qualitative research. The result shows that promotion held by National library haven?t maximal yet. In addition, National Library? PSA haven?t effective since the promotion purposes isn?t accomplished yet."
