With reference to the establishing authority charismatic and the routinizing charisma process, this paper aims to analyze the authority not as a static concept, but rather as a dynamic concept. Both process has been involving several aspects of the actor and social cultural system which is conducive to it. On the routinizing charisma process in this Pesantren, the behaviours must be set as an example for values that externalize by charismatic figure. This become normative guidance and legitimized resources to next generation. In this context, it is occurred the differences between normative guidance (das sollen) with the practice of next generation (das sein) that wilt be emerged legitimation erotion.
