Salah satu upaya pencegahan komplikasi pasien post operasi adalah mobilisasi dini paska operasi. Perawat berperan penting menilai kemampuan mobilisasi tersebut. Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mobilisasi dini pasien fraktur ekstremitas bawah post operasi ditujukan agar penilaian mobilisasi dapat komprehensif. Studi literatur terhadap penelitian-penelitian dengan topik tersebut bersumber dari platform publikasi internet dengan mencari berdasarkan kata kunci dan menentukan kriteria kelayakan berdasarkan populasi, intervensi, komparasi, dan outcomes. Sebanyak 11 artikel diperoleh dan dilakukan asesmen kualitas untuk melihat risiko bias hasil penelitian. Hasil studi mengidentifikasi 9 faktor internal dan 6 faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi mobilisasi dini pasien. Pengetahuan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mobilisasi dini pasien diharapkan dapat meningkatkan edukasi pasien selama fase perioperatif.
One of the efforts to prevent complications in postoperative patients is early mobilization after surgery. The nurse have an important role in assessing the ability of this mobilization. Identifying the factors that influence early mobilization of postoperative lower limb fracture patients is intended for a comprehensive assessment of mobilization. Literature studies on research on these topics are sourced from internet publication platforms by searching based on keywords and determining eligibility criteria based on population, intervention, comparison, and outcomes. A total of 11 articles were obtained and quality assessment was carried out to see the risk of bias in the study results. The results of the study identified 9 internal and 6 external factors that influence the early mobilization of patients. Knowledge of the factors that influence early mobilization of patients is expected to improve patient education during the perioperative phase.
