Koleksi materi tayang menjadi aset berharga perusahaan yang memerlukan pengolahan efektif dan efisien untuk memastikan akses dan penggunaan kembali yang mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses pengolahan koleksi materi tayang di Stasiun Televisi XYZ dengan memanfaatkan kerangka kerja orang, proses, dan teknologi. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana stasiun televisi XYZ mengelola koleksi materinya secara efektif dengan dukungan teknologi modern dan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara dengan staf Section Library dan observasi langsung terhadap pengolahan koleksi materi tayang Stasiun Televisi XYZ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi modern, seperti Media Asset Management (MAM) dalam pengelolaan koleksi media memungkinkan integrasi data, penyimpanan yang aman, dan akses cepat terhadap koleksi. Selain itu, peran staf Section Library yang kompeten dan proses pengolahan turut mendukung efektivitas pengolahan koleksi. Penerapan kerangka kerja orang, proses, dan teknologi memungkinkan peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengolahan koleksi materi tayang di Stasiun Televisi XYZ, yang pada akhirnya mendukung keberhasilan operasional perusahaan.

The collection of broadcast materials represents a valuable asset for the company that requires effective and efficient management to ensure easy access and reuse. This study aims to analyze the process of managing the collection of broadcast materials at XYZ Television Station by utilizing the people, process, and technology framework. The main issue faced is how XYZ Television Station manages its collection effectively with the support of modern technology and competent human resources. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, conducted through interviews with Section Library staff and direct observation of the processing of broadcast material collections at XYZ Television Station. The findings indicate that the use of modern technology, such as Media Asset Management (MAM) in media collection management, enables data integration, secure storage, and quick access to the collection. Additionally, the role of competent Section Library staff and processing procedures also supports the effectiveness of collection management. The implementation of the people, process, and technology framework enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of managing broadcast material collections at XYZ Television Station, ultimately supporting the company's operational success.
