ABSTRAK
Praktik kerja profesi di PT Indofarma Persero Tbk. periode bulan Februari ndash; Maret 2018 bertujuan agar calon Apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi sehingga memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga diharapkan mampu memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industri Farmasi dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu ldquo;Reformulasi Amitriptilin 25 mg Tablet Salut Selaput Terkait Permasalahan Uji Disolusi Terbanding UDT . rdquo;Tujuan pemberian tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon Apoteker mampu melakukan reformulasi Tablet Amitriptilin 25 mg yang memenuhi syarat secara fisik serta memenuhi syarat Uji Disolusi Terbanding UDT pada tiga medium dengan pH yang berbeda yaitu 1,2; 4,5; dan 6,8.

ABSTRACT
Internship at PT Indofarma Persero Tbk. period of February ndash; March 2018 aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of a Pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry so that to have knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, prospective pharmacist are also expected to be able to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Process GMP in the pharmaceutical industry and have a clear picture of the pharmaceutical problem in the industry itself. The specific assignment given is ldquo;Reformulation of Amitriptyline 25 mg Coated Tablets Related to Comparative Dissolution Testing Problem. rdquo;The purpose of this specific assignment is to allow the pharmacist candidate to be able to reformulate the Amitriptyline 25 mg coated tablet eligible physically and meet the requirements of the Comparative Dissolution Testing in three mediums with different pH of 1,2; 4,5; and 6,8.
