"Lokasi jembatan pada daerah rawan gempa dan penurunan mutu beton secara signifikan menyebabkan perlunya studi lebih mendetail mengenai perilaku inelastik pier jembatan tersebut. Perilaku inelastik jembatan dapat diidentifikasi melalui analisa nonlinear time history pada sendi plastis yang terjadi pada kolom pier. Untuk mendapatkan perbandingan perilaku sendi plastis, maka pier dimodelkan menjadi dua, yaitu model desain (mutu rencana) dan model eksisting (mutu rendah). Kondisi akhir penampang pasca eksitasi gempa dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan elemen fiber pada program MIDAS CIVIL. Hasil simulasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua penampang model eksisting mengalami crushing beton, sementara penampang model desain hanya mengalami cracking. Selain itu, juga terjadi perubahan tipe kegagalan struktur dari kegagalan daktail pada model desain menjadi kegagalan getas pada model eksisting.

Bridge located at seismic zone and the concrete strength deterioration lead to a more detailed investigation of the inelastic behaviour of the bridge. The inelastic behaviour can be identified by nonlinear time history analysis on the plastic hinge, which occur at the column. For results comparation, two models are used for the pier which are deign model (initial design compressive strength) and existing model (low compressive strength). Final condition of the column section after lateral excitation can be obtained by assigning fiber element on MIDAS CIVIL. Simulation results show that concrete crushing occur at the existing model section overall, while on design model section only concrete cracking exist. Furthermore, change of failure mode develops from ductile failure (design model) to brittle failure (existing model)."

"Pengembangan inovasi yang dipengaruhi oleh sistem informasi seperti BPR (Business Process Reengineering) dan ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) menjadi tren dalam beberapa dekade terakhir untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Untuk dapat merumuskan strategi inovasi organisasi yang merupakan bagian dari manajemen strategi, perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai model inovasi organisasi, sistem informasi, dan inovasi strategis.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Delphi dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) untuk mendapatkan variabel model tersebut. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada perguruan tinggi, inovasi organisasi lebih bergantung kepada proses, sedangkan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi, inovasi organisasi lebih bergantung kepada teknologi.

Development of innovation that affected by information systems such as BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) are becoming a trend in recent decades to achieve competitive advantage. To be able to formulate a strategy of organizational innovation that is part of strategic management, research needs to be done on the model of organizational innovation, information systems, and strategic innovation.
This research used Delphi and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to obtain the variables of designated model. This research shows that in higher education, organizational innovation depends more on the process, and in telecommunication company, organizational innovation depends more on the technology."

"Triglyceride hydrolysis using lipase has been proposed as a novel method to produce raw materials in food and cosmetic industries such as diacylglycerol, monoacylglycerol, glycerol and fatty acid. In order to design a reactor for utilizing this reaction on industrial scale, constructing a kinetic model is important. Since the substrates are oil and water, the hydrolysis takes place at oil-water interface. Furthermore, the triglyceride has three ester bonds, so that the hydrolysis stepwise proceeds. Thus, the reaction mechanism is very complicated. The difference between the interfacial and bulk concentrations of the enzyme, substrates and products, and the interfacial enzymatic reaction mechanism should be considered in the model."
