Rice production is one of the main factors to meet the basic needs of rural communities and also as a driver of economic development, but this sector often does not get attention of the parties concerned so that the production does not reach the optimum level. Therefore, the authors studied the influence of eager land area irrigated, non- irrigated land and labor to rice production. Location of the research conducted in Aceh province, using secondary data obtained from the office of the central bureau of statistics and the departement of agriculture Aceh. For purposes of analysis used econometric modeling approaches the cobb-douglas production function. The result howed that the production function simultaneously significantly affect rice production in the province. Among the factors of the production, the most influential is the area of land irrigated with a regression coefficient of 6.14 for the next non-irrigated land and labor by 5.5 by 0.9. The result of the calculation is terminated coefficient (R2) of 0.825793 shows 83.58 % related variables change can be explained by changes in the independent variable, while the rest can be explained by other variables outside the modal analysis. Based on the results of research that has been done, the government policy thatneeds to be done is to provide irrigation and utilization of idle land into productif land to increase rice production in Aceh province.
