This study was aimed at explaining the correlation of aspiration, perception, locus of control, learning environments, instruction and learning activity with the students's learning achievement and find the most effective set of variable to explain the students learning achievement. The subjects of this study were 178 students of the faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Padang State University. The data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed by the regression technique. The results indicated that there is relationship between locus of control, aspiration, perception, learning environmental condition, instruction and learning activity with the students learning achievement and the most effective set of variable to explain the student learning achievement are learning activity, instruction, perception and aspiration.
