"ABSTRACT
Pemuka agama memiliki kedudukan sosial yang penting dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Segala ucapan, perbuatan, dan tingkah laku mereka banyak dijadikan sebagai sumber keteladanan oleh masyarakat. Pemuka agama dianggap memiliki pemahaman keagamaan di atas rata-rata orang kebanyakan. Adanya perbedaan pendapat mengenai kebolehan pajak yang pada umumnya disebabkan oleh perbedaan penafsiran mengenai ada atau tidaknya kewajiban lain di samping zakat telah menimbulkan diskursus sehingga penting untuk diteliti. Untuk itu, penelitian ini mencari tahu persepsi di kalangan pemuka agama Islam mengenai kewajiban perpajakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan termasuk penelitian cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pemuka agama Islam di Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pimpinan pesantren di Kota Depok memiliki persepsi positif atau setuju dengan kewajiban perpajakan yang berlaku.

ABSTRACT
Religious leaders have an important social status among Indonesian society. Their speech, deeds, and behavior are often referred to by society. Religious leaders are considered to have a religious understanding above the average people. But, the existence of differences of opinion about tax abilities that are generally caused by differences in interpretation of the presence or absence of other obligations in addition to zakat has led to become discourses which important to be examined. Therefore, this research finds out the perception among Islamic religious leaders about tax obligations. This study used a quantitative approach and included a cross sectional study. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to Pesantren leaders in Depok City. The results of this study indicate that the pesantren leaders in Depok City has a positive perception or agree with the existing tax obligations. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah intervensi untuk mengatasi persepsi dukungan organisasi mengenai keadilan yang diterima oleh karyawan PT ABC yang tengah mengalami perubahan, guna meningkatkan kesiapan untuk berubah pada diri karyawan PT ABC. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa kuesioner yang terisi lengkap oleh 90 karyawan tetap PT ABC. Kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan berdasarkan Readiness for Organizational Change (Holt et al., 2007) dan Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Rhoades & Eisenberger, 2002).
Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi kesiapan untuk berubah karyawan (R2 = 0.403, p<0.001). Artinya, peningkatan persepsi dukungan organisasi dapat memunculkan terjadinya peningkatan kesiapan untuk berubah karyawan. Lebih lanjut, dimensi yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah ialah dimensi keadilan. Desain intervensi untuk meningkatkan persepsi dukungan organisasi khususnya untuk dimensi keadilan dilakukan melalui pelatihan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi.

This research aims to develop an intervention to address the perceived organizational support of the fairness by employees of PT ABC which is undergoing changes, in order to improve readiness for change on the employee PT ABC. This research was conducted through a quantitative approach, the technique of data collection was a questionnaire which is completed by 90 permanent employees of PT ABC. The questionnaire used in this study was developed by the Organizational Readiness for Change (Holt et al., 2007) and Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (Rhoades & Eisenberger, 2002).
Regression test results indicate that the perception of organizational support shown to significantly influence the readiness to change employees (R2 = 0.403, p <0.001). That is, an increase in the perception of organizational support can give rise to an increase in readiness for change employees. Furthermore, the dimensions of which give effect to the readiness for change is fairness. Design interventions to improve the perceived organizational support, especially for the fairness is done through training to improve communication skills.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengenai persepsi, pengetahuan, dan sikap pimpinan FKM UI terhadap K3 di Lingkungan Kampus FKM UI tahun 2014. Kebijakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja telah diterapkan di Lingkungan Kampus UI. Akan tetapi, tercatat dua kali kejadian yang mengancam keselamatan di lingkungan kampus FKM UI pada periode januari-april 2014. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada Pimpinan FKM UI periode 2014-2019 dan membahas mengenai persepsi para pimpinan terhadap K3 menurut karakteristik individu serta pengetahuan dan sikap pimpinan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Lingkungan Kampus FKM UI, berlangsung selama bulan Mei-Juni 2014. Subjek Penelitian adalah Pimpinan FKM UI dari tingkat Dekan, Manajer, Kepala Unit/Bagian, Kepala Program Studi, Kepala Departemen/ Kelompok Studi, dan Kepala Pusat Penelitian dan Kajian serta Kepala Satuan Pengaman.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian semi kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, maka dapat diambil simpulan bahwasanya persepsi, pengetahuan, dan sikap Pimpinan FKM UI terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Lingkungan Kampus FKM UI masih dikategorikan kurang baik. Adapun karakteristik individu Pimpinan FKM UI sebagian besar adalah perempuan, berumur kurang dari 46 Tahun, berpendidikan S3, masa kerja kurang dari 20 Tahun, dan tidak pernah mengikuti pelatihan K3.

ABSTRACT
This study regarding perception, knowledge, and attitude Public Health Faculty Leaders against OHS in Environmental Campus FKM UI 2014. OHS policy has been implemented in the Environment Campus UI. However, there were two events that threaten the safety of the campus Faculty of Public Health in the period January-April 2014. Research was conducted for the period 2014-2019 Faculty of Public Health Leadership and discussed about the perceptions of the leaders of the OHS according to individual characteristics as well as the knowledge and attitude of the leadership. This study was conducted at the Environmental Campus Faculty of Public Health, takes place during the months of May-June 2014.
Design of this study is semi quantitative descriptive analytic cross-sectional. Data used in the study come from the primary data and secondary data. The result showed that the perception, knowledge, and attitudes towards leadership against OHS is still considered poor. The individual characteristics of the leaders FKM UI mainly women, less than 46 year old, educated S3, working period is less than 20 years, and never got OHS training."
