Penelitian evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan PIK-R, berikut peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi, sehingga bisa menjadi pijakan mengembangkan strategi penguatan PIK-R sebagai organisasi. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, penelitian sebelumnya hanya menganalisis lingkungan internal tanpa mempertimbangkan lingkungan eksternal PIK-R, serta belum ada strategi pengembangan yang melibatkan kedua lingkungan tersebut. Penelitian evaluasi ini dilakukan pada PIK-R Cempaka di SMA N 1 Lintau Buo, salah satu PIK-R paling aktif di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, yang telah menghasilkan banyak Duta GenRe tingkat Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan survei. Peneliti mewawancarai pihak eksternal program (BKKBN Sumatera Barat, Dinas PMDPPKB, dan Ketua GenRe) dan pihak internal PIK-R (pembina, wakil ketua, teman sebaya, pendidik sebaya, siswa, dan guru). Metode evaluasi yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman PIK-R. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa PIK-R memiliki kekuatan dalam SDM yang terlatih dan komitmen anggotanya, namun masih terdapat kelemahan dalam jumlah SDM, anggaran dana, dan dukungan guru. Berdasarkan analisis ini, peneliti merumuskan strategi pengembangan PIK-R dengan mengoptimalkan peran stakeholder, seperti BKKBN, Dinas PMDPPKB, GenRe, UKS, PUSKESMAS, Polisi, dan pihak sekolah.
This evaluation research aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of PIK-R, as well as the opportunities and threats it faces, thereby providing a foundation for developing strategies to strengthen PIK-R as an organization. Based on the literature review, previous research only analyzed the internal environment without considering the external environment of PIK-R, and no development strategy involving both environments had been proposed. This evaluation research was conducted on PIK-R Cempaka at SMAN 1 Lintau Buo, one of the most active PIK-Rs in Kabupaten Tanah Datar, which has produced many GenRe Ambassadors at the district and provincial levels. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews and surveys. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with external program stakeholders (BKKBN Sumatera Barat, Dinas PMDPPKB, and GenRe Chairman) and internal PIK-R stakeholders (advisors, vice chairman, peer educators, students, and teachers). The evaluation method used is SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of PIK-R. The SWOT analysis results show that PIK-R has strengths in trained human resources and member commitment, but still has weaknesses in the number of human resources, funding, and teacher support. Based on this analysis, the researcher formulated development strategies for PIK-R by optimizing the roles of stakeholders such as BKKBN, Dinas PMDPPKB, GenRe, UKS, PUSKESMAS, Police, and schools.
