The purpose of this study was to disclose the extent of role of the intelectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence of the teachers, on the teachers performance in senior high school in Padang, either separately or simultaneously. In conducting this study, the researches applied a correlational approach. The population of the study were all PNS teachers teaching at the senior high scholl in Padang. The result indicate that the teachers intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligences. These research findings imlpy that the intellectual emotional role very signicantly to the teachers performances. These research findings imply that the intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligences are preadictive and very influential in improving the teachers performances beside other factors whih may as well role, yet not iclude in this study.
