Penelitian ini membahas evaluasi proses pelaksanaan program Perpustakaan Keliling yang diselenggarakan Yayasan Kesejahteraan Anak Indonesia, serta hambatan dan pendukung yang ditemukan dalam proses pelaksanaan program tersebut. Objek yang dievaluasi mencakup koleksi, fasilitas, petugas, jenis layanan peminjaman buku, lokasi dan tempat penyenggaraan, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan jenis-jenis pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pelaksanaan Perpustakaan Keliling yang dilaksanakan Yayasan Kesejahteraan Anak Indonesia dengan Panduan Penyelenggaraan Perpustakaan Keliling yang dibuat oleh Perpustakaan Keliling Nasional RI atau tidak.

This research discuss the evaluation of the implementation for mobile library process which being organized by the Indonesian Child Welfare Foundation (YKAI), and also is the obstacle and the support that are found from within the process of the program. The research of this implementation process includes type of services, location and place of implementation, stages of implementation, training course for the mobile library officer and the program monitoring. The goal of this research is to compare the implementation of the mobile library program that are being held in two different locations, one in Kwitang and the other one in Pengadegan. From these measurements we can calculate whether the result of the implementation of the mobile library program in those two locations proceeds to fulfill the Indonesian national mobile library?s standard or not.
