"Dalam makalah ini dikemukakan suatu metode baru dan sederhana untuk melakukan estimasi tahanan rotor pada pengendali vektor sebagai kompensasi atas kenaikan tahanan rotor motor induksi yang diakibatkan oleh meningkatnya temperatur setelah motor beroperasi pada pengendalian tanpa sensor kecepatan. Estimasi dilakukan dengan cara mengkompensasi sinyal kesalahan hasil perbandingan antara arus magnetisasi yang diperoleh dari fluks model dan arus magnetisasi yang diperoleh dari model observer dengan menggunakan konsep pengendali IP . Model motor induksi dibuat dalam kerangka acuan stator dengan parameter arus stator dan fluks rotor, pengendali yang digunakan adalah pengendali vektor arus, dan estimasi model motor induksi tanpa sensor kecepatan menggunakan metode Full Order Observer. Simulasi dilakukan untuk pengendalian motor tanpa sensor kecepatan dengan tahanan rotor tetap dan pengendalian motor dengan variasi kenaikan tahanan rotor 100%, 150% dan 200% dari nilai awal tahanan. Dari hasil simulasi terlihat bahwa IP estimator dengan konstanta Kp sebesar 0.469 dan Ki sebesar 0.331 dapat bekerja dengan baik untuk mengkompensasi kenaikan tahanan rotor sampai 200%.

This paper proposed a new simple method for estimation the rotor resistance at vector control as compensation for increasing of rotor resistance in sensorless induction motor control which resulted by increasing of temperature after motor operate. Estimate done by compensation of error signal between magnetization current obtained by the flux model and magnetization current obtained by observer model using concept of IP controller. Model of motor made in stator reference frame with parameter stator current and rotor flux, controller is current vector control, and rotor speed estimation use full order observer. Simulation conducted for sensorless motor control with constant rotor resistance and sensorless motor control with increasing of rotor resistance for 100%, 150% and 200% variations. From the simulation results, it can be seen that IP estimator by gain constants Kp of 0.469 and Ki of 0.331 can work better for compensation the rotor resistance increasing until 200%."

"Motor Tegangan arus searah dengan eksitasi terpisah banyak digunakan pada sektor industri karena jenisnya yang umum dan pemodelan sistem kendali yang mudah. Pada tesis ini dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan peralatan sistem pengendali lup tertutup kecepatan putar rotor motor. Kesalahan pengaturan kecepatan jangkar pada keadaan tunak dapat diminimalisasi dengan menggunakan sistem umpan balik kecepatan dengan sebuah encoder. Sistem penyearah tegangan dengan rangkaian jembatan SCR digunakan untuk catu daya dan jenis pengendali PI (Proportional Integral) digunakan untuk pengatur kecepatan. Kestabilan sistem pengendali dari perancangan dianalisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Simulink, metoda Routh-Hurwitz dan metoda Root-Locus.

A separately excited DC Motor is chosed because of its common use in industry and it s easier as of modelling its speed controlling system. This Thesis concern about the design and application of a closed loop dc motor controller. The steady state error of rotor speed can be minimized by an encoder for feedback speed. A SCR bridge rectifier is used for power supply and a PI (Proportional Integral) controller is used for controlling speed. The stability of the systems controller will be analized by Simulink software, Routh-Hurwitz and Root-Locus method."
