A determination of vitamin cdncentratioxi in vitamin B eoraplextablets had been carried out with the Colorimetrio methodand the Spectrofluorometric method, and a determination of vitamin B2 concentration in vitamin B complex tablets v/ith the'~ ^Spectrofluorometric method. The Goloriraetric method for thedetermination of vitamin concentration could not be put into practice becauce the Kicotinarnide would also be precipitatedtogether with vitamin by Ammonium Reineckat. A determinationof concentration with the Spectrofluorometric method of vitaminB^ and vitamin Bg give evidence of a isatisfying result, but inthe' determination of vitamin Bg concentration with the Spectrofluorometric method, the vitamin concentration had to beraised ten times from the original procedure.
