"ABSTRAKWaria ada dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Sebagai seorang waria tentunya akan dihadapkan dengan persoalan hidup yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana mereka mengungkapkan identitas dirinya (coming out) sebagai waria dan merepresentasikan identitasnya tersebut. Nilai dan norma patriarkhi serta heteroseksual yang dipegang teguh oleh sebagian masyarakat di Indonesia memiliki kecenderungan untuk menolak kehadiran kaum waria. Namun, tidak bisa dipungkiri jika peran serta jumlah waria dalam masyarakat terus berkembang, begitu juga dengan pergerakan yang mereka lakukan untuk mendapatkan pengakuan identitas di masyarakat dan juga di negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana peran modalitas dalam representasi identitas kewariaan serta bagaimana waria membangun self identity-nya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana modalitas berperan dalam reprsentasi identitas pada waria dalam kehidupannya sehari hari. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara mendalam. Representasi identitas pada waria ternyata dipengaruhi oleh peran modalitas yang mereka miliki. Modal tersebut bisa saja merupakan modal ekonomi, sosial, budaya (kultural) dan juga simbolik. Dengan kata lain, modal memainkan peran dalam representasi identitas waria di dalam sebuah arena. Selain itu juga penerimaan dari aktor-aktor yang bereperan dalam kehidupan sehari hari mereka akan sangat dibutuhkan juga.

ABSTRACTWaria (trangender male to female) is a part of society. Warias face several problems rWaria ada dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Sebagai seorang waria tentunya akan dihadapkan dengan persoalan hidup yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana merekaelated to how they express and represent their identity (coming out) as a waria. Values and norms in patriach and heterosexual system that strongly hold by society in Indonesia tend to reject the existence of waria. However, the role and number of waria are increasing day by day, and the movement to gain the acceptance in the society as well. With qualitative approach, the author wants to know how the capital plays in identity representation of waria in daily life. Methods used for datas collection are deep interview and observation. Identity representation of warias is actually affected by the capital they have. The capital itself can be economic, social, cultural and symbolic. In other words, capital plays a role in waria?s identity representation in a field of life. Moreover, the acceptance from the main actor that take plays in their daily life will also be needed."

""Vita Sexualis" is Mori Ogai_s Naturalism novel. This work is made with the purpose of showing how naturalism themed novels should be made to Japan society especially Japanese naturalism writers. "Vita Sexualis" is a story about Shizuka Kanai_s sexual life from which he was six years old to 23 years old. Human male sexuality will be explained through Shizuka Kanai psychosexual development. Through analyzing every event that happens in Shizuka Kanai_s life through six years old to 23 years old especially events related to sex, the writer_s got to see that Shizuka Kanai has an asexual symptom in his latent phase and he left a fixation in his infantile-phallic phase which restraining perfection in his genital phase development."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kelompok minoritas seksual LGBTIQ schagai subjek hak dan hubungannya dengan negara schagai institusi penjamin hak asasi manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodc analisis deskriptif dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari pcnclilian ini menyatakan bahwa ada keperluan untuk menguhah konsep 11AM schagai sesuatu yang terkonstruksi secant social agar kelompok minoritas seksual LG13'I IQ dapat diakui sebagai subjek hak dan mendapatkan penghormatan, pemenuhan, serta perlindungan atas hak dan kepentingan mereka dari negara. Sislem negara demokrasi menjadi wadah politik yang sesuai untuk memherikan emansipasi kepada kelompok minoritas seksual LGBTIQ.

This thesis discussed about sexual minority group LGBTIQ as the subject of rights and its relation with the state as the human rights guarantor institution. This research used analitical descriptive and bibliography study methods. The result of this research declares that there is a need to change the conception of human rights into something that construct socially so that the sexual minority group LGBTIQ can he recognized as the subject of rights and get hold of respect, fulfillment, along with protection for their rights and interests that come from the state. The democracy state system became an appropriate political institution to give the sexual minority group I.GBTIQ emancipations."

"Penelitian ini berupaya memberikan perspektif bare mengenai tubuh perempuan, melalui pembedahan kasus belly dance . 11211 ini dimulai ketika belly dance hadir sebagai suatu sent tari yang mendapat stigmatitasi negatif, karena kental akan sisi sensualitas tubuh perempuan. Foucault memaparkan bagaimana selama ini kuasa sangat merepresi individu sampai pada hat yang paling privat. Pendekonstruksian atas detinisi dan tcori tubuh perempuan, agar tubuh perempuan tidak berada dalam relasi Kuasa-Pengetahuan. Judith Butler melanjutkan Foucault, melalui term variabel yang cair tubuh perempuan tidak dapat dikunci dalam suatu finalitas pengertian. Kuasa tidak pernah memberikan suara dan tempat bagi hasrat perempuan, oleh karma itu kuasa selalu membungkam setiap bentuk hasrat perempuan, termasuk hasrat berseni dalam sebuah tarian. Helene Cixous dan Luce Irigaray, menjelaskan bagaimana perempuan membutuhkan tempat untuk mengekspresikan segala bentuk hasratnya. Space yang dibutuhkan perempuan, bisa tcrcapai melalui adanya jaminan dari demokrasi. Perempuan, sebagal subyck yang menu liki hak kewarganegaraan menuntut radikalisasi demokrasi. Tujuannya adalah agar hasrat dan tubuh perempuan dapat dilihat, dan disuarakan juga mendapatkan hak-hak sosio politis dan jaminan hokum publik sebagai pelindung utamanya. Demokrasi sebagai fasilitas yang dapat digunakan untuk mcrealisasikan hak-hak akan hasrat dan tubuh perempuan yang terlepas dari represi kuasa. Karena politik feminisme tidak selesai hanya pada dekonstruksi pemikiran, rnelainkan penerapan dalam dunia praksis

This research tries to make a new perspective about women's body, looking trough the belly dance case. It starts when belly dance is appear as a dancing art which is getting negative stigmatization, because of its side of sensuality. Foucault describes how relation of power can be repress the indivdual as far as privatest thing. The deconstruction to the definition and women's body theory so that the women's body is not in the relation of power-knowledge. Judith Butler continuing Foucault trough the `liquidity of variableterm so that women's body cannot be locked in the sense of finality. The Power has never been give the voice and place to the women's desire. So that the power is always silencing the every voice and place for women's desire that desire of art included. Helene Cixous and Luce Irigaray, describes how the women need a place to express every form of women's desire. Space that women needed, can be achieved only trough the guarantee of democracy. Women, as a subject who have a citizen rights strive for the radicalization of democracy. The purpose is that the desire and women's body can be looked, and voiced so that the rights of socio-political and public guarantee of law as the first barrier can he achieved. Democracy as the facility that can be used to realize the rights of the women's body and desire liberated from relation of power. Because of the feminism politic is unaccomplished just for the deconstruction of thinking, but rather to the application of the praxis world"
