ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mensintesis turunan pirazol melalui reaksi multikomponen mengggunakan prekursor etil asetoasetat, phenyl hidrazin, dan turunan aldehid sinamaldehida, benzaldehida, dan 4-hidroksi-benzaldehida, dengan bantuan katalis magnetik Fe@SiO2Sm. Katalis yang digunakan merupakan katalis heterogen reusable, efisien, serta ramah lingkungan. Katalis tersebut diharapkan dapat mendukung proses sintesis turunan pirazol dengan efektif. Optimasi kondisi dalam sintesis turunan pirazol akan dilakukan terhadap jumlah katalis, waktu reaksi, serta pelarut, sehingga akan didapatkan Yield pada kondisi optimum produk. Dari percobaan yang dilakukan didapatkan Yield sebesar 60,59. kemudian akan divariasikan terhadap jenis katalis dan juga turunan aldehid. Penggunaan ulang katalis Fe@SiO2Sm dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali pengulangan reaksi sintesis dan menunjukkan aktivitas katalitik yang baik. Adapun terhadap turunan pirazol dilakukan uji bioaktivitasnya sebagai antioksidan dan menghasilkan nilai IC50 sebesar 1,19 ppm.
ABSTRACTThis research aims to synthesize pyrazole derivatives through multicomponent reactions using ethyl acetoacetate, phenyl hydrazine, and aldehyde derivatives sinamaldehyde, benzaldehyde and 4 hydroxy benzaldehyde, supported by Fe SiO2Sm magnetic catalyst. The catalyst used is a heterogeneous catalyst which is an environmentally friendly catalyst. The catalyst is expected to support the synthesis process of pyrazol derivatives effectively because of its nature as a heterogeneous catalyst that can be easily and reusable. Optimization of conditions in this synthesis will be carried out on the amount of catalyst, reaction time, and solvent. Then, it will then be varied by the type of catalyst and also the aldehyde derivative. The pyrazole derivative will be tested for its bioactivity as an antioxidant because it has the antidote of free radicals radical scavengers. Yield earned on the mainf product is 60,65 within 1,19 ppm as an IC50.
