"Perkembangan teknologi informasi mengalami peningkatan pesat dalam satu dekade terakhir. Beberapa teknologi baru mulai diperkenalkan kepada publik. Salah satu teknologi yang ramai diperbincangkan adalah blockchain. Dalam satu dekade terakhir, pengaplikasian blockchain mulai diterapkan pada bidang, seperti supply-chain, logistik, keuangan, dan kesehatan. Pada bidang kesehatan, pertukaran data medis sering dilakukan baik antar penyedia layanan kesehatan ataupun dengan pihak lainnya, seperti pihak asuransi. Pertukaran data ini memang sudah dapat dilakukan melalui sistem Electronic Health Record (EHR) yang ada, namun seiring berjalannya hal tersebut, terdapat isu seperti kepercayaan antar pemangku kepentingan akibat adanya risiko pengubahan data EHR. Isu lainnya adalah sistem EHR yang ada berisiko mengalami single-point of failure. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan pembuatan EHR sistem berbasis blockchain menggunakan Hyperledger Fabric. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis atas keempat aspek, yaitu aspek performa, integrity, confidentiality, dan robustness. Information and technology development rapidly increasing in a last decade. New technologies have introduced to public. One of the new trend technology is blockchain. From the last decade, the applications of blockchain has widely spread to the sectors, such as supply-chain, logistic, finance, and healthcare. In healthcare sector, medical data is frequently exchange between healthcare providers or others parties such as insurance company. This data exchange system has already established in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system from most of the healthcare providers. Nevertheless, the existing system still raising issues as the trust among the stakeholders due to the risk of EHR data manipulation. Other issues is the existing EHR system has potential to the single-point of failure of the system. Responding to the stated problems, the EHR system based on blockchain using Hyperledger Fabric was proposed. The study analyzing four aspects from the proposed EHR system, the performance, integrity, confidentiality, and robustness aspect."

"Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komponen kesiapan RSUD Cileungsi dalam implementasi rekam medis elektronik pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 42 responden. Responden adalah staf yang berperan dan terlibat dalam implementasi rekam medis elektronik dan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi menjadi tabel distribusi frekuensi dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square untuk membentuk model kesiapan sebagai variabel laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan RSUD Cileungsi telah cukup siap dalam implementasi rekam medis elektronik berdasarkan skor total kesiapan dan dengan rincian sebanyak 66% responden memberikan nilai cukup siap. Pada persamaan struktural model yang dibentuk, komponen budaya kerja organisasi dan komponen sumber daya manusia berhubungan signifikan pada kesiapan rekam medis elektronik sedangkan komponen infrastruktur dan komponen tata kelola memiliki hubungan yang tidak signifikan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan masih tersedianya ruang untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan RME dengan fokus pada komponen budaya kerja organisasi dan komponen sumber daya manusia.

This study aims to analyze of RSUD Cileungsi’s readiness of each component in implementing electronic medical records in 2023. This study is a quantitative analytic study with a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 42 respondents. Respondents are staff who play a role and are involved in the implementation of electronic medical records and sample are chosen using the total sampling technique. The collected data were then tabulated into a frequency distribution table and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square method to form a readiness model as a latent variable. The results showed that RSUD Cileungsi was quite ready in implementing electronic medical records based on the total readiness score and with details as many as 66% of respondents gave a score of quite ready. In the structural equation model formed, the organizational work culture component and the human resources component have a significant relationship to the readiness of electronic medical records while the infrastructure component and the governance component have an insignificant relationship. The results indicate that there is still room for improvement and development of RME with a focus on the organizational work culture component and the human resources component."

"Penggunaan sumber elektronik di Perpustakaan menunjukkan kecenderungan yang terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Online database merupakan salah satu sumber elektronik yang populer di lingkungan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Sebagai salah satu koleksi perpustakaan, online database juga perlu untuk dievaluasi. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemanfataan online database bidang humaniora yang dilanggan oleh Perpustakaan UI dan evaluasi online database yang dilihat dari aspek konten, persyaratan teknis, serta fungsionalitas dan kehandalan oleh mahasiswa FIB UI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran pemanfataan online database oleh mahasiwa FIB UI, mengindetifikasi kendalanya, serta mengevaluasi online database dari sudut pandang mahasiwa FIB UI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendeketan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemanfataan oleh mahasiswa FIB UI masih rendah yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil hanya sebanyak 45 responden yang menggunakan online database bidang humaniora. Adapun tiga online database yang paling sering digunakan oleh responden adalah JSTOR, Proquest - Access to all 20 database, dan iG Library American library Association . Tiga hambatan utama responden dalam menggunakan online database adalah kurang tersedianya sumber informasi dalam lingkup bidang studi yang sedang dipelajari oleh responden, kesulitan mencari informasi yang relevan dan kemudiaan lebih memilih buku tercetak dan jurnal tercetak.

The use of electronic resources in the library tends to increase over the time. Online database is one of popular electronic resources in the higher library environment. As a collection of library, online database also need to be evaluated. This study discusses about the use of online database in humanities field that is subscribed by Library of University of Indonesia and also evaluates the online database based on three aspects, which are content, technical requirements, and functionality and reliability.

The objective of this study is to get description of the use of online database, identify the problem that was faced in using online database, and evaluate the online database from the perspective of students of FIB UI. This study used survey method with descriptive quantitative approach.

This research found that the level of use of online database is low, which is indicated by the result that shows there was only 45 of respondents who were using online database. Three online databases, which were most frequently used by respondents, were JSTOR, Proquest Access to all 20 database, and iG Library American library Association . The three primary obstacles faced in using online database were the lack of availability of information recources in scope of their major, the difficulty to find information that is relevant, and the preference for using printed books and journals."

"Dalam lingkup sebuah universitas yang notabene memiliki volume arsip tinggi, Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) hadir sebagai solusi untuk memfasilitasi pengelolaan dan pelestarian arsip baik dalam format digital maupun nondigital. Dalam menghadapi tantangan industri 4.0 dimana kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi cukup tinggi sehingga diperlukan ketersediaan informasi yang dapat diperoleh dengan tepat dan cepat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat ketergunaan SEKAR (Sistem Elektronik Kearsipan) bagi arsiparis. SEKAR merupakan ERMS berbasis web yang open source dan dibuat dengan menggunakan AtoM 2.3.1 yang dikelola oleh Universitas Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Sistem SEKAR sangat membantu pekerjaan arsiparis dalam mengelola arsipnya dengan lebih mudah. Selain itu, berdasarkan (5) lima dimensi yang diteliti yakni learnability, effectivity, memorability, error, dan satisfaction SEKAR menunjukkan tingkat usability atau tingkat ketergunaan yang baik.

Within the scope of universities which incidentally have high archive volumes, Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) is present as a solution to facilitate the management and preservation of archives both in digital and non-digital formats. In facing the challenges of industry 4.0 where the public's need for information is high enough so that the availability of appropriate and quickly obtained information is needed. This study aims to determine the usability of SEKAR (Sistem Elektronik

Kearsipan) for archivists. SEKAR is an open source web-based ERMS that was created using AtoM 2.3.1 managed by the University of Indonesia The research method used is descriptive quantitative and sampling is done by purposive sampling. The results of the research show that SEKAR system is very helpful for archivists in managing their

archives more easily. In addition, based on the five (5) dimensions studied namely learnability, effectivity, memorability, error, and satisfaction, SEKAR shows a good level of usability."

"PT. Sasana Artha Finance (SAF) mempunyai Sistem Multifinance lama yaitu eMF seiring berjalannya waktu sistem ini digantikan oleh sistem baru yaitu Sistem Confins. Kenyataan sistem yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan merupakan kendala yang dihadapi SAF saat ini. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah tidak pernah melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem yang berjalan. Penelitian ini akan melakukan evaluasi penerimaan terhadap sebuah sistem dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan Sistem Confins. Model penerimaan yang digunakan adalah UTAUT2 dan dianalisa menggunakan konsep Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Sistem Confins dipengaruhi oleh Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, dan Habit.

PT. Sasana Artha Finance (SAF) has old multifinance system named eMF, over time this system was replaced by a new system named Confins System. The fact that the system is not in accordance with the expectations of the constraints faced by the SAF today. One of the reasons is that SAF has never performed an evaluation of this system. This study will evaluate the acceptability of a system in order to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of Confins System. The model is using UTAUT2. The Analyzed method is using the concept of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based variants using software SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the admission system Confins influenced by Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, and Habit."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi pada siswa sekolah dasar di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi yang dilakukan siswa sekolah dasar di era digital saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi yang dilakukan siswa SDN Bendungan Hilir 12 yakni pertama melalui buku tercetak kemudian jika buku tercetak tidak memenuhi kebutuhan informasinya maka siswa menggunakan internet sebagai media dalam mencari informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasinya. Selain itu, ketika siswa mendapatkan informasi melalui internet, untuk memverifikasi kebenaran informasi tersebut, mereka menanyakan kepada orang terdekat yang dipercaya oleh siswa.

This study discusses the strategy of meeting the needs of information on primary school students in the digital age. The purpose of this study is to identify the strategy to fulfil the information needs of primary school students in the digital era today. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study method. Data collection was done by interview and document analysis.

The results of this study indicate that the strategy of fulfilling the information needs of the students of SDN Bendungan Hilir 12 are first through the printed book and then if the printed book does not meet the needs of the information then the students use the internet as a medium in finding information to meet the information needs. Also, when students get information over the internet, to verify the truth of the information, they ask the nearest person who is trusted by the student. "

"Seiring dengan maraknya Industri 4.0, Pemerintah menggalakkan program Making Indonesia 4.0 untuk mengarahkan Indonesia kepada Industri 4.0 dan lebih siap bersaing di tingkat global, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur digital di Indonesia, hal ini juga disambut oleh PT.Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur digital, yang salah satunya adalah eprocurement. Namun pada perusahaan terkait, ditemukan bahwa pra pengguna memiliki tingkat kesiapan brainware yang rendah sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian terkait hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi tingkat kesiapan dan intensi pengguna e-procurement menggunakan technology readiness index yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi teknologi berada pada level medium readiness level dan model technology readiness and acceptance model menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang signifikan dalam pengadopsian teknologi eprocurement adalah Insecurity dan Perceived Usefulness. Analisis dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada seluruh pengguna e-procurement di pengadaan PT.PIHC. Kemudian dilakukan perancangan strategi dilakukan menggunakan bantuan tools diagram Impact-Performance Analysis (IPA) oleh para praktisi yang berpengalaman pada penggunaan e-procurement pada perusahaan dengan rekomendasi strategi prioritas utama adalah mengubah kegiatan manual input menjadi otomatis dengan terintegrasi pada sistem e-procurement dalam beberapa bentuk seperti penyimpanan kontrak dengan informasi kontak vendor dan ketentuan pembayaran yang terintegrasi pada e-procurement dan integrasi fitur membandingkan harga langsung dari berbagai seller sehingga tidak perlu mencari informasi secara terpisah.

Along with the rise of Industry 4.0, the Government is promoting the Making Indonesia 4.0 program to connect Indonesia to Industry 4.0 and is more ready to compete at the global level, one of which is by improving digital infrastructure in Indonesia, this is also supported by PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company by improving digital infrastructure , one of which is e procurement. However, in related companies, it was found that users had a level of brainware readiness that needed research in this regard. This study aims to formulate a strategy for the level of readiness and intentions of e procurement users using a technology readiness index that refers to the level of technology adoption depending on the level of intermediate level of readiness and the technology readiness model and acceptance model showing significant factors in the adoption of e-procurement technology are Insecurity and Behavior Intention. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all e-procurement users in PT. PIHC. Then the strategy design is carried out using the Impact-Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram by experts trained on the use of e-procurement in companies with the contribution of priority strategies is to change manual input activities to be automated with integrated eprocurement systems in some forms such as contract storage with vendor contact information and payment terms integrated into e-procurement and the integration of features comparing prices directly from various sellers so there is no need to search information separately."
