ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Guardian Pharmatama bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi serta untuk mengetahui penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Guardian Pharmatama ini juga bertujuan untuk memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan bertujuan untuk memahami alur proses Departemen Produksi Solid. Praktek Kerja Profesi di PT Guardian Pharmatama memberikan pengetahuan tentang peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi, penerapan CPOB, dan juga memberikan pengetahuan tentang alur proses Departemen Produksi Solid.

ABSTRACT
The Aims of Pharmacist Internship at PT Guardian Pharmatama are to know the roles, tasks, and responsibilities of pharmacist in Pharmaceutical Industry and about the application of GMP. The Aims of Pharmacist Internship in PT Guardian Pharmatama also to have perception, knowledge, skills, and practical experience in pharmaceutical works at Pharmaceutical Industry. The aims of special task that was given, are to know about flow process of Solid Production Department. Pharmacist Internship at PT Guaridan Pharmatama are giving knowledge about the roles, tasks, and responsibilities of pharmacist in Pharmaceutical Industry, the application of GMP, and also giving the knowledge about the flow process of Solid Production Department.
