Tujuan penelitian menyusun rancangan pengembangan unit laundry dengan metode kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dan benchmarking, observasi, penimbangan, telaah dokumen, wawancara dan konsultasi ahli.Hasil penelitian : Volume pekerjaan linen 365kg/hari. Sumber Daya Manusia: restrukturisasi, penambahan kualitas dan kuantitas.Lokasi: di zona servis, semi terbatas ; akses mudah dilalui trolly. Bangunan gedung permanen, konsep horisontal. Luas 315 m2. Sarana: 15 ruangan, tata letak sesuai alur proses linen. Prasarana : instalasi listrik, air bersih, air limbah, uap (boiler). Peralatan : 2 mesin cuci kapasitas 30 kg, 2 mesin pengering kapasitas 23 kg, 1 mesin roller kecepatan 70 kg perjam dan mesin press. Menerapkan konsep sentralisasi dalam pelayanan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Saran: untuk menerapkan sentralisasi linen.
