"Tujuan penelitian adalah menggunakan peta proses untuk memperlihatkan tingkat pemenuhan standar ISO 9001:2000 pada Divisi Aviation Safety dan membantu transisi Divisi tersebut ke standar. Ini penting untuk diketahui karena penggunaan peta proses untuk tujuan diatas belum banyak dibahas. Padahal peta proses dapat memperlihaikan hubungan antar prosedur mutu dalam mencapai kepuasan pelanggan dan itu harus ada daiam pemenuhan standar ISO 9001-2000. Langkah-langkah pencapaian tujuan penelitian, adalah:
1. Mengidentitikasi tingkat pemenuhan persyaratan standar ISO 9001:2000 pada Divisi Aviation Safety
2. Memilih alternatif peta proses untuk menggambarkan tingkat pemenuhan persyaratan standar ISO 9001:2000 pada Divisi Aviation Safety
3. Memperlihatkan bagaimana peta proses membantu pemenuhan persyaratan standar ISO 9001 :2000 pada Divisi Aviation Safety.
Untuk melaksanakan Iangkah-Iangkah diatas diperlukan data-data berikut:
1. Data prosedur mutu pada Divisi Aviation Safety
2. Data pemenuhan persyaratan standar ISO 90021994 oleh Divisi Aviation Safety
3. Peta proses dalam Divisi Aviation Safety.
Penelitian menunjukkan, alternatif peta proses yang paling tepat untuk memperlihatkan tingkat pemenuhan standar ISO 9001:2000 dari Divisi Aviation Safety adalah alternatif peta proses yang mengacu pada model sistem manajemen mutu berdasarkan proses.
Peta proses juga dapat memperlihatkan hubungan antar prosedur mutu yang perlu diatur agar divisi ini dapat memenuhi persyaratan standar, menentukan prioritas perubahan prosedur dan menentukan sub-subprosedur baru daiam peru bahan prosedur mutu.
Peta proses terbukti memperlihatkan tingkat pemenuhan standar ISO 9001:2000 pada Divisi Aviation Safety dan membantu transisi sistem manajemen mutu ke standar ISO 9001:2000."

"Karena adanya keinginan yang sangat besar dari banyak perusahaan terutama perusahaan manufaktur untuk mengefisienkan kegiatan usahanya untuk dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen dan yang selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mendongkrak profit perusahaan, maka beberapa ahli telah berupaya untuk menciptakan suatu sistem manajemen terpadu (mulai dari awal hingga akhir proses produksi) yang berarti diterpakan secara menyeluruh oleh tiap-tiap perusahaan. Salah satu aplikasi sistem tersebut tercermin pada suatu sistem manajemen yang dikenal sebagai Just-in-Time. Sistem manajemen produksi Just-in-Time itu sendiri merupakan sistem yang dalam pelaksanaannya mengalokasikan semua sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan untuk dioperasikan pada waktu yang tepat untuk dioperasikan. Jadi dalam sistem manajemen produksi Just-in-Time ini pengoperasian sumber daya yang ada harus sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Segala aktivitas ataupun operasi yang dilakukan di luar jadwal adalah merupakan pemborosan yang tidak memberi nilai tambah pada produk yang dihasilkan. Dalam hal penerapan sistem ini di perusahaan yang penulis teliti, tampak adanya usaha untuk menjalankannya secara menyeluruh meskipun pada kenyataannya masih membutuhkan penyempurnaan-penyempurnaan di berbagai sisi. Hal ini memang sangat penting sebab sistem manajemen Just-in-Time ini sangat erat hubungannya dengan perbaikan yang terus-menerus."

"Durasi waktu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yang semakin sngkat memerlukan jadwal aktifitas proyek konstruksi yang tepat waktu, dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dinilai dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja jadwal proyek konstruksi. Penerapan SIM pada perencanaan dan pengendalian jadwal proyek konstruksi akan efektif dan efisien, apabila data yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem tersebut terfokus pada elemen (variable) karakteristik SIM yang utama. Satu set spektrum elemen karakteristik SIM yang potensial mempengaruhi kinerja SIM, dianalisa kekuatan hubungannya terhadap kinerja jadwal proyek konstruksi secara statistika. Tingkat kekuatan hubungan ini digunakan untuk mengidentifi kasikan elemen karakteristik SIM yang utama. Didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa 7 elemen karakteristik SIM, yang berupa : sistem integrasi, cara mengendalikan perubahan, hubungan sistem informasi antara unit kerja, sistem network, cara menyediakan informasi eksternal pada saat perencanaan jadwal, keterlibatan project engineer, dan cara melaporkan progres, mempunyai pengaruh positif lebih kuat dibandingkan elemen karakteristik SIM lainnya, terhadap kinerja jadwal proyek pada konstruksi bangunan bertingkat di Jakarta."

"Semakin banyak perusahaan di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan Quality Management System (Sistem Manajemen Mutu) ISO 9000 dan memperoleh sertilikat dari berbagai lembaga sertifikasi Internasional dalam 6 tahun terakhir ini, termasuk perusahaanperusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa konstruksi.
Perolehan Sertifikat ini dilakukan baik karena kesadaran dari penggunanya atas manfaat yang diperoleh dari penerapan sistem manajemen ini maupun karena adanya keharusan untuk memenuhi persyaratan yang diajukan oleh pihak lain dalam kaitan bisnisnya.
Apapun alasannya, penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ini dengan baik dan benar akan memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan berupa diantaranya ketertiban dalam dokumentasinya, ketaatan dalam melaksanakan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan yang pada akhirnya akan diperoleh peningkatan efisiensi, peningkatan efektivitas, peningkatan produktifitas serta terjaminnya mutu dari produk yang dihasilkan.
Terjaminnya mutu produk yang dihasilkan merupakan keinginan dari setiap perusahaan. Mutu yang terjamin merupakan alat yang ampuh bagi pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan, karena mutu identik dengan kepuasan pelanggan (costumer satisfaction).
Penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9000 ini ternyata tidak semudah perolehan sertifikatnya sendiri. Saratnya dokumentasi, banyaknya kegiatan tambahan yang harus dilakukan dalam penerapan sistem ini merupakan kendala bagi karyawan perusahaan yang bersangkutan, sehingga penerapan sistem ini belum terlaksana secara maksimal.
Peran Sumber Daya Manusia sangat dominan dalam penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ini. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan membuat kuesioner dan menganalisa serta mengevaluasi data dari perusahaan, yang pada saat dilakukan evaluasi ini telah menerapkan ISO 9002 pada lebih dari 500 proyeknya, diperoleh kesimpulan adanya korelasi antara keberhasilan penerapan Sistem Manejemen Mutu ISO 9000 dengan kwalitas dari cumber daya manusia dalam organisasi yang terkait dengan pelaksanaan pembangunan suatu proyek konstruksi.
Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan yang diteliti berupa masukan tentang kompetensi Sumber daya Manusia yang diperlukan untuk keberhasilan penerapan. ISO 9000.

During the last six years, there is an increasing number of company that has achieved the Quality Management System ISO 9000 from various international certification agency, and has implemented the system.
This phenomenon is caused by the awareness of the benefits gained by implementing the System and also to fulfill the requirements of other parties.
Regardless of the motives, the effective implementation of the Quality Management System will rewards the company with orderly documentation process, increased efficiency, effectivity, and therefore increased productivity, and assured product quality.
Assured product quality is the goal of every company. It is the ultimate marketing tool, because quality means customer satisfaction.
The implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9000 itself is not as easy as achieving the certificate. The added documentation and extra work needed is a hindrance to the workerslemployees of the company in question, hence the implementation of the system itself will not achieved maximum results.
The role of Human Resources is very dominant in the implementation of the Quality Management System. The research - done through giving out questioners, analyzing, and evaluating data from a company which at the time had implemented the ISO 9002 in more than 500 projects - shows that there is a correlation between the successful implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9000 and the quality of human resources in the organization in question, with the development in a construction project.
The results of the research is hoped to give benefits to the company researched, in the form of input about the human resource competency needed in successful implementation of ISO 9000.

Proses menemukan, mengumpulkan, dan berbagi serta infrastruktur memerlukan pengelolaan terus menerus dan dinamis yang dikombinasikan dengan teknologi dan jaringan komunikasi. Proses ini dikenal dengan sistem manajemen pengetahuan (Knowledge Management - KM).
Bagian utama KM adalah competitiveness, diperoleh apabila perusahaan secara sadar dan komprehensif menerapkan konsep KM. Implementasi KM yang baik, benar dan tersetrukturnya lokasi dalam melakukan penyimpanan dan pengambilan informasi yang dibutuhkan serta dukungan teknologi yang memadai, merupakan modal bagi perusahaan untuk menciptakan efisiensi dalam setiap proses.
Penelitian ini merupakan perancangan awal portal pengetahuan yang akan diterapkan di departement engineering PT Yuan Sejati untuk menganalisa kesiapan infrastruktur, prosedur yang berkaitan dengan fungsi portal dan fitur yang diperlukan menurut metodologi yang ditulis oleh Heidi Collins, melalui pemetaan pengetahuan, dokumentasi, identifikasi budaya, strategi, perancangan infrastruktur, dan pengumpulan data lain yang diperlukan menurut metodologi KM oleh Amrit Tiwana.
Hasil analisa dan perancangan pada engineering department PT Yuan sejati, blueprit terdiri dari wiki page, diskusi, dokumen, survei, blog dan knowledge base and help desk.

The rapid development of technology, the former encourages companies oriented on improving tangible assets; intangible assets now also pay attention to in order to maintain its presence and increase competitiveness. This is a capital asset of the individual who has a significance that cannot be ignored for the company. If these assets can be managed by both internal processes and external relationships, it can improve the performance of the company as well as employee satisfaction.
The process of finding, collecting, and sharing as well as infrastructure requires ongoing management and dynamic combined with technology and communication networks. This process is known as knowledge management systems (KMS).
The main part of KM is competitiveness, when the company acquired consciously and comprehensively implements the concept of KM. KM implementation is good, right and structured location in the storage and retrieval of information is needed and support appropriate technology, an asset for the company to create efficiency in every process.
This study is a preliminary design knowledge portal that will be applied in the engineering department of PT Yuan Sejati to analyze infrastructure readiness, procedures related to portal functions and features required by the methodology written by Heidi Collins, through knowledge mapping, documentation, identification of culture, strategy, designing infrastructure and other necessary data collection methodology according to KM by Amrit Tiwana.
Results of the analysis and design of the engineering department PT Yuan Sejati, blueprit consists of wiki page, discussion, documents, surveys, blogs, knowledge base and help desk.

"Sistem informasi keperawatan adalah salah satu elemen penting dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Sistem informasi keperawatan di Indonesia saat ini masih belum optimal dan umumnya masih bersifat manual. Riset dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi dan dilanjutkan pengembangan model sistem informasi manajemen keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO") yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi rumah sakit. Model "SIMPRO" yang telah dicustomization diujicobakan di dua rumah sakit dengan karakteristik yang berbeda yaitu rumah sakit swasta dan rumah sakit pemerintah. Setelah implementasi, dilaksanakan evaluasi dengan desain pre- post test without control group. Jumlah sampel dokumentasi yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja "SIMPRO" adalah 219 dokumentasi dari setiap kelompok rumah sakit. Hasil riset menyampaikan ada perbedaan kinerja sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan "SIMPRO" yang diidentifikasikan dari perbedaan kualitas, kelengkapan, kesinambungan, bukti aspek legal dan fungsi membantu membuat keputusan (p=0.001). Ada perbedaan efisiensi waktu: baik di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta dan RS. Fatmawati (p= 0.01). Setelah menggunakan "SIMPRO" waktu yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan dokumentasi di RS Fatmawati adalah 40.29 menit atau 25.27% dari total waktu dalam satu shift, sedangkan di RS Ibu dan Anak Bunda Jakarta membutuhkan waktu 24.62 menit atau 9.60% dari total waktu dalam satu shift. "SIMPRO" juga mempengaruhi efisiensi biaya, dimana dengan "SIMPRO" dokumentasi tidak setiap waktu harus dicetak. "SIMPRO" menjamin continuity of care dari asuhan keperawatan, sebagai bukti aspek legal, membantu mengambil keputusan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. "SIMPRO" mengefisiensikan waktu dokumentasi sehingga waktu perawatan langsung ke pasien lebih optimal. "SIMPRO" juga meningkatkan edukasi kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga."Pada riset ini "SIMPRO" juga dapat meningkatkan peran manajer keperawatan dalam melaksanakan fungsi manajemen terutama pada peran pemberiaan motivasi, pengarahan, evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Dukungan aspek perawat, aspek manajemen dan teknik dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja "SIMPRO" sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Berdasarkan manfaat dari "SIMPRO", maka sistem ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan di setiap Rumah Sakit serta dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan kesehatan.

However, manual system has weaknesses, such as data slip or even lost, which may potentially lead a nurse in the legal risk. This research was an operational research. It was started by problem identification in order to identify needs for development of nursing information system. The second stage was Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keperawatan oleh Roro ("SIMPRO"), in other words, Development of Nursing Management Information System by Roro. "SIMPRO" has been adjusted and customized with the conditions of the hospitals. Coordination of management, human resources, and infrastructure as well as trainings and assistance were conducted prior to trial of "SIMPRO". Then, trial of "SIMPRO" was conducted at two hospitals, which represent the characteristics of both public and private hospitals. Pretest and posttest without control were done after the implementation. Numbers of nursing documentation as samples were 219 documentations from each hospital group. It was used to evaluate the effectiveness of system performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO". Result of the research was difference of performance before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", which was identified by differences on quality, completeness, continuity, aspect legal function and decision support system (p=0.001). Hospital with good management and infrastructure supports demonstrated higher level of effectiveness than another one. There was difference on time effectiveness before and after the implementation of "SIMPRO", both at Bunda Hospital (p=0.010) and Fatmawati General Hospital (p=0.010). Duration of documentation at Fatmawati General Hospital was 40.29 minutes or about 25.27 percent of total duration in one shift. Meanwhile, duration of documentation at Bunda Hospital was 24.62 minutes or about 9.60 percent of total duration in one shift. "SIMPRO" affected cost effectiveness since no printed documentation produced. In addition, "SIMPRO" guaranteed the continuity of nursing process. Thus, it guaranteed legal aspect and enhanced patient safety as well. This research implicated to the enhancement of quality, completeness, relevance, aspect legal function and decision support system.
