Pekerja merupakan salah satu kelompok yang berisiko terpapar COVID-19 karena harus beraktifitas di luar rumah. Salah satu pekerja yang masih harus bertugas adalah petugas kebersihan dan keamanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan tentang pencegahan COVID-19 pada petugas kebersihan dan keamanan di Universitas Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 313 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Proportional Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik 91,4%, sikap kurang baik 68,4 % dan keterampilan baik 55,3%. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik serta sikap yang kurang baik mayoritas berasal dari usia dewasa awal, jenis kelamin laki-laki, tingkat Pendidikan menengah, dan pendapatan rendah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi informasi dasar untuk melanjutkan penelitian tentang hubungan karakteristik dengan tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan tentang pencegahan COVID-19 pada petugas.

Workers are one of the at-risk groups of being exposed to COVID-19 due to activities outside the house. One of the workers who still have to work is the cleaning officers and security guard. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge, attitudes, and skills regarding to COVID-19 prevention among cleaning officers and security officers at the University of Indonesia. The sample of this study is 313 people with proportional random sampling technique. The results showed that the respondents had good knowledge level of 91.4%, bad or lack of attitude at 68.5% and good skills at 55.3%. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the high level of knowledge and good skills and the lack of attitude often comes from early adulthood, male gender, secondary education level, and low income workers. The results of this study are expected to be the basic information for continuing research on the correlation between characteristics and the level of knowledge, attitudes and skills regarding to the prevention of COVID-19 among officers.
