This study attempts to create a shopping schedule of a catering service company based on the observed pattern of its shopping for the past 6 months, using market basket analysis and association rule as the general method. The study manages to find and group 17 influential enough raw material into 4 separate groups, with attention also to the natural characteristics of the said material.
