"Skripsi ini menelaah Kumpulan Sajak Don Quixote dengan pendekatan intrinsik. Tujuannya adalah menjelaskan proses kreatif Goenawan Mohamad menciptakan ulang tokoh Don Quixote. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menciptakan ulang tokoh Don Quixote, Goenawan Mohamad menonjolkan unsur-unsur pembentuk puisi, seperti enjambemen, citraan, dan diksi. Unsur-unsur tersebut membentuk cara pandang yang baru terhadap tokoh Don Quixote yang aslinya merupakan sosok yang dicemooh menjadi tokoh yang memiliki pendirian.

This undergraduate thesis examines Kumpulan Sajak Don Quixote with intrinsic approach. The purposes are to explain Goenawan’s creative process recreate Don Quixote figure. This research used descriptive-analytic as the method. The results of this study show that the figure of Don Quixote recreate, Goenawan highlight the elements forming the poem, such as enjambment, imagery, and diction. These elements form a new perspective on the character of Don Quixote which originally was a figure who scorned the cast who have establishments."
